Great Company!

I had To move cross country , I was scared because it was my first time. I found these guys online (also scary) but, since the FiRST phone call, they were super nice and helpful! I booked this company and boy did they deliver! I 100% recommend using these guys.. two thumbs waaaaaay up. Also, I found out that they support the Wounded Warriors Project. What a great bunch of people. I will use them again, for sure!

Yay for moving!

I went online and found Medal of Honor Moving, they definitely are like their name, HONOR. I moved my mom to an old folks home (I know that's not the politically correct name lol) anyway, she had to go, she needs extra help. So, I wanted to make sure that I chose a company that is going to take care of her and would not rip us off, in other words , someone HONORABLE! I am so so so happy that we chose them, they helped us out soooooo much. Thank you Medal of Honor Moving!

Interstate Move

I am extremely happy that I used Medal of Honor to coordinate my interstate move from Wa State to Idaho. This was a pretty complicated move - over 3200 cubes/650 items from two different addresses. I also had to reschedule a couple of times because the sale of my house got delayed. From Ross in Sales to Billy in Ops to Jlyn in Inventory, everyone was a real pro. They delivered what they promised! I most definitely will call them if I ever move again. Bravo Zulu to MOHMG.

Excellent service and care of my items - 5 stars!

My experience with the Medal of Honor Moving Group was A+.

After researching several well-known brand moving companies, I came across Medal-of-Honor Moving Group online. On my initial call for information from them, all of my questions were answered during about a 30-minute phone call. I did not feel rushed at any point. After my plans became more concrete, I phoned them again and received very helpful information for my move. It has been over 20 years since I have moved when I had the help of my husband. Now as a widow, I found the idea of moving to another state over 1,000 miles away a daunting task.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the procedures this company has in place to maximize a successful move. Like a well-oiled sports team, each person executed their respective positions with excellence. They kept me informed in each phase of the move. They came on the date they were scheduled.

The two gentlemen who actually moved my furniture and boxes were outstanding. They carefully moved each box as if it were full of fresh eggs. Not a scratch on any piece of furniture. They were efficient and were not reckless.

I had planned to be at my new address when they arrived; however, traffic and unusual road conditions caused me to arrive just as they were taking the last box inside. I was simply amazed how, without any direction at all, they placed the furniture and boxes in their proper rooms, leaving plenty of space to walk around them.

Hopefully, I will never have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely call them.

Extreme underestimate and HORRENDOUS customer service!!

At first this company seemed great! We moved from CA to ID and did a complete walk through of our home with them for the estimate, leaving NOTHING out (they even counted our shovels and laundry basket!) our estimate was $7,900 for the biggest truck they had. They showed up on time the day before our house was supposed to close. Did their walk through and told me it was waaaay more than they expected. Absolutely NOT possible. I counted every box and told them every single item in my home the day we did our estimate. They said it would cost an additional $10,000!!! I called customer service and couldn’t even get one work in edge wise. They yelled at me, told me I was absolutely crazy if I thought I’d get anyone else at this shirt of notice, etc. I spoke with 4 different people and demanded a manager from each person, everyone literally REFUSED to let me!!

After I canceled my phone was blowing up from their calls and texts border lining harassment!

Terrible terrible experience!!

I would NOT recommend this company!!

Long distance moving.

Metal of Honor only seemed interested in getting me to sign the contract. Very problematic in getting hold of customer service. One day they are working with me on getting my furniture delivered and next day will not answer text or calls. Also beware of extra charges put on by drivers.
