Good job

The movers did such a good job packing and labelling that we just had to transfer a fraction of our stuff into the new house and leave the rest in storage. In spite of the movers' initial prediction that packing would take just two days, they returned on the third day (a Friday) to complete the process. The work they've done really impresses me.

FLAWLESSLY!!

When relocating my home gym, these movers came through for me. I was concerned about lifting my large weights and equipment, yet they did it without a hitch, proactive. And they didn't even seem to exert any effort as they carried my enormous sectional up three flights of stairs. In the end, they charged me a very reasonable price.

Bad people

Low ball bids,lie about moving truck,lie about delivery dates,do not use under any circumstances . They are in bed with other real moving companies who then come in and double the price,at that point you don't have many options

They were very professional!

It may appear easy to move from one apartment in the same building to another, but sadly, it's not. My refrigerator, stove and television were packed up in record time, as if by magicians. They handled my appliances carefully and expertly steered them through the tight corridors.

Stealing from a disabled young lady horrible business

Orlando in sales is a liar, he only wanted my money, he lied to me about everything, promising me how he personally would help me. it was all lies. The company they used rcv,first americ moving is horrible dont use them, metro hop knew this company was bad and used them anyhow. please give me back my daughters guitar please. never got all my things, what i did was broken and damaged. sad sad

Our movers were Great.

Thanks to this company, my move from the basement to my new home garage went well. Working with dedicated and fun-loving staff was a breeze and relaxing. It was challenging, but the boys managed to get a king-size bed up from the basement, disassemble it, and wrap it in moving blankets for safe delivery.

Metro hop are scammers

Said when going interstate it's by weight not by items. After they had a 1700$ deposit. They wait their scam 3 days then bait and switch and start coming up with every dumb scam to charge you more money. 1000s of dollars for the simplest of moves. Absolute scammers.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL!
