2nd time using this company, great people and staff. It is always a little out of my budget but you get what you pay for. I have moved a lot for work and used a hand full of moving companies before none of them are comparable with the service I got from Medal of Honor Moving Group. Thier effort shows. Great communication and both Movers they sent out did a good job, I had a couple small dressers that needed to be handled carefully were given to me from my grandmother and the guys put extra padding around them and shrink wrapped extra tight. When I unloaded all my stuff it came just like it was before I moved. having moved a few times I know how hard of a job it is, not easy. so credit is due to the movers and the people I spoke with over the phone, great people did a good job.

I hired Medal of Honor for a move from Englewood to Marlton, and the entire process was great. They were entirely on time, which is very important to me as I was of course very busy during my move. They respected all current safety precautions, which was much appreciated. From beginning to end, the team worked efficiently and was very polite as well. I also must say this is my first time that I have hired a moving company and everything has been moved without so much as a scratch. I am going to recommend them to any friends I know that are moving.

I’m writing this review because of Stacey. She was so helpful when answering my questions and provided awesome customer service. I moved back home to my family home in Los Angeles and honestly I had no idea how to go about my move. I was thinking of renting a uhaul and driving all the way to LA but it was just too far away lol. When I first spoke to Stacey she guided me through the process of state to state moving and everything I had to prepare and she also recommended me tools and resources that would best help me when packing. She really is a lifesaver!

Regarding my whole move I couldn’t be happier. They got here on schedule, no broken items, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you Medal Of Honor!

I moved from Irvine, CA to Orlando, FL. The fact that I was doing a complete cross country move definitely made me nervous and I wanted to find a company that really knew what they were doing. I ended up hiring Medal of Honor because they had great reviews online and they were very easy to talk to over the phone. They made the whole experience an absolute breeze. They handled everything and kept all of our stuff safe. I found them to be super professional. They were also affordable and didn’t charge unnecessary fees. Everything arrived safe and sound. I couldn’t have asked for better movers.

Last month I suddenly had to move to California from NJ because of my work. I’m really glad it went with Medal of Honor. From my consultation with Stacey on the phone all the way to my move everything went smoothly. Their team showed up on time and they even helped me back some items because I wasn’t finished yet. Their packing was way better than mine lol. They loaded up everything pretty quick and before they actually drove off I double checked everything to make sure it was good and sure enough everything was there and placed firmly.

When my stuff arrived I checked to see if there were any broken or missing things and everything was in perfect condition. I got what I paid for! I had a smooth and easy going moving experience and it wasn’t as much work as I thought it was going to be. I would definitely recommend Medal Of Honor Moving!

I had an amazing experience with Medal of Honor. They were on time, very friendly, and highly professional. I was very stressed out during the day of the move but after seeing how diligently these guys worked my mind was completely put at ease. Our previous home as very tricky to move furniture in and out of but these guys were clearly experienced and handled the whole situation like pros. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We will be using this company again. They did a stellar job.

Wow I’m floored. I just got off the phone with Las Vegas Metro Police (they called me) last night because I’m in the midst of an insurance claim with a moving company called Konami Moving out there (I’m now in Michigan from Cali). This is now a federal investigation with the FBI?? and DOT and they now have an attorney involved as well because state lines were crossed and over 60 clients things were stolen. Medal of Honor was and is apart of the scam as well. He said any broker that booked Konami was well aware and they’re all in on it together. And I was told to delete my original reviews last month because Kevin said it would “kill them” business wise, but at this point, I sure hope it does. You guys are going down and I hope it was worth it when you’re all sitting in prison for stealing money booking these bogus moves, peoples lifelong possessions and everything we’ve worked hard for. This was what I originally wrote on 2/1/2021 that I was begged totakedown from Medal of Honor Moving Group. And do not call me again either begging me to take it down, or I will be turning your name/numberoverto the police. Even though by now you know it already has☺️

The movers held my things hostage for 3 months, to end up with a small box of memories out of an entire apartment full of stuff. And they sent me 2 boxes that weren’t even mine! It was some other lady’s in Aurora, Colorado that they got me mixed up with! Just a mess but I’m so happy that something will get done for all of us, but it’ll never replace what we lost. Not even insurance money?

I’m literally sitting in my car bawling my eyes out screaming because I can’t believe what I just heard on the phone. After waiting since October 30, 2020, the night my things were picked up days late) on an update on when my things would be delivered) I was just told that ALL my furniture, goods, pictures of my son’s last 4 school years (he’s now 6) were stolen from the moving truck. And I got the same exact call back in November, but apparently nothing was stolen that time. First off, I was basically stalked back in September/October 2020 by Alex, a rep from MOH when I put in I was looking for movers for California to Michigan towards the end of the year. He seemed nice and my fiancé even said yea let’s go with him. I was assured that my things would get to me in a timely manner. I paid the deposit of $563. I was supposed to be picked up 10/27-10/28 but the truck broke down and I had to wait and change my flight information. Something told me then don’t. This will be a nightmare and it’s already starting to be with them being late AND costing me more money for our flights. They finally show up 10/30, seemed like decent guys. I tipped well and they said it usually takes no more than 2-4 weeks for your stuff to be delivered. Oh let’s not forget the cost was an extra $700 on top of what I was originally told. Had to pay them that before they left. Another red flag. We fly to Michigan on Halloween. I get a call from Karen,a manager mid November stating that a truck was stolen and my things were on it. I’m freaking out and she said give us a week and I’ll let you know but to file a claim. She calls me back a week or so later stating your things are fine, all accounted for. I’ll call you when we’re ready to leave. Weeks go by again. I’m still calling for updates in between time but no avail. I finally get a call from a rep Destiny on 12/9 stating hey the truck is leaving out the next morning. Follow up with us in a week if you haven’t heard anything from dispatch.I’msoHappy. I call back 12/17 bc of course no update from dispatch or the moving company and she said the registration was expired. But they updated it and we’ll call back when they’re ready to leave again. I get a call from Amber the same night stating hey they’ll be leaving out to delivery your things 12/21. Since it’s been so chaotic with these people, I call late 12/21 to make sure things are running smoothly. Nope. We’ll call you back to make sure they left. No call all week. And of course it’s Christmas so....I call back 12/28. She says I’m not sure but with Covid drivers are scarce blah blah. But someone will update you next week. I have to make this brief bc the characters will only allow 5000.After this, it’s a runaround for another month until they finally call back 2/1/2021 stating sorry we only have 3 boxes left for you after we went through the “warehouse”??mindyou,2ofthemaren’tevenmine. the officer said it looked like Raider of the Lost Ark when they went there. Stuff sprawled all over the place as if they had to move quickly swapping stolen goods. I felt so defeated, but I was glad to hear back from Las Vegas police knowing this is a federal case now. Word to the wise, do NOT use this broker or Konami Moving. You see my story, now I’m starting completely over. Thank goodness I have renters insurance or I’d be screwed. Come to find out, their “claims” company is in this too. It’s that deep.

Medal Of Honor was one of the first ones to get back to me and with an actual reasonable quote. I was very busy and I couldn’t even pack my own stuff so I needed the moving service to do it for me. Some services were trying to quote me 1.5-2K for what would've been a 2-hour drive. I know moving is not an easy task at all but those quotes were just out the roof.

Thankfully Medal Of Honor’s quote was within my budget… I have no complaints whatsoever! They came on time, wrapped everything up for me, and within the next 4 hours I was at my new place along with my stuff. I gave them a good tip because they earned it. If it’s not obvious by now I would highly recommend these movers

Coming from someone with parents who were constantly moving as a child, I know that moving can be tiresome. So it is relief to say that my experience with Medal of Honor was very positive, especially with me moving from Newark (NJ) to Dallas (TX).

The team was attentive from the beginning, offering pleasant customer service. All arrangements were taken care of beforehand, and I had no surprises, as is usually expected. The crew was professional, quick on their feet, their service was impeccable, and my belongings were handed with care.

I am glad Medal of Honor made this a nice and easy experience, and I highly recommend their service.

Medal of Honor Moving Group is the best moving company ever. I can go to their website and request a quote straight from my smartphone and they will call back right away to help me. I love the simplicity to it because I’ve been overwhelmed trying to find the best prices out there. I got a perfect deal to move my three bedroom home and was able to catch the next truck leaving to Las Vegas the next day. I couldn’t be more excited for my new journey to Las Vegas. It wouldn’t have been possible without you guys thank you and your crew for moving me and being gentle with my belongings. Definitely using them in the future and referring to friends and family.

This was a very great move in my experience, and I know people have different experiences. I really enjoyed the way the workers treated me, especially Stacey. I had to move from Purchase to NYC and it was a very effortless and smooth move. They have definitely calmed me down since moving is already very stressful. I definitely recommend this moving group for your next move. Also, the price they gave me is a very affordable price and was also very reasonable. WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

I was so happy with how things were done. From fair price, to the organization of every item, to the time, to the people helping, everything was literally excellent.

The team helped me out so much, I was by myself in LA with a business opportunity in SF, wondering how am I supposed to move by myself, and I’m so glad I contacted them and could not have had a better service representative then Greg. He was profesional but really kind at the same time, it was so relieving talking to him when I first called; he got me the best options and prices.

My brother is moving soon and he will obviously be taking advantage of this amazing company, as I recommended to him I would recommended to anyone. Thank you so much!!!

This was my first time using a moving service and this will not be my last time with this company. I have been in a long distance relationship with my loving boyfriend for over 3 years and we've met multiple times in real life. He popped the big question and asked me to move in with him. But how the heck was I supposed to move all of my stuff almost 50 hours away? I obviously wanted to have all of my stuff in perfect place with no scratches or damage when it got there. I looked at a variety of companies to work with, then I found this one. I was so nervous to have people I don't even know, touch my stuff and I also have social anxiety so of course I have hesitations when it comes to communicating. These people really made it easy for me and I cannot thank them enough. I rarely had to explain a lot to them because it's like they knew exactly what to do already. They communicated greatly as well. It was on schedule, there was no damage to any of my belongings. These people were patient and kind and made my experience smooth and non stressful at all. I highly recommend this company. Now my boyfriend and I get to live together at peace. Thank you!

OKAY so let me tell you about my amazing experience with this company!!! They legit SAVED MY LIFE. I moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix in February and was supposed to use a different moving company (will not be naming because they are the actual worst). The company “lost” my reservation and I didn’t know until the day before I was supposed to move. Needless to say, I was freaking out. A friend of mine recommended Gary and I’m so glad she did. He was able to accommodate me last minute and was SO calming and professional. I barely had to lift a finger and my things arrived in perfect condition. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!!! Thank you times a million Gary!!!!!!

It’s been two weeks since any response about the delivery of our items. There is a delay bc apparently the third party company they utilized- Express VanLines, is backed up. But they want to keep charging me storage fees for a delay that is not our fault. I have been paying for a storage unit since 6/21/2021 anticipating the arrival of our items. No one can give me an estimate on when we will get our items either. I will never use or recommend this company. This company does not ACTUALLY do your move, they hire rude and penny-pinching third party movers who are HORRIBLE!
