Unser Umzugsunternehmen, mit dem wir zuletzt umgezogen sind, gibt es leider nicht mehr. Deswegen mussten wir uns ein neues Unternehmen suchen. Diese wurden natürlich im Erdgeschoss abgegeben und nicht zu uns in den dritten Stock getragen. Ich rief bei Movinga an, dort sprach man davon, dass man sich kümmern würde, schließlich habe man einen Exklusivvertrag. Am nächsten Tag kamen weitere Kisten dazu. Zehn Tage vor dem Umzugstermin - einem Freitag - gab es auf mein Drängen endlich die Auskunft, dass die Firma „Leinetrans“ den Auftrag durchführen würde. Ich hatte mittlerweile mitbekommen, dass Movinga selbst keine Umzüge durchführt, sondern die Aufträge an Subunternehmer vergibt, was ich so überhaupt nicht wollte. Man vergibt ja Umzugsaufträge, weil man genau diesen Leuten vertraut, schließlich geht es hier um eine ziemlich private Angelegenheit, nicht weil man will, dass es irgendjemand macht. Leider war es zu diesem Zeitpunkt aufgrund unseres Termindrucks für uns bereits zu spät, eine Alternative zu finden. Dankenswerterweise stellte sich die Firma „Land-Umzüge“, ein kurdisches Umzugsunternehmen, vorerst als zuverlässig und vertrauenerweckend dar. Hier konnte ich die Eckpunkte des Umzugs besprechen, allerdings zeigte sich auch hier, dass bereits besprochene Dinge, wie z.B. an welchem Tag eingepackt bzw. umgezogen werden sollte, von Movinga nicht weitergeleitet wurden. Das lief zwar letztlich alles reibungslos, hätte aber zu Problemen führen können, wenn die Jungs von „Land-Umzüge“ nicht so flexibel gewesen wären - wir hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon Hotel, Fahrt, Maler und Wohnungsübergabe geplant und gebucht.
--- Was geschah während des Umzugs und danach? ---
Vertraglich vereinbart waren Halteverbotszonen. Als am Samstag noch keine Zonen eingerichtet waren, rief ich erneut bei Movinga an, man versprach sich zu kümmern und mich zurückzurufen, was nicht geschah. Am Sonntag schickte ich eine E-Mail, am Montag rief ich erneut an. Jetzt teilte man mir mit, dass es keine Halteverbotszonen geben werde und fragte mich, ob ich denn vielleicht einen Stuhl hinstellen könne. Man meinte zwar, die Umzugsfirma über die Umstände informiert zu haben und auch dass man etwaige Kosten übernehmen würde - als ich die Umzugsleute davon in Kenntnis setzte, wussten diese jedoch nicht davon. Letztlich führten die fehlenden Halteverbotszonen dazu, dass wir in unserem neuen Wohnort die Sperrung selbst bezahlen mussten.
Am Montag waren die Jungs von „Land-Umzüge“ pünktlich zum Einpacken da. Das Einpacken und das Beschriften waren zwar etwas chaotisch, letztlich haben wir aber alles in den Kisten wiedergefunden. Am Dienstag war 13 Uhr zum Einladen vereinbart, es kam allerdings niemand. Um 14 Uhr rief ich dann alle Telefonnummern an - niemand antwortete zuerst. Die Umzugsfirma fuhr dann über Nacht, das Ausladen verlief ohne größere Probleme. Es sei an dieser Stelle auch noch einmal erwähnt, dass die Firma „Land-Umzüge“ unser Torbogenproblem lösen konnte durch eine Tetris-Meisterleistung beim Einpacken in die kleineren LKWs und dass die Jungs wirklich sehr nett waren und sich gekümmert haben.
Zuguterletzt sei noch erwähnt, dass die Rechnung von Movinga bereits am Montag kam - obwohl wir erst am Mittwoch entgültig umgezogen waren. Movinga hatte offenbar keine Ahnung von unserem Umzug. Ich habe Widerspruch eingelegt gegen die Berechnung der nichteingerichteten Halteverbotszonen, man teilte mir mit, dass man dafür zusammen 70,- Euro eingeplant habe, die man mir natürlich nicht berechne. Ich frage mich, wie man für diesen Betrag die Zonen hätte einrichten sollen - der Verdacht, dass dieses bewusst nicht stattfand, liegt nahe.

Das wir Movinga nie wieder mit einem Umzugsauftrag betrauen werden, ist klar. Von einem entspannten Umzug konnte zu keinem Zeitpunkt die Rede sein - statt selbständigem, professionellem Arbeiten musste ich viel hinterhertelefonieren. Obwohl ich einen Komplettumzug haben wollte, musste ich einen Teil der Arbeiten selbst ausführen.
Movinga ist kein Umzugsunternehmen, sondern eine Telefonagentur, die Aufträge weitervermittelt - etwas, was man solider selbst machen kann. Dabei werden Verantwortungen gerne an die „Partner“ übergeben, die dann auch als „Schuldige“ angeführt werden. Was soll ich sagen? Die Jungs hatten es einfach drauf!
Sorgfältig wurde darauf geachtet, dass alle Teile sowohl in Decken als auch zusätzlich noch in Stretchfolie verpackt wurde. Vorschäden wurden sauber dokumentiert, Transportschäden gab es keine und den Aufbau der Möbelstücke haben die in Rekordzeit sauber und exakt am jeweils gewünschten Platz erledigt.
Selbst das Aushängen eines Fensters, um einen nicht zerlegbaren Schreibtisch abtransportieren zu können, wurde inklusive anschließenden Wiedereinbau problemlos erledigt.
