The company will promise all prices and delivery dates. First of all, their quotes do not hold true. I was asked to pay extra $1000 or they would not pick up. I was flying out the next day so did not have an option last minute. They charge 80% on pick up. After you have paid 80%, they suddenly become non-responsive. It's been a month and I still have not received my furniture. And they wont pick up the phone or give me a set delivery date!! DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. ITS A FRAUD!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Did not give me an estimate on when my items would be delivered despite me repeatedly asking, then less than 24 hours before gave me a 2 hour window to be home to receive my belongings with little to no flexibility. What's worse: they literally destroyed the only 2 pieces of furniture I asked them to move and completely smashed up a fragile box of dishware. Because of them, my bedframe is now broken, my headboard is horribly scratched, and my side table literally arrived in pieces. Cannot say enough bad things about them. Horrific experience. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

YOU TELL ME: I had already relocated 2500miles away, but my belonging were still stored in NJ. 1st HM estimate on pictures of items to move was $7,000. I suggested a company rep inspect items in person (they were stored in a Public Storage unit) new est $ 14,000. What was I to do? said ok. They had great rating, so I could trust them right? So they picked up my home items, placed in their storage facility for 2months? They were delivered to my new home. For 2mnts I was unwrapping/unpacking.. to realize things were missing. Tools, TV, boxes, a large valuable framed print glass was broken... For over a yr tried to learn what could have happened, were they still in their warehouse...how was it things are missing??? everyone was very nice, BUT, I got no clear answers. I lost several thousand$ of belongs. They offered me $78 to settle. I am extremely disappointed in their inability to have a field supervisor watch what the moving truck guys were doing to confirm everything was totally on the up and up. I wasn't on site to watch them take my stored items out of storage, label each item, load on truck... Very disappointed

I used Move Happy to move from California to Ohio. But it was a poor experience that cost me an extra $2500.

1. They picked up on September 6th and promised delivery no later than September 26th. But they ended up delivering on October 9th. During September, I resided at my relative's house, but from October 1st, I had to rent an Airbnb while I still paid for the rent of my new house, and I lost about $1500 on Airbnb in addition to the discomfort of my 1-year-old baby. They didn't provide any good reason or compensation for this late delivery.

2. My $900 TV stand and $300 baby crib were shattered. And when asked for the compensation, they said it is $0.6 per pound. So we can pay $66 to compensate. I didn't accept it because it seemed like a joke to me.

I don't recommend them.

My buddy retired and moved from WA to his hometown in MN. We found this company to be the most reasonable in quotation. The team were punctual at pickup and were very professional. They had the right equipment and supplies to pack everything with meticulous care, over-wrapping fragile items, specialty boxes for odd-sized items, clear numbering and labels, and efficient in loading up the truck.

On the delivery end, it was a husband and wife team who amazingly complete the unloading. No damages found, it was great to see the care with which they handled the boxes and items.

The time between pickup and delivery was a few weeks but since we were not in a hurry it was fine and the cost was reasonable in comparison with a few other popular moving companies we had contacted. We are glad to have used the Move Happy team for our move. Highly recommended!

I moved from San Francisco to Chicago. Movers at pick-up and drop off were great; everything arrived in same condition. The move was also within estimated dates. Only reason I’m not giving 5 start is because they quoted me a price and then I had to pay extra for a uHaul service to get my things to the apt building, even though I sent/emailed a notice with enough time about building moving restrictions and was told I was not going to have additional costs - ended up adding $400 to final bill.

After searching for cross-country movers and encountering outrageous prices, I came across Move Happy, who estimated a great price. The team basically held my hand every step of the way and constantly checked in, making it as stress-free as possible before, during, and after. The pick up crew did a great job of packing and were willing to work with me regarding some last minute additions. My stuff arrived 2 weeks after it was picked up, which was perfect timing since I had just moved into my new place. The delivery crew was fast, friendly, and organized, and helped me get everything situated. I had a tiny bit of damage to a thrifted wine rack, but nothing a few drops of wood glue can't fix. All in all, I'm incredibly happy with my move and would recommend them to others. They hold true to their name! Thanks!

I was preparing to move in October, 2022, and contacted MOveHappy and started arrangements for my move. Then my best friend was hospitalized and in a coma and I was the decision-maker for him. I had to delay everything for a month. I called MOveHappy again in November and explained the situation and they could not have been more empathetic and we got everything arranged for packing and pickup. My friend died in November and I had to deal with that and the move, but, again, MOveHappy was with me all the way. All payments had been discussed ahead of time and it could not have been easier. I took advantage of the thirty-day storage and had it delivered in January. The only hiccup was with the delivery people, who said they needed to ensure payment was made. I had told them it was and sent them the receipt, but they contacted just before delivery and again said they needed the payment. One quick call to MOveHappy took care of it and it was delivered with no issue. They were kind, understanding, and professional—every single person that I dealt with. I would use them again in a heartbeat. My biggest kudos to Teddy and the guys who packed me up and took the shipment.
