Great job!

Moving can be pretty stressful, but this was one of the easiest moves I've had! The movers arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and went right at the move. They were very pleasant and courteous and moved everything in a short amount of time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Professional cross border move.

Attention to those who plan to move cross border! Me and my husband planned for a while to move from Manhattan to Toronto. It took us some time to plan everything, since it's a big move, a lot of stress and worries, and we were very skeptical on most of the companies we called to get quotes from. Some seemed to have good reviews, others maybe a bit lower prices, but Miracle Movers just had something that made us TRUST them. The customer service was the best service any customer would ask for! And the move itself was not even a bit of a less quality. Everything was packed and covered efficiently and even delivered on the very next day! All our items are now safely in our beautiful new home, we are finally close to our family and we must admit - this company knows the meaning of a MIRACLE!

Miracle Movers.

I hired Miracle Movers to move 1 bedroom's worth of stuff from Sarnia, ON to Calgary, AB. We had been in contact for over a week arranging a suitable move date and discussing how much stuff I had to ship. 12 days before the move date, I received an email from Miracle Movers about how they could no longer move my stuff and would have to cancel my move. I called them up to further inquire about why the sudden cancellation and they said how they picked too much stuff up from another client and as a result had to cancel multiple people's moves. For whatever reason, they felt that it made more sense to cancel multiple people's moves rather than tell the single client that he had too much stuff and they could no longer take any more of it. They did not provide any further help (I.E. trying to subcontract the move, or attempting to organize another move date) to me and expected me to be understanding of their decision. I am extremely disappointed by this experience with Miracle Movers and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future.

Alone Ladies Beware.

I had two movers come to my place Alex and Mike I think was the name of the second guy.
I had 5 pieces of furniture to get moved, only. I live in a condo and was moving just across the street. They arrived at the last minute, I just had one hour of elevator left. They basically demanded a 20% tip before starting, literally. I agreed because I felt intimidated, I tried arguing a reduction to 15% but it kept going to 20.
One of the guys started hitting on me.. I called the company (several times until someone actually piked it up) since non of it was professional conduct..and the guy on the phone laughed at me "He is hitting on you? What do you mean? hahaha" Yeah.. because guys don't know that guys do this right?!
This is a crime if this company doesn't know that.

I felt uncomfortable and disrespected on my own house.
My 5 items were transported safely, but that's not all that counts.
RESPECT should be always the priority.

Just finished moving on the weekend and it was ok. I requested floor runners but none was used. Had a few dings on some furniture items but it was expected. Will be moving again after a year as it's just a rental but will try another company.
