I was quoted a price of $595.00 with a $100.00 deposit that would be deposit from the balance. I asked Mr. Paul the staff who make my reservation several times was this the confirmed price ? He "said" yes ! When the movers arrived the price went up an extra $200.00. I had to pay $35.00 extra for shrinkage wrap that should have been included in the cost of the move but wasn't . I feel I was taken advantage of and cheated by this company. The staff was not clear nor honest about the price in the beginning. I reached out to the company regarding the extra charges charges and was told that the price was valid because of the non binding contract . Mind you I received the contact the day of the move minutes before the actual move. Also I was charged a one time service fee for fuel $39.00 . My move was in the same complex only a few buildings over. I do not recommend this company . They are very dishonest !!!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $761

This is the moving company changed the date four times I became an add on. Day of move 2 hours late problem at yard. Instructed to convert my money order to cash which I did. Told I had to pay up front the entire about over $2,000 plus a $150 tip before they could start then moved only boxes claimed the truck was full left didn't return until 2 days later after I threaten to call the police. Dispatcher said they would return in a day to finish move out. They never retired my furniture is at the other location. The owner works out of his house there is no storage company he rents space. I signed no contract only a landing agreement that the mover signed paid in full. The state of Michigan should regulate this industry. This is the second time I have been taken for a ride! Do not do business with this company you will regret it!!!

I was pleased your company was able to move 13 pieces of furniture in a days notice! The move was Monday 7/5/23. The 2 movers were very friendly & professional. They had a little problem knowing how to stack my furniture in the storage unit. I have moved SEVERAL times, & this 10x10 unit shouldn’t have been so difficult to pack full, yet carefully. But, it’s all in there, safe & sound! I was a little upset when they charged me 4 hrs., when it should have only taken 2-3! I wasn’t anticipating the extra cost. Thank you for your help.

Please learn from me and do not use this company. This is nothing more than a scam and a bait and switch. Long version below but the short version is this: this is hands down the most unethical company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. They will say whatever it takes to get you under contract and then once they have your items on the truck they charge you THOUSANDS more than the quote and hold your items hostage if you question them at all. They quoted me $2,800 for a move and when all was said and done I had to pay $7,200 in order to get my stuff. Save yourself thousands of dollars and the frustration of being preyed upon and use literally any other moving company.

Long Version: I hired this company to move from our house to about 150 miles away. Despite numerous calls reiterating that we had a larger house with a lot of items and requesting a walk through quote, I was told that “they were professionals and knew what they were doing” I was naive and trusted them, don’t make my mistake. I was given a start time of 9-11 am and was told we would have 3 movers. When the day of the move came, they showed up at 11 am with only two movers and began loading the truck. They did not inform me that the truck would not fit all my items until it was over halfway full and the whole day was gone. I was then told that it would require a second day and a second truck, essentially costing me an entire second move.

After the first move was completed, I spoke with the company over the phone and expressed my disappointment that this move was now going to take multiple days and cost me excessively more than what was quoted, despite my numerous calls with the company where we discussed the number of items that needed to be moved. They admitted the completely blown quote was their mistake and apologized. They told me they would adjust the hourly rate on the second move to make this right and to trust them. I shouldn’t have, but I did. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE. They waited until everything was loaded up on the truck to call me and tell me there was no rate adjustment and I had to pay them another $2,400 or they were going to keep all of my things. The cherry on top was the manager calling me to tell me they changed their mind and were not going to adjust the rate, never planned on doing so, and insulting me anytime I mentioned that this is not at all what was promised over the phone.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had hiring any company for any service. My wife and I just moved to a new city and are completely screwed and after paying THOUSANDS more for a move than expected. Please learn from my experience and do not use this service. I promise you will regret it.
