Without a single scratch.

Miracle Movers Company is my savior! The other moving company I have hired has cancelled on me the last minute, leaving me hopeless and frustrated, and these wonderful men just came and did everything right! Not only did they book us on short notice and come without any delays, they have also relocated everything so nicely and professionally, without a single scratch or dent on our items. We booked Miracle Movers for my mother-in-law's move last minute after another company cancelled on us with no notice. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient! They sent three movers and they did an amazing job. They took exceptional care of her breakables and completed the job far faster than we could have anticipated! Book Miracle Movers!!

Sneaky company with poor customer service.

Some good things:
- our belongings arrived in pretty good shape
- the cost did not increase from what we expected

Some bad things:
- they were very rude to us on the phone
- the demanded payment before our shipment arrived (we had no idea where our stuff as or what kind of condition it was in. It felt like ransom)
- they called us liars and yelled at us
- they picked our stuff up a day late
- our stuff sat in a warehouse, not moving, for a week due to maintenance required on a truck
- they said it would be just our stuff in the truck, but there was other people's stuff too, when it arrived (though, once I asked, they did give us a discount for this)
- they said two people would be there to load but only one showed up

My advice is to get EVERYTHING in writing. At two different times, we spoke with them on the phone and they made promises that we didn't get in writing. But later, if something wasn't in the original contract, they said we were making it up. James Rybak from the long-distance shipping department said, "you're making this up and you think I'm stupid."

The Toronto branch doing local moves was way better than the long-distance branch. They were polite on the phone and gave us a discount when they erred. I would avoid the long-distance department at all costs, though.

Awesome experience.

Moving between provinces is an expensive operation and with some risks. I was prepared to spend around 3k before finding Miracle Movers. Initially, after the first quote, I suspected.. their quote was around 50% less than others companies. After understanding the reasons, I opted to contract them and the final experience was awesome. All of our stuff was delivered in our new home, safely and no damages. I definitely recommend them!

Junk Collector Apparently

Great company if you want someone to come to your home and insult your furniture by calling it 'junk' and making you cry.

Also fabulous for demanding a $75 tip after you already tipped them.

Go ahead and book this company if you want to have your family move things from the elevator to the destination themselves because the hallway was long and they didn't want to do it.

Very Polite and Caring.

I was referred by a friend to hire this company for my move out/in. Thus I hired Miracle Movers recently and I really had a wonderful experience with the professionals movers who came to assist me. Both guys were very polite and nice. Daniel was very efficient and fast, it was really easy to communicate with them.
The only issue I had was with the timing, the movers were late other than that the guys were so good.
Excellent job overall.
I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family..

Miracle Movers.

We moved on July 15th from a first floor condo to a third floor apartment. The apartment does not have an elevator so everything had to be carried up the stairs. They arrived at the condo right on time and were very polite . It was one of the hottest days so far this summer. I felt sorry for the men. They were just dripping wet but never once complained. The move took 6 1/2 hours because of the stairs. They never stopped to even take a break. I would definitely recommend Miracle Movers. Their rates are good and service was excellent!

Adept at tricky access.

One of the best services I ever had the pleasure to deal with. We had the movers for about six hours. Very happy with the way they treated our furniture. There was no complaining and they showed good organizational skills. Our large canvas painting which required particular care and they were able to move it with no damage, seems they know all the tricks to get furniture through tight angles. I don’t have one single bad word to say about this company. Completely satisfied with the excellent service provided.

Fair price.

I used Miracle Movers for a cross town move with a lot of stairs and a few unexpected obstacles on a very wet cold day. Everything arrived in a perfect shape and was till completed within the time frame and price estimated. Great crew who took their job very seriously. I had some family heirlooms that they really looked after. it was like they were taking care of their own stuff. I can't say enough good things about miracle movers and due to their diligence and flawless execution will be recommending at anytime.
