I always like to feel that when I instruct a company to carry out work for me, I have checked all the boxes and can feel reasonably confident that everything will go well. After checking you out on Removalreviews and a couple of other sites, I am glad to say that it is well worth checking. Spending some time doing your sums and in my case ending up with the best of the best. I was very pleased with the service your company provided and appreciated the speedy responses that helped to make the moving process seem so easy.

If you have received great service you should let people know so here we go. Moving from England back to Australia was always going to be a daunting experience but upon making my first call to Movecorp I got the impression perhaps it may not be so overwhelming after all. From that first call through to the arrival of the belongings in Sydney the service was outstanding.Even the postponement of the move from August to February was handled professionally and the initial quote honored. Its so refreshing to come across a company that are committed to giving customers first class service and I wish you every success for the future. 5 Star Company.

They were very nice and helpful until I paid them and then and customer service went right out the window. I was moving a single piece of furniture, a family heirloom that my father left me, from England to my home in California. After several phone calls and emails they finally gave me date that suited them for the collection of the furniture. My brother kindly took the day off work to be at his home from where the furniture was being collected, however, when I called Movecorp to make sure they had collected it they told me that their van had broken down. They hadn't even bothered to call my brother! All the sappy girl could say was, "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." She really couldn't have cared less. My brother gave them several dates that were convenient to him but none of those worked for Movecorp. So again, he took off another day from work and this time the furniture was collected. They held my shipment for weeks after at their depot giving me all sorts of excuses as to why it hadn't left yet. I asked them to confirm its safety and whereabouts but they never did. It took 4 months for them to ship a 4'x3'x1' crate from England to LA! I could have sailed it myself faster. 
There is no option on this form for destination USA. .

Thanks for your follow up email. First off I would like to say that your guys in the UK and in Italy were wonderful. There were a few little hiccups with our packing, wifes fault…, but your guys sorted it with no dramas and nothing seemed too much trouble. I must say that in a hard tiring job your guys are a credit to your company. Along with your front office team who from the first phone call, through numerous emails and follow up calls were professional, understanding and helpful. Thanks to everyone who helped. I would recommend Movecorp to anyone looking for a top quality removal company after our recent move from Cambridge to America. With such a mammoth move and starting work four days after we arrived we have just about finished unpacking and can at last confirm that everything arrived safely. The service that Movecorp provided from initially getting a quote right through to the help I received in Australia to ensure I completed all documentation correctly was faultless. After moving into my own apartment and living there for five years, I was amazed when I realised just how much I had acquired in those five years and that I was going to instruct a company to move it all half way round the world. A mild case of panic was offset by the support, knowledge, service and understanding of the staff and the welcome comment “most customers are understandably worried but they soon realise that everything will be okay”. I must say that I was shocked at how cheap the quote was when you consider it can cost you £10.00 to send a small parcel in the UK. I would like to thank the guys in the UK and Australia for the great service they provided and especially the guys who wrapped and collected my belongings in the UK and did such a great job that everything arrived exactly as it left . You will definitely be the first company I will contact should I move again and would definitely recommend you with no hesitation. Thank you once again.

I used MoveCorp because they offered a good rate and I have read some good reviews on the website - after my experience I am wondering how true they are! I was moving from London (UK) to Frankfurt (Germany) end of 2012 and I had 5 boxes in total. Yes, only 5! I couldn't buy insurance because I didn't have enough boxes - or that is what they told me. They also said the boxes would arive within 10 days which was ok because it was a holiday season anyway. A couple of days in 2013, no word from anyone about my boxes.. When I asked what is going on, they told me that apparently there was a strike somewhere on the road and they don't know when my boxes woud arrive! The boxes finally got there one week after the original date, but I was very disappointed when they came.. 1st I was in work and no one even bothered to call me to say my boxes are in Frankfurt and ask how would I like to get them. So they were dumped at my neighbours who clearly couldn't comment on how they looked like. When I got home, I immediately noticed ALL of them were opened and taped back together. 2 things were stolen from 2 boxes - my PS3 and all the video games, and the most interesting thing is that my PS was at the bottom of the box, so someone opened it, took the console and put everything back together as I packed it! From another box someone took my used boots, when right next to the boots there was a box of new UGGs with the pricetag on! Seriously, who steals used boots? That is so sad.. Anyhow I contacted their Service people who obviously said "oh something like this never happened before". Sure I couldn't prove exactly what was stolen because I foolishly didn't take any pictures when packing, and had no receipts of the stolen merchandise. In the end I gave up fighting because I saw this has no point - they would never reimburse a dime! In the end value of the stolen goods was higher than the actual move itself! Executive summary: AVOID and don't be fooled by good reviews cos they are probably fake!

Movecorp is simply the best for international shipping, prompt, effective, honest, fair and most or all they care about what they do. We were moving to the US from the UK and made plans with a well known shipping company, 1 week before we were due to have our items picked up they informed us all boxes would need to be 25KG or less and we needed to repack. We had 30 Boxes, after speaking with the very rude ops manager we decided to find someone else. By chance we came across Movecorp on a Saturday afternoon. We spoke to James and he handled everything so professionally and calmly. They collect our boxes the following Tuesday (the collecting guy was simply awesome and moved like flash). They repacked whatever boxes were overweight and took care of everything. Simply the best effective service which made the hassle of moving very easy. I highly recommed Movecop to anyone moving!
