Moved from AZ to AR. Was told they would send an empty truck, they sent a truck that was almost half full with someone else's stuff. When my stuff couldn't all fit in 1/2 a truck, they charged me extra for a 2nd truck to come back to get the rest. 2nd truck was also more that 1/2 full. All of my stuff still didn't fit, but they also took off before getting everything in. When they delivered, my stuff was tightly stuck in the Semi truck with others stuff. Boxes marked breakable and fragile was on the bottom of other boxes that were heavy. Boxes and Totes were broken, Furniture was damaged, several completely destroyed. The boxes that they packed for me were either packed with other "tagged" boxes or were big boxes with one or two items in it. Family heirlooms shattered in boxes marked Fragile, that looked like they played Soccer with it. ALL OF THE FURNATURE WAS DAMMAGED IN SOME WAY!! Most of our stuff was not treated with care, some of our stuff didn't even get delivered!! We are missing 8 known boxes so far!! Currently trying to get a hold of someone, but Sales are the only ones answering the phone. Have been trying for the past couple of weeks with no luck. My time for filling a claim is running out and I am still trying to get things unpacked!!

WORST COMPANY/STAFF FOR MOVING EVER!!!

MoveR Van Lines bid out our interstate move from Arizona to Florida from the moving broker, Adam's Van Lines. It was the worst moving experience we have ever had. They showed up with a truck that was too small and a 3-man crew with one being 17 years old and another 18 years old. We had to pay more and were told that was the final price, it wasnt. They were inexperienced and our items were mishandled as they were placed into an overloaded truck. The truck was driven somewhere and unloaded then they came back and loaded the rest. Our belongings were loaded up again and shipped to Nevada to be unloaded into storage. Then loaded up again for transport. They unloaded again because they decided they couldn't fit on our street (not true). Loaded into smaller trucks and didn't provide 24 hrs notice of delivery. Charged us extra for not being available (closing was delayed).Charged us extra for a shuttle van. They didn't respond to my previous email request to move out the delivery day. Held our belongings hostage for additional cash payment on the spot. Had a 2 person crew who needed help so my husband helped unload our belongings. Many items were damaged inside boxes because they were stored upsidedown, bed frames were damaged, dressers were damaged, night stands were damaged, heirloom furniture damaged, metal framed desk broken, artificial plants broken, artwork damaged, items missing. They had no clue how to put beds back together properly. It was a disaster. It took them over 130 days to offer a settlement of $350. Do not hire them but if you must then get as much extra insurance as possible because you will need it.

They overcharged me 2500 and refused to discuss on phone. Then they gave us some many changed load/delivery dates that we had no idea what to expect. They gave 6 hours notice day of after confirming that the truck was only loading that day. The truck was 40 minutes late and the drivers asked me what they were supposed to do!! They apparently had no communication with the home office scheduler.

Oh, and they damaged my floors and soiled my furniture !!

I’m filing complaints with DOT and state attorney general.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

If I could give this company a minus rating I certainly would! From not bringing enough manpower, moving boxes, or an appropriate sized van. Their account specialist, Amanda, was useless in answering our many questions or responding in a timely manner. A custom made table base was left at the side of the house by the movers, hidden by the dark when we did the final walk through . This wasn’t noticed until the next day when our realtor informed us long after the movers left town. MVL promised they would pick it up in the next “few days” and deliver it from Tucson to the van in Phoenix, with its final destination to NH. Nine months later it is still stored in my old neighbors garage, and we will have to pay a driver to haul it to our new home. Trying to contact a supervisor proved impossible, as she never returned our calls.

Regarding the state of our belongings, much of the furniture was severely scratched, gouged or irreparably damaged. Many glass items were broken (due to being improperly packed) and we actually received 2 items that were not ours. Most boxes did not have a number to help in figuring out if things were missing. Worst of all, after submitting a claim for several thousand dollars to cover the damaged articles, we were offered $200 as as a show of “good will”. We could go on and on, but you get the idea…

This company is a complete disaster; learn from our mistake and walk away from them. Better yet, run!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Worst experience ever. Not only did they not deliver all of my things their claims services are beyond awful.

From the top, my wife hired a broker North American Moving Expert LLC to get us moved from AZ to FL. North American brokered the deal to Mover Van Lines and this is where the problems began. Pickup drivers showed up late crammed our items into a truck that was already too full, had us sign some paperwork and off they went. The only thing we knew for sure was that a our boxes were headed to Las Vegas to be put onto another truck.

Waited 6 weeks, sleeping on an air mattress, for our goods to be delivered. Driver spoke little English and his helper, who was a day laborer, showed up on a moped. We are still missing 17 of the 35 boxes that were loaded. Parts of our bed were broken, our tables were all scratched, and they did not have our 3 piece couch or our coffee table. More than that they did not honor the clause in the contract regarding the reassembly of our goods.

Called Mover Van Lines and was directed to CSI Pros to submit our claim information. Of course, we were offered no guidance as to how the process worked and after completing the 15 page claim form that included pictures of the damages incurred, website references for the damaged items, and all other necessary information our claim was denied out of hand. I don't think I've ever felt more disrespected by anyone. Never hiring Move Van Lines or North American Moving Experts again.

Advice that we can offer from this experience. Don't hire anyone that is a broker, use only companies that deal directly with you. Don't hire anyone that is going to off load and then reload your belongings. Always buy the insurance and make sure you know how to file a claim against the moving company. Make sure you buy the insurance, get a copy of your Bill of Lading and check it at both loading and unloading. Download the 'Protect Your Move' documents from the DOT website, make notes of even the slightest damage and file a claim immediately!

I will never recommend this mover as to my experience with them. No communication, poor packing experience, held my furniture for weeks. Broken dishes, tv, furniture. Boxes delivered were not marked as to which room, poorly boxed belongings stacked on top of each other. Glass shelves not removed before packing furniture so i have had to file a claim with insurance. Delivery men were supposed to discount the move expense. They did not but they told the company that they did, even though I had written evidence of the amount that was due but not reimbursed. Even had a picture of the driver counting the money that was paid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will take advance of you as they did us, and they will not be honest with you.

The team arrived right on time, checked out the space, and immediately got to work. They handled our furniture with care, wrapped all pieces with plastic and padding. We marveled at their ability to quickly move boxes up and down flights of stairs. After a long drive to our new home in terrible traffic, they were back at work as if they hadn't already worked a long day. They even rewrapped a few pieces that we intended to store in our attic. And there was no damage at all from this move which is a pretty rare thing. I've hired movers before, and up to now have never had an opportunity to work with a professional team like this. I highly recommend them. They really are heroes!

They showed up and picked up my things from LA on September 20th to deliver to Philadelphia on October 2. As of today, November 10th, I don’t have my belongings. When the office is called, no one picks up the phone, am left on hold for 30+ minutes after which I hang up. When someone does pickup, it’s the same lie, “your things will be put on the truck tomorrow. We will call you” of course no one calls back and no one picks up the phone. Beats and stay clear of this company. Check BBB, over 70 logged complains in the last few months. I have 27 medium boxes, 4 bins and a mirror

Stop, don't do it, do not go with this company, you will regret it. They lied: When we first set-up the move I asked if they were one of those companies that loads my furniture on first, then takes it off, loads another customer's furniture, then puts mine back on. They said absolutely not, wrong, they did it twice and, in my opinion, lead to the $1100 in damages. It took a month to finally receive our stuff. We had to sleep on the floor, but luckily we took our bedroom TV with us, so at least we had some entertainment. They cheated us: It took 3 1/2 months for CSI (their claims company) to resolve our issue. Unfortunately, they only offered $150 in restitution, saying no photos were submitted. That was a lie. They did receive the photos and acknowledged it in an email. They advised if we wanted to dispute the $150 amount, we would have to re-submit the photos and it would take another 6 weeks to resolve. That would have put us into January 2022, with another 6 weeks to get our refund. We moved in May 2021. They stole: They loaded our 6-foot long folding table and a dolly onto

the truck, but never delivered it. They didn't even credit us enough to replace one of the items they took. Worst moving experience ever. There's much more to the story, but that will be all for now. Don't hire this company or you will end up writing the same review. Trust me.

Using movers for the first time, I was overwhelmed with which company to choose and what was a reasonable quote. There was no question with the quality of these movers. Completely worth the price and hassle-free move. Received a phone call the day before discussing details of the move and the timing. Received texts and phone calls the day of ensuring everything was on track. They kept great communication with me every step of the way and handled each piece of furniture and boxes with care. Highly recommend.

For the price we paid, the services were above and beyond what we could have even imagined. From start to finish, the team at MoveR Van Lines made sure we had everything we needed and that nothing fell through the cracks. Initially,

we were afraid this would be a scam or a waste of our money. Boy did they prove us WRONG! When I say this I MEANT IT, You cannot go wrong with MoveR Van Lines! They will be sure to provide assistance at the highest level to get the job done.

I certainly appreciate the personal efforts Mason made to ensure that we were treated fairly and that we were satisfied with the results of the move. Despite being the oldest guy on the crew by a fair margin, Mike put the young guys to shame with how hard he worked and quickly he accomplished his tasks.

He had the hardest job of everyone and never once stopped being pleasant, polite, and positive. So impressed by this moving company and crew and will definitely recommend them to everyone in a heart-beat! 10/10!

I read the reviews of this company online before I chose Nationwide Moving Services to move from Phoenix to Michigan. Jason was very helpful, but I forgot to ask one very important question: are you a broker? That would have been the first red flag.

On the day the movers showed up with a box delivery truck, I should have realized they were going to move my household goods without sealing it in a secured box like Allied Van Lines, to minimize the damage. The moving company is called MoveR Van Lines. Eli was very friendly and tried to answer my questions as best he could. He also recommended using the free option 2 waiver of full replacement value, and any damage claims can be submitted after delivery. What he didn't mention was replacement of damaged items is 60 cents per pound. More on that later.

When I arrived in Michigan, I contacted Respect LLC dba MoveR Van Lines and emailed the address to send my household goods two weeks in advance. After the two weeks passed, I emailed them again to see when my stuff would arrive. Katy Smith replied that she was working on getting a driver and truck scheduled and would call me when it was ready. Another week went by before the driver called saying he was three hours away (Chicago) and would delivering my items.

When Yuri started to unload the household goods, all the boxes that I packed appeared to be intact. One of the mattresses did not have a bag on it and it became heavily soiled during the move. My wife's lift-top coffee table was damaged beyond repair. Our 75" flat-screen LED TV had the back cracked and broken, and the front was now curved. Several picture frames were broken along with a small bookcase. Total current value of these items is about $2500. Total weight is 120 pounds. This was my second mistake, choosing limited liability instead of full replacement value. Of course my first mistake was using a moving BROKER! (Interesting fact: all the items I packed arrived undamaged.)

It was only after I arrived here that I looked online again, and discovered the most recent reviews showed what I was about to experience. This is what you need to know before you select a moving company:

If you are moving across town, you should be fine. Choose wisely, oversee the loading and unloading if possible, and don't be afraid to request additional packing materials.

If you are moving more than 300 miles, be aware that the movers may pick up your items, drive and unload in another city, and do this several times. (My stuff was loaded and unloaded at least 7 times. That is how damage occurs.)

If you are moving across state lines, DO NOT USE A BROKER! Spend the extra money and use a reputable carrier that will box up your items in a shipping container for maximum protection.

The reason my items were damaged was the shipment was "bunny hopped" across country. Each time it was loaded and unloaded was done using a contracted delivery service (not their own company) and became another chance to damage or lose items. Do your research and ask questions before you select a moving company!

I am a subcontractor for a moving company out of Kissimmee Florida. On the 10 of September 2022 my company sent me to Las Vegas to pick up a load from Mover van lines. Alex their foreman was very nice and very welcoming. Their labor guys are the best at packing and stacking in the moving business. I enjoyed my time time with them. They do their own bingo and everythin. Ivan the the owner of the company is a greedy ass motherducker. At my first drop in Kentucky I had to deal with this very old couple. The husband was very sick. When I called the wife she told me that would not be able to make to their apartment complex with a semi truck which meant that I had to rent a uhall truck to make the delivery. we call this a shuttle. The old lady infor.ed me that she already paid the shuttle fee up front. when I called Alex he agreed to pay me a thousand dollars for this shuttle. I rented a uhall paid labor and went on to my delivery. When I got to the apartment the lady had already written mover van lines on the postal money order. Seing how old and frustrated she was about the whole move, I didn't want to send her to post office to change the postal money orders to my company's name. Then I called Alex and explained to him the situation. He said don't worry go deposit the check at respect llc's account. and then we will zelle you the difference. At this point the balance was $4950 and they were supposed to zelle me $4000. At my surprise and disappointment as soon as I deposit the money Ivan the decided that they are not sending me the $4000 they owe me but they will send me $2000 and kept my money because I am far away and I can't fuck him up. I got my attorneys to send them a letter before we start a lawsuit against them. They receive the letter but still decided that they are above the laws of this country and they don't give a fuck about me or about the money they owe. Now I get the fmcsa and every related state department I know. I will see now if they are above the law just because they are from Russia or wherever the fuck they are from. And I am still going to sue them and make them pay for everything they have made me go through by keeping my money. Fuck this Ivan guy and his boyfriend Alex.
