I didn’t realize that this company was a broker. Our furniture was picked up by Condor Moving Systems which they contracted. Our 10,000. Bid turned into 16,000.00 plus. Our belongings arrived broken and some missing. A nightmare experience

Terrible Broker Choosing Terrible Moving Companys

I will never use Moving Direct Van Lines again. They used On Track Movers (from Haledon, NJ), and they lost my 65” TV, broke my bedroom furniture and damaged many pictures. Stay away from Moving Direct Van Lines LLC and On Track Movers LLC.

Professional and courteous

The Movers helped me move into my new house, and I am very grateful to them. The crew was prompt and very careful with my belongings. They took great care to wrap everything securely and prevent any damage during transport. The movers' politeness and competence made the entire process easy and trouble-free. This is highly recommended by me because of the great packing and moving services they provided.

Hire them again

One person packed up our 3 bedroom house in less than 6 hours and with such care. The next day when we moved, a team of 3 got everything into our new property very swiftly and even put clothing away in our cupboards. All the boxes were left in the right rooms, making the unpacking process a lot less stressful. Would definitely use this company again.

Nice Job

Moving Direct Van Lines movers came to pack our large, 3-bedroom home, and they were quick, attentive, and efficient. Matthew was kind and provided me with a reasonable estimate, and Maverick did an excellent job packing all of my bulky appliances, delicate decorations, and several pieces of furniture. I had to unpack them myself, but delivery was on schedule.

Thank You Moving Direct Van Lines!!!

Our family of seven just moved into a brand new three-bedroom flat in TX. The prior firm was great for everything except our household appliances, therefore we had to part ways with them. Fortunately, we encountered Moving Direct Van Lines, as they had the lowest prices and the highest quality services. Our furniture was relocated in less than 48 hours. Thank you, Team David!

Long-distance move from South Bend, IN to Lakeland, FL

So. Many. Problems.

My first issue was with our first point of contact. I was told that this company does auto transport. That and the low price were why I booked this company. I did a video walkthrough to account for my inventory as I hadn't yet started packing. I was quoted about $5,000 for my 3 bedroom home.

When I updated the company on my new address for the move, I was told by another contact that they do not do auto transport and I needed to find someone. I told my first contact multiple times that that was a service I wanted. I was lied to.

A few days before the move, I went over my inventory list with a third contact. The first inventory was off by more than half, so instead of paying $5,000 we were now at $10,000. Given my move was only a few days away, I wouldn't be able to get another mover. I felt like they purposely low-balled so I would choose this company. (And they further pressured with a "book today discount", which in hindsight I should have seen as a red flag.)

We didn't find out until 2 days beforehand when the exact pickup day would be. This may be typical but it was very stressful.

My last problem was with the carrier chosen. All Moving Services did great loading my stuff. They communicated well, packed our things well, and worked hard. However, the people who delivered our items was another story. They put our items in a bigger vehicle, so there were 2 "orders" in one truck. (They did not tell us this was a possibility.) They didn't assemble our couch correctly. They left half of our boxes in the living room or garage and didn't put them in the right rooms. They broke a bookcase. But most importantly, they lost/stole at least $600 worth of our things - a generator and a ninja blender/food processor. We're filing a claim (though based off of the "valuation coverage" policy, we will only get $30 back because it's based on weight).

Both William and Michael performed superbly. They arrived right on time, as planned. They were really helpful, educational, and productive. They waited patiently as we worked out the kinks in our plans for the new home. You may be sure that I will recommend your services to everyone I know who is looking to relocate. It's remarkable in every respect.

Movers were friendly and professional

Exceptional service. These guys were like lightning bolts, zooming through my move in record time. They carefully wrapped my furniture in blankets and plastic wrap, ensuring it arrived at my new place without a scratch. They even took the time to place foam padding on the corners of my delicate wooden dresser to prevent any bumps. The movers were friendly and professional.

Stellar job!!

I was so impressed with the team from Moving Direct Van Lines LLC. They were bang on time and really friendly to deal with. Everything was wrapped and packed safely, and they did a great job disassembling and reassembling our large sofa and king-size bed. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they placed every box and item where we asked. Our vendors were actually two hours late leaving our new property, but the team was happy to wait. The three of them were brilliant and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier - almost enjoyable. Thank you!
