I have used Legend removals for a move from UK (Aylesbury) France (Normandy) and I have to say that I have been very pleased with the way they have handled the overall process. We had a potential delay with the sale of the house at short notice and Ilya showed very strong flexibility in order to help us and not aggravate us.
On the day of the removal, they have been very well organised, helpful, polite and on time for everything and having done a few removals it was the first time that every single item that was loaded in the van was recorded which I found very reassuring so you are sure that nothing disappears!!
In Normandy, the keys were delivered later than planned and the team worked until late on a Friday as if it wasn't a bother for them! We felt very valued!
I would definitely recommend them and use them again if the opportunity arises again.

I have recently moved fro Oxford to London with Legend Removals and I am so happy I have chosen the best one to move with.
Ilya, the contact person for the company has always responded promptly to my emails and phone calls and was very helpful and full of advice. They have professional and friendly moving crew too. Very helpful and great attitude not only when it came to transporting the household contents but also in terms of packing and rearranging the content inn the storage pod.The moving crew came on time and called 45 minutes before they arrived to keep me updated. The goods were delivered safely. The price was very reasonable too. There was nothing negative about their service and I can highly recommend Legend Removals and would use them again in the future.

After submitting my interest, Ilya was so quick to contact me, then willing to come and give a survey later that same day, which he emailed me promptly the day afterwards. Then, on the day at exactly the time he'd specified, 3 guys arrived promptly to pack everything up and drive it to my new flat, unpack it and set up. Afterwards they encouraged me to check the van after to make sure everything had been brought in (it had), and then Ilya followed up himself to make sure everything had been to my satisfaction. Really couldn't ask for more.

Service cost: £400

All our goods arrived today at our residence in Switzerland, nothing was missing or damaged.

Overall, we had a very good experience. They responded very promptly to every phone call and email we sent and followed through on everything they said they would do. Ilya and his colleagues were truly professional, very helpful and friendly, a pleasure to deal with.

There were no hidden costs charged and the quote was really affordable. I highly recommend this company.

In a world where profits are routinely placed ahead of service, I have to admit that I was somewhat skeptical of your firm as I nervously awaiting your arrival; I thought you might not turn up at all, as that’s precisely what the end-of tenancy cleaning service did on the same day! But your team duly arrived, were professional, courteous and polite, and, handled matters v well indeed. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even extra items were accepted without demure or the need for an up-sell; mightily refreshing I can tell you! And these chaps didn’t even stop for lunch. They drove from one end to the other and off loaded – damaging nothing in the process. They even kindly assisted me in carrying a sofa out of the living room to the garden shed.

Well done Legend Removals, you are a credit to the removals business and I whole heartedly recommend you to others.

I was moving from Surrey back to Wales and was getting quoted ridiculous prices for the removal job.

I contacted Ilya from Legend removals and he came and did an indepth review of the house and our belongings and priced us up a good deal. Significantly better than previous quotes.

When the lads turned up, they were prompt, friendly and fair play managed to fit everything in the house into one van, we were a little worried that it would all fit even with Ilya's reassurances but it did, garage junk and all.

They then drove to Wales and proceeded to unload all our stuff into our new home, putting it where we asked and occasionally shifting furniture around to test different positions.

As I mentioned throughout the guys were pleasant with the occasional funny chat, or clarification of what we wanted.

If I ever move again they would be our first choice and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can’t thank Legend removals enough for the excellent service that we received.

Ilya came and priced the move up for us; it was very clear that he was extremely experienced and was very informative and helpful about what we would expect on the day.

We chose to have the packing service in order to alleviate some of the stress and I would recommend this to everyone and anyone. Two chaps came and packed the whole house up a day before the move. They were extremely courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They both worked extremely hard and everything was packed with great care and attention to detail.

On the day of the move, two vans turned up with two men and they speedily packed the house into the vans. They were at the other end waiting for us when we got the keys and quickly and calmly emptied all of the boxes into the rooms of our choice.

We really were so impressed with the service that we received and are very grateful to Ilya and his team for saving our sanity on which could have been a very stressful day. We would recommend Legend without hesitation.

I have found this company online among others. After receiving 5-6 quotes, Legend Removals offered most attractive price and a handy man service at no extra cost. We were moving 2 bed house (and large garrage items) from London to Kent and due to the long distance we were slightly nervous about the move, the amount of stuff we had (especially bulky and fragile baby items). However, prior to the move, experienced staff from Legend Removals went through every single item with us, and assured that all will fit into one van, so only one journey will be necessary. Items were loaded into the van in a secure way, coating fragile boxes and furniture with duvets (nice touch:). I was also impressed by driving, where the driver managed to lurk through M25 traffic-jam and arrive 30min earlier to our new house than us (and we did set off fist). The offload was a quick and painless process (as advised we marked boxes with Up signs and room where it has to be stored). Owerall, the process took half of the day, and I am pleased with the quality  of service and frendlyness and professionalism of staff. Would recommend it and use again if we set to move again! .

Ilja and the team went above and beyond to ensure our move was as seamless as possible. Nothing was lost, nothing was damaged, they have even disassembled thesofa to get it to the 2nd floor even though this was never the part of the agreement.
Guys did a great job packaging our stuff - they did as much packaging in 4 hours as it would take us at least a couple of days to get through. Everything was securely wrapped and even the most flimsiest wine and cognac glasses made it through with no damages.
Overall, we are absolutely happy with the service and would recommend it to all our friends.

The service we received was excellent, Ilyas visited our flat to look at what we needed to move. He took his time asking questions and being very courteous. Originally we just wanted the moving service but just a few days prior to our move we decided to upgrade to the full service, this was not a problem.

On the day three removal arrived promptly at 8 as advised by Ilyas. They were all excellent, knew exactly what they were doing, and just got on with the job. I left them to it and when I returned everything was packed - there were a couple of items still left but these were very quickly packed up when asked. There was a bit of a wait before we could get into our new house but the service again was excellent.

When we did get in the house they were very efficient at putting the boxes in the right rooms and being very careful and considerate of walls and door frames. A wardrobe could not be moved whole up the stairs and being flat packed we accepted there was a possibility that there could be damage as the back needed to be removed. In the end there was no damage and the wardrobe was dismantled and reassembled without any problem.

Everything was very carefully packed, wrapped in tissues with boxes sealed. We have unpacked everything and there was no damage to anything.

I would strongly recommend this company, they were very courteous and professional and in my opinion value for money. Thank you to Ilyas and his team for a great job.

I have used Legend Removals twice, and both times I was very pleased with their service.
The first time, they packed-up for me, organised the storage solution and moved my possessions to the storage unit. The second time, I used them to collect the furniture and personal items from the storage unit and they deliver to multiple locations in London with the last drop off at my parents home in Sevenoaks.
They had to move some heavy and awkward items up a very narrow and difficult stairway and did this with impressive skill - and without knocking the paintwork.
To summarise, they lived up to their promise of being efficient, cost-effective and great quality service.

IIya and his team did a fantastic job of taking care of my valued possessions removing them into storage. From the point when IIya first came around to give me a quote, advising on the storage size I needed to the day of the removal the team were professional, friendly and efficient. I found they gave a good competitive price and I liked the way they wrapped up and secured items before moving them. They took only an hour or so to remove everything from a first floor two bed flat into a third floor storage unit. I look forward to using them again once I have a property to move into. I would highly recommend them for your removal requirements.
