After submitting our details through a website, we were contacted by Movinga, and several other companies. Movinga was the only company that kept the details of the move accurate and up to date, and even though slightly more expensive, I felt reassured by this attention to detail.

Our telephone and online contacts with Movingo representatives were cordial and always accessible.  The information we gave to the representative by phone was accurate as to the number of rooms to be moved as well as a list of each piece of furniture. There was no visit to our apartment by a representative.  The quote submitted was well below others we had obtained and guaranteed to not be increased by the company.

We chose Movinga after being promised a hassle free move to Spain at the best price. We were told that they were an international company just making ground into UK.
The price included some packing.( for crystal and fragile pieces. We ordered 100 large boxes after taking the advise of their customer service representative.
It was three days before the move and nothing or no one had arrived, we chased them again and again, eventually 10 small boxes and 5 wardrobe boxes arrived with no hangers (making them useless). I brought boxes from another company which arrived early the next day. Movinga did an itinery via the phone to assertain the size of transport needed (so they said). I estimated approx. 17 tonne truck would be needed. On the day of the move , 3 men arrived at 2pm, 6 hours later than promised, in a beaten up Luton van. (No apology). I asked them if they bought the boxes etc for the packing ? , What packing ? they said, "we are not supposed to do packing", when he checked his mobile, he saw "packing" on the list. They had no boxes, packing material, tape or blankets to wrap our furniture in the van. When I told them that their vehicle was too small but naturally assumed that more vehicles would arrived, I was wrong we were told that they would be making several trips, I asked where the furniture was going to,they said "Warrington" to a holding warehouse, a 180 mile round trip from us, When I said that this move would take more than a day because it would need many trips, the boss just nodded. I also told him we had to drive to Dorset to catch plane in 2 days time, he again just nodded.
