Fraud!!!

This company is FRAUDULENT!! They called themselves “veteran owned” and they should ashamed of their business practices!!! Their salesman Jerrid sells this company TOO WELL. I hired them to do a cross country move in August, WAS CANCELED THE DAY OF MY MOVE, and treated rudely, because their movers didn’t want to work with the HOA restrictions of my building. Instead of trying to work with me, they just offered a REFUND, I accepted. After many ignored calls, emails, and texts, I still don’t have a refund. EXCUSE after EXCUSE is given. I just want the refund of my deposit for a SERVICE YOU DID NOT RENDER WHICH IS ILLEGAL!

Salesman was just that

Was told by man I booked with he would answer any of my questions. Every time I called or emailed he told me to contact customer service no verbal contract at all. Was told my items would arrive 3-5 business days on day 4 was told no answer when I would get delivered. Oh and my time frame is 5-7 days now not 3-5. My family is scared I will never see my belongings

Terrible moving company

Do not use this company also known as HGME they are horrible! We used them to move us from Minnesota to Florida. They totally lied to us on price from what they quoted us and when they arrived in Florida so many of our items were missing!! So many of our boxes were smashed and broken!! no one spoke English!! Of course when we tried to put n a claim for all of our things, no one answers the phone and no one gets back to us! This has been the worst move ever for us!! Don’t use this company if you want your things and furniture to arrive the way it was or to arrive at all!! They stole our things and broke our items!

Incredibly Dishonest Company

Learn from my mistake - do not ever book a move with Landmark. Ashley lied to me about every step in the process. She said that Landmark, and only landmark would be dealing with our stuff, talked about how they have to go through 90 days of training before working and that they never broker out to other companies. However, we were then brokered out to two separate companies for pickup and delivery. We ended up paying way more than the initial estimate and having stuff stolen out of boxes and broken. Do not trust this company with your move or your belongings. Moving is stressful enough, no need to make it worse by using Landmark.

REFUND OF DEPOSIT

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY PLAY WITH WORDS TO BENEFIT THEM. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. Ashley is quick to tell you how great they are. What she fails to tell you if you have to cancel you must do it within 72 hours. Now they are telling me I can't get my $559 deposit back. Also, fyi they count Saturdays and Sundays as business days as part of the 72 hours because it benefits them. All I can say is run the other way with this company.

A RIP OFF

A horrible company. The Ft Lauderdale office does not exist. I went there personally and the receptionist said the do not have an office .

I was overcharged. After I was overcharged, I could rarely talk to to anyone. I requested over and over to meet with them in person and was never allowed.

Never received a refund. Horrible company. BEWARE...HIRE THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Bait and Switch

First very friendly to get the job and the way they get the job is they under estimate your goods, but make it sound like they are very close. Well for me they were off by 35% meaning additional $7000. Landmark is a broker so they contract out a moving company and when they walked threw they found it to be 35% more and wont touch anything until you pay 1/2 up front. And I had to move in 2 days which they know so a black mail job of a bait and switch.

The last communication I had with landmark was the day they started packing and I informed them about the price increase and they said they will look into it. That is the last I ever heard from them again.

Moving is stressful and then this service and not even will to talk to me and did even bother to see if all was good when my goods arrived. I would never use nor recommend this bad company but I have a feeling this is about normal for this industry.

I authorized Landmark Moving to take a $1429.00 deposit for a move (March 16). After doing my own research and reading reviews on the company that they did not provide, I decided that it wasn't worth the risk of using them to move my items across the country. I cancelled my reservation the next day (March 17), so my deposit is refundable. The deposit came out of my account on (March 18). I've have been calling and emailing the company and they assure me that my refund is coming, but I have not received anything. I've sent them follow-up emails on the below dates: 3/17/22 3/24/22 3/30/22 3/31/22 4/1/22 4/18/22. Reported to BBB, where they have an F rating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THE QUOTE GIVEN BY [NAME EDIT]

I was moving from Claremont, California to New Port Richie, Florida. I found the company Landmark Moving and Storage. The representative named [NAME EDIT], after sending pictures of my items, quote me $2,400. He did not mention that the company used a third party to do the moving. We agreed for the move to be in the morning of 5/18/22. The day before, there was a company named United moving, telling me that they coming to pick up my items. I was completely done on packing my books, etc. I freaked out, but it was good in a way as they know on how to pack, but they charged me $200 for helping me to complete packing up. When they placed everything in the truck, the guy from United Moving told me that the cost became a total of $5,291 from what it was quote from [NAME EDIT]. Not used them as Landmark moving and Storage will low ball you, so you will used them, and have a shock when they tell you how much it really cost to move your furniture across the country. This [NAME EDIT] he lied to me. He told me that he was going to be accessible during and through my moving. The day of in which, it was the day before. He never answered the phone, or return any of my messages. So, DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They will lie to you in order to earn your business, and then, you will face the real cost of your move, that in my case it was about double the quoted amount.

$2,400 versus $5,291 plus the $200 charged to complete packing my items.

They have two more boxes in the warehouse and I’m still waiting for them and this is around 6 months already. NOT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AT ALL. NOT EVEN THE ONE BY THE DESK. They don’t give you an answer for anything. I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED.

They were easily available through email and phone. The guys were very friendly and professional. I was a little worried about our stuff. Tons of items including many glasses items, antique pieces, and kitchen items were piled up around the passage. Without this moving company, it was hardly possible for us to relocate with all belongings. They were careful not only for our glass items but for the mattresses too. On delivery day, they unloaded the truck within a couple of hours. So you understand, my experience was good enough. Land Mark Moving is highly recommended!

Great service, price, communication! We did a pack/move with the company, and couldn't have been happier with Mike and his crew. On-time both days and careful with items and walls, etc. I do not hesitate to recommend them and if I have to move again, Landmark moving and storage will be my choice!

They were true professionals and their work reflected that. They had all the proper equipment and they packed all the stuff up very tight and carefully. I got delivery when promised and I had no extra charges. Thank Land Mark Moving for making it happen. I am surely going to hire these guys again in the future.

In all my years I've never dealt with a company that truly takes the stress out of moving. They advertise it but few really deliver it and the majority have hidden feels. Land Mark Moving had no hidden fees and really provided some top notch service.

Movers got here and jacked my move $5000. Told me pay or the were leaving. I paid and my promised 7 day move took them 37 days. Only hot my stuff i feel after I turned them in
