PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I can’t stress this enough. The movers damaged the walls of my home and some of my furniture. Items were poorly packed and mishandled. I have contacted the company about the damages done and they have pretty much said that my home owners insurance should pay for the damage. I spoke to Gregg who only gave information about claims for the furniture and not my home damage. After calling around I got in touch with Rachel who was giving me the run around and not trying to rectify the situation. I was told to provide an estimate for the repairs after going back and forth with them. I did exactly that as we had our contractor come in and repair the wall because we were having our new tenants move in two weeks. Rachel basically said that the company invoice I sent was not legitimate and that the company did not exist…(smh) and that we should have gotten 3 estimates from other companies. Keep in mind we’ve been using this company for about 10 years. Basically saying anything to avoid paying for the damages. If you are looking for movers AVOID this one at all cost. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company. Hopefully, I can help someone else to not make the same mistake I did.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6540

Want to move to the house of your dreams, pay a ton of money for moving and have the moving company RUIN YOUR PREVIOUS HOUSE? Well. Then go with MOVE IN USA. Not only did they FORGET HALF of our furniture to move, but they also damaged (as in now it’s removed completely) our front storm door, Damaged our EXPENSIVE Wooden Slider Door (where it needs to also be replaced), but they damaged and/or broke almost all the items that did make it to our new house! Greg pretended to be nice and helpful up front, telling us to “file a claim” however their insurance company is a JOKE! $11.000 worth of damage and they try to send us a $135 check? Move In USA, Owings Mills MD is a JOKE! Don’t waste your time. Trust me.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $3000

Stop looking for other movers. If you spend $1 on moving with anyone else you are completely wasting your money. I contacted Neil Galo with Move in USA llc Thanks to my best friend that moved with them few months ago from MD to LA. Neil was the most responsive person I have ever worked with. He literally answered me back within seconds and our deal was solidified within a few minutes. Merlon and his crew showed up on time ( I was actually late, sorry). He got to work right away with his 3 helpers. They works very fast and they are extremely friendly. so professional- We had a couch that we needed to get out of our downstairs. It was "impossible" to move according to another company who quoted the job. Merlon took the couch and hoisted it under his own power over a railing that was about 14 ft. high. We got the couch out with no damage. Unreal! I probably saved $500 going with Move in USA! Don't use anyone else, if you do, you should basically put your hard earned cash in a ball and flush it down the toilet. Save money and headaches and call these guys for your move. Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $3500

Best decision I ever made when it comes to moving! After doing a ton of research on other moving companies, I went with Move In Usa. They didn't have any bad reviews unlike most of the other companies I found. I shipped my belongings from MD to LA and everything came in one piece! Nothing was broken, no damaged boxes, no stolen items; they were just perfect! My stuff came in in exactly two weeks which is a pretty considerable time frame with my stuff moving from the east coast to the west coast. I would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company! You won't regret using them!!

Service cost: $1200

Let me just start out by saying great job! This company really went over and beyond. I had to move on short notice due to a promotion and I was not prepared at all. I called a bunch of companies but Move in USA really made me feel like they knew what they were talking about. I talked to them for about 2 hours just going back and forth on what I needed done. It had to be a full pack move.
The guys were quick, polite, friendly and extremely professional!
You really are moving company #1 in Maryland.

Thank you Rachel for your good explanation, quick response to our calls. Eric and your crew very professional, respectful, understanding. Gustavo Victor, Adrian all crews that come to help us move. Apart from all the boxes we had there were more than 15 boxes of very fragile china and they all arrived as if they came through an airline. l loved their system of inventory perfect and very easy to understand and no surprise charges. We had so many things they had to call for second track with no complain. This team was very quick, efficient and overall extremely professional. Please if you are looking for a Moving Company do not waist your time doing research just pick your phone and call them you will never regret. Thank you Move in USA LLC especially the team that moved us may God bless them beyond human expectations. This is the best company in Maryland. I talked to 6 or 7 different companies for my cross-country relocation, and chose Move in USA because they seemed different. But as soon as they had my deposit, they quickly became what I feared. The sales/account guy, Greg Miller, stopped following-up and was only concerned about the sale, not my move or situation. The movers tried to show up 1.5 hours early for the pick-up and were annoyed that I wasn't ready at 7:30 am on a sunday. After it was picked-up I received no information on my shipment until I followed-up on it and found out that my stuff was still on the other side of the country 8 days after they picked up the stuff and I was in my new state/home. I called dispatch myself as Greg became unresponsive and provided no insight to find out that it could have been shipped earlier on a different truck if Greg had done his job properly. After that call, I again received NO INFORMATION or follow up even though I was promised an ETA and drivers information. I followed up several times with no answer. Finally the driver calle me the DAY he was in my city and expected me to just leave my new job and be available on his time. Never heard back from Greg or any account people. The movers who delivered my furniture only reassembled my bed (which they store/ transported bent so its now a weird shape) and left the rest of the furniture disassembled for me to put together, even though that service is supposed to be included. I was also asked to send the driver money through Bank Of America for another nickle and dimed payment for some bs charge on arrival. VERY DISAPPOINTING. If you do use them, avoid Greg Miller, he comes off great at first but will certainly let you down.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1800

Move In USA was one of the best companies I have ever worked with, not just moving, but in general. I have moved several times for my job and hopefully this will be the last one :) My moved took place in December. I was moving from MD to Texas. My representative Greg Miller was extremely forth coming with information about how the process works. He explained to me the 10% deposit on the day of reservation, the 50% payment on the day of the move from MD and the remaining 40% on delivery. I asked if I could pay by credit card on delivery and he informed that I could pay by cash or a postal check which was ok since the previous times I have moved I was not informed. On the day of the pick up Arturo and his moving crew were punctual as I much prefer that then a company coming late. Greg estimated the cost to be $2278.93 for the 3 bedrooms that I had. My wife and I decided to sell some of our items as our place in Texas was a little smaller. Greg informed me that we can only charge you for the items that you have and if you have less than the estimate will reflect that. Sure enough he was 110% correct. We decided to take a couple items off the original list that I sent him and our final cost was $1982.51. I could not have been more pleased. In regards to delivery I could not move into my place until the first week of January. I was worried about additional costs for Greg and Move In USA keeping the items, but Greg assured me that they offer 1 month free storage at their climate controlled facility in Owings Mills. This gave me piece of mind. My items arrived in Texas 2 days after my move in date. I was relieved because Greg said it can take a max of 14 business days, but he said they do everything to get the items as fast as they can. Overall if I can give this company 10 stars I would. Greg Miller was very pleasant and most importantly he followed up with me every week for something he calls follow up Fridays to make sure he and I communicate. My brother is using them at the end of month and I am confident it will be just as great for him as it was for us. I fully recommend Move In USA, LLC.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1982

I have moved probably 12 times as I am ex military. I recently got divorced and ironically enough my wife used Move In USA a few months prior. She told me to contact Greg. This was a different kind of move as I was paying for it out of pocket and also it was a new chapter of my life. My move was on Jan 6 from Baltimore and my household goods were being shipped to the Sunshine State aka Florida. I couldn't take the cold weather anymore. I called Greg Miller to discuss my move around the first of this year after I put in a request. I received so many calls and honestly I did not feel like talking to another representative, but Greg was referred by my ex wife so I said what the heck. Greg actually wanted to know about me before he dove into the moving aspect. He told me he comes from a Navy family, which made a very fun conversation as I am retired Army. We spoke for about 30 minutes before he even mentioned moving which I loved. I didn't need the whole song and dance about what to expect as I have moved so many times before, but Greg said this is the way I prefer to assist customers by communicating all aspects of what to expect for the move. I was shocked because it was rare for me to connect with a salesperson who genuinely cared about me first then the business aspect second. After he was done explaining everything about the payment and delivery I made my reservation. The movers came and picked up my items and Greg even gave me his cell phone to reach out to him with questions. The movers were fast as I had a flight later that evening. They wrapped everything with blankets. In addition they took my bed and desk apart for me at no additional cost. Greg called me before the items left to head to Florida and the driver Freddy called me the day before they got there. My items were all in great condition. The price was came in below my budget. Greg even contacted his supervisor Rachel to get approved a military discount for me which he didn't have to do, but he said it will be my pleasure to assist the military. Move in USA made this the easiest move of my life. Greg I can not thank you enough for your help. 5 stars **.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1378

Let me start by saying that Greg Miller, the sales representative for this company, has excellent customer service manners, approachable, open for questions and my multiple inventory changes..he was very quick to reply with an adjusted quote.. This way, I was able to work with my budget. Greg was honest and everything he answers that phone, he was ready to explain, re-explain, re-confirm our inventory and how I could lower the quote to fit my budget. Wait.. until you meet the movers crew, what an amazing group of workers.. during that pandemic, there's scare from both sides, but they came on with their masks on, ready and not scared to touch my stuff and going down on 2 flights of stairs for about 2 hours. They took time to wrap anything that's considered fragile, like my flat screen and some table glasses. My stuff arrived within 5 days to its final destination.
