Natürlich haben auf meiner Liste zwei, drei Schränke gefehlt, aber das war am Umzugstag kein Problem (sie wurden mitgenommen, aber der LKW hatte auch noch ausreichend Platz). ELIAS Umzüge kam pünktlich um 7 Uhr an (Movinga hatte 7-9 gesagt und ich schon das schlimmste befürchtet) und haben alles professionell (im Vergleich mit vorherigen Umzugsunternehmen) und schnell verpackt. Er half seinem Schwager , der nicht genug Leute hatte. Am nächsten Tag wollte er wieder zurück in die Ukraine reisen zu seiner Familie wo er eine Arbeit im Büro hatte. Mehr mals betonte er diese Schlepperei sei kein Job für ihn.
Unsere Möbel wurden lediglich in Frischhaltefolie eingewickelt. Es gab keine Decken oder andere Polstermaterialien .
Schon im Treppenhaus der alten Wohnung ging eine Beleuchtung kaputt. Die Scherben wurden nur widerwillig aufgefegt.
Der Transporter war zu klein und wir mussten einige Sachen zurück lassen und später mit einem Mietwagen abholen.

Daraufhin haben wir uns an MOVINGA gewandt. Wir bekamen eine Schadensmeldung zu geschickt.( ..und wir dachten "Alles wird gut ".)
Kurz nach dem wir das Formular, die Quittung und die Bilder an MOVINGA geschickt hatten, erhielten wir umgehend eine Antwort..und das ist der Hammer überhaupt..!:
" Abgelehnt auf Grund von Fristüberschreitung ." !!
Wir würden die Sache gerne außergerichtlich klären.
Aber das scheint bei diesem Unternehmen nicht möglich zu sein. Denn MOVINGA schrieb, das sie jetzt auf ein Schreiben unseres Rechtsanwalts warten. Knall hart dieses Unternehmen.

Im übrigen bin Ich erst vor einem halben Jahr mit einem anderen Umzugsunternehemen ( MOVE 24 )von Hessen nach Baden Württemberg gezogen. Die selbe Menge Möbel aber mindestens 350 km mehr zu fahren. Ich habe dafür ( im Verhältnis)nur 1000 Euro gezahlt. Es lief alles gut.
Die Verständigung funktionierte gut .
Es ist nicht 1 Teil kaputt gegangen..sie gingen sehr achtsam mit den Möbeln um und hatten genügend Decken dabei. und hatten sogar noch einen Anhänger am Transporter, damit auch wirklich alles mit geht.
Ich hatte den Eindruck der Fahrer war gut geschult und hatte den ganzen Umzug organisatorisch gut im Griff.
Am Ende wurde ich sogar gefragt ob als in Ordnung sei .

Es lief bis zum Umzug alles gut, die Telefonberatung und die Auftragsbearbeitung. Und danach nur die Katastophe.
Nach dem die Möbel einladen waren stand der Fahrer da und wollte von mir eine Unterschrift "..dass er die Möbel eingeladen hat und zu der gewünschten Stelle transportieren soll, nur für die Polizei.." war die aussage von dem.Die Unterschrift wurde getätigt.. Angeblich sind die Schäden in der Wohnung alt(frisch renoviert) und an der Möbel auch. Auf mein Regulierungsvorschlag wurde nicht mal angegangen. Wenke, Senior Umzugsberater von Movinga, einen Umzug von Bonn nach Tübingen einschließlich dem sachgerechten Transport eines Flügels für den 21.2.2018 in Auftrag gegeben. Die Kosten wurden auf 3680€ festgesetzt. Am 7.2. wurde mir von Herrn Wenke mitgeteilt, dass die Umsetzung des Vertrags so nicht erfolgen könne, da Movinga nicht den Flügeltransport übernehmen könne. Ich gab sofort zu verstehen,dass u. diesen U. somit mein Umzugsauftrag an Movinga hinfällig sei, zumal der von der Firma angebotene und zugesagte Flügeltransport Grund für meine Wahl für Movinga war. Diesem wurde entsprochen. Am Abend des 7.2. erhielt ich ein Gegenangebot von Movinga ohne Flügeltransport über 2779,99€, das ich ablehnte- gleichzeitig erteilte ich keinen weiteren Umzugsauftrag an Movinga . Ungeachtet dessen traf am 7.2 und 8.2 das Verpackungsmaterial ein.
Am 9.2. musste ich feststellen, dass Movinga mein Konto über 1835€ belastet hatte.
