Good job

So this was my third time using movers in the last two years. This was by far the best experience. I received follow-up calls to confirm my information with them. The movers came early. They wrapped all of my furniture carefully. The guys were all super friendly. They all showed initiative, and I never felt that they were abusing the fact that I am charged hourly. I know they aren't the cheapest, but I think you get what you pay for.

They were very friendly and efficient

I recently used Medal of Honor Moving Group to move from a duplex to an apartment. The guys that showed up were professional, on time, and very fast. I moved out of my house and into my apartment in two-hours. They even helped me reassemble my bed frame. They carefully wrapped my furniture in plastic and used blankets to cushion my goods in the truck. I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Max. His crew is the best.

They were very helpful!!!

We've used Ben's team at Medal of Honor Moving Group three times in the last six years for whole-house moves for our family of five in TX and NY. He is very responsive, thorough, on time, and flexible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, *please read* before considering them for your move. Firstly, Medal of Honor is a moving broker which they do not disclose up front. After they receive your deposit, they tell you which company ACTUALLY will be doing your move, which in my case was MMG Moving, LLC. I regret not looking further into MMG up front, as I am just finding out after my nightmare experience that MMG’s current owner as per Florida’s online business records, [NAME EDIT], was indicted for a moving fraud scheme worth over $12m in February of this year (see link below). Nonetheless, Medal of Honor brokered with this company and assured me that they meet the client’s “first available delivery date” 90% of the time, which we had set for November 25th. MMG picked up my belongings in Tampa, FL on November 19th, and the driver stated that he would be the one driving it to Charlotte, NC for our first available delivery date of November 25th. When I contacted Medal of Honor on November 25th, I was told that our belongings were still sitting in a Tampa warehouse waiting for a different driver out of CA to pick them up. After 16 days, our belongings finally arrived in a giant 75’ truck, which was far too large to get into the parking lot (or any standard parking) of our new complex. After already paying $3,898, which was the full estimate of the move, we were told it was going to be at least another $500 to move our belongings into a smaller truck, plus other fees for carrying over 100’. At this point, to avoid incurring nearly another $1,000, we were told we have the option to move our belongings into our own rented truck and complete the remainder of the move ourselves, which is what we settled on. The following day, I contacted MMG as I was expecting a refund of a portion of the $3,898 as the delivery driver did not have to fulfill the service of unloading, moving, reassembly of all furniture, etc. I pointed out the provision of the contract that states that “the total estimated charges for service is not a guarantee of the final total actual charges – which may increase or decrease based upon actual services performed”. Despite the contract, [NAME EDIT] at MMG said “I get what you’re saying, but that’s not how it works.” I’ll be filing complaints against both Medal of Honor and MMG with the Attorney General, BBB, FTC, and as many outlets as it takes to obtain a refund or make sure others avoid these companies at all costs.

Easy Move

I recently used Medal of Honor Moving Group for a cross-country move, and the team was punctual and professional and took great care in packing and loading our belongings onto the truck. However, what stood out the most was their empathy and understanding. Moving can be an emotional and overwhelming experience, but the team made us feel supported every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure that our move was as stress-free as possible, and we cannot thank them.

Absolutely reliable

We had a few tight spots in our old apartment, but the movers handled everything like pros. They didn't scratch the walls or ding any of our furniture. When we got to the new apartment, they quickly unloaded everything and placed it where we wanted it. The only problem we had was with the couch, but the movers quickly found a solution and got it up to the third floor. These guys are worth every penny.

THIEVES

This company is a scam. I contracted moving services through Medal of Honor Moving and needed my car shipped too from NV to GA. Sonia gave me a referral to another company called US Auto Transport aka Regal Transport. The owner is Ronnie and was told that they give good rates and are a good company to work with. Spoke to Ronnie, rates seemed reasonable, received my contract, and paid a deposit of $225. I called Ronnie a week or so prior to giving him my actual address and everything was still on schedule. On the day my car was supposed to be picked up I didn’t hear from the driver or the company. I called early afternoon to voice my concerns and was told not to be concerned that the driver was running behind schedule but was on his way and would contact me 1-2 hours out. It’s now evening, and I still have not heard from anyone. I called the office and this time the office was closed. I left an urgent message for Ronnie explaining the situation and also stating that I had an evening flight, and needed to know where was the driver? No response or phone call. I barely caught my flight and had to leave my car and items behind. The next day I received a call from someone wanting to confirm my pick-up date. I stated that you guys screwed me over and that the car was supposed to be picked up the day before. I was blatantly lied to and never heard back from Ronnie or his company, no apologies and they kept my deposit even though they were in the wrong. US Auto Transport/Regal Transport is a scam and Medal of Honor works closely with them by referring customers and receiving a kickback. They are all THEIVES AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Whole process so easy

Medal of Honor Moving Group made our move so easy with no stress. We would certainly recommend this company two anyone who is moving. The staff was polite and honest. The packing service was a great option as my mum is no longer able for that 'the moving and packing were all done in one day. The other company that came out to us told us it would take two days. That's where we saw the honesty in My moving by only charging for one day. We were told about this company through a friend who had moved. We were satisfied as we had our information through a good friend. Thank you once again.

Good customer service

I know that we had a lot of special requirements (Fragile items, narrow stairs etc., which made our move a little tricky. However, these guys stepped up to the challenge and fulfilled all of my wishes. They were true professionals every step of the way and understood how to carry out a successful move. If you are looking for a reputable home mover then I wouldn't look any further than Medal of Honor Moving Group. From the price to the professionalism nothing was sub-par and they are a company with good customer service.

These guys are pros; they were called at the last moment for my shifting, and they nailed it, I swear. My sofas were too heavy and in bad condition, though. I wanted to throw them away, and the same was the case with my bed. It was of heavy and solid wood. The rest of my new furnishings were first covered with plastic, and the boys, Robert and Jeffrey especially, went the extra mile to load and unload them safely.

Superb service

Best company

Felt twice as strongly as before. I started by putting away everything in the two-bedroom flat. Moved furniture, appliances, and other personal effects from the temporary residence and the storage unit into the permanent residence after a month had passed. Never book them

Stay away from these scammers. They get you by telling you “ we use military vets”. Then they quote you a price BUT once Close to your home they call you with a higher price. I have pictures of my squished boxes & broken items. That are NOT the movers and sub job out to unprofessionals who by the way are Not military vets.

Overall decent move.

Literally one of the best moving experiences I've gone through. I called then for a quote and they set me up with movers who were fair. to be honest, moving is just unpleasant in general but this company was great.

I'm pleased with everything and I'm happily at my new residence.

Horrible experience

We had a horrible experience with them. The inventory estimator did not go through all our household goods and said he didn't need to see our storage unit. The company that they hired was several days late, showed up late, half-packed boxes, and then told us we had to pay $3000 more than the estimate. They also needed an extra day to pack, which threw off our schedule. They didn't bring wardrobe boxes and crammed my wedding dress into a box. When I complained to Medal of Honor, they offered me $300 but said I would have to sign an agreement that I wouldn't post negative reviews. AVOID this company at all costs.

I have five typed pages of all the problems we had, but the above is a summary.

Great company, will use again!

I have always been wary of moving companies, had a bad experience in the past. When using the Medal of Honor company that changed. My stuff was delivered in a timely manner, but no one thing was damaged. I will use them again in the future, great job!
