This company has provided me with the worst moving expereince! I spoke with one of their representative

s "Mark", on the day of the move! I texted the storage units and the gate code and I was assured everything was okay. There Yorktown location clearly made a mistake and only delivered half of my belongings.(I called afterward and spoke to another representative, named "Beth" who belittled me during my attempt to resolve the issue. I wanted them to tell me when I will receive "ALL" my belongs according to our "agreement". She's trying to collect additional monies for their mistakes!

ZERO STARS!!!! They made me choose one to write the review- I originally booked this company to move me on a Monday after their company called me on the previous Saturday. They asked me can they reschedule until Tuesday between 9-11am and asked that I placed a deposit. I did just that, but waited for hours all packed up and hadn’t heard from anyone. I call the number provided ( which has a voicemail of a personal cell phone NOT a business. After numerous tries nobody answers but then texts me asking to reschedule AGAIN! By this time, I’d had it. I requested a refund, then oddly enough the guy whom I believe said his name was Cj called and asked me did I still need services. He said if I did they’d send someone over. I waited another 3 hours and still no show. I tried calling again numerous times only to be told that he was in a meeting and the “team” would be arriving by 1pm. Long story short, they never showed up, took my money and were extremely unprofessional. I’ve confronted about them being scammers after I went and read their reviews, they blocked me. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT book them, they are scammers looking for any way to get over on good people. They should be called STAYAWAY instead of Kenway. Garbage a** company

Kenway Moving and Storage facilitated our recent moving and storage services. As far as critiques go I have very few. More praise then anything really. It was a difficult day to work in as the weather was not holding up for the movers. It was raining cats and dogs by 11am. The men made a plan, stuck to it, and the rain did not cause much issue throughout the day.

I had expressed emphasis on what boxes were of most importance to my family as delicates were packed. I could tell special attention was being given to these specific boxes. That care of quality was ULTRA important to my daughter and to my family entirely. Kenway Moving did a great job, the materials charge was a bit much being $26 for roll of shrink wrap. The rest of pricing was in line.

The quality with Kenway Moving was certainly there. At the time of the estimate walk through our coordinating specialist took their time to see what was important to our family. We expressed a few family furniture pieces and the wood flooring at the new home were of most importance.

On the actual moving date, the first thing our assigned movers did was wrap in protective cardboard covering the furniture pieces we expressed special concern for. As soon as we got to the new home, the team of movers from Kenway were laying down a protective paper over the floors.

The consideration was absolutely there. The professionalism and the sticking to the scope of work if you will was also there. I had been impressed, and the day came at a cost we had expected. Thanks!

This has been a nightmare move. They were to be at my apartment at 9am because my new apartment has freight elevator hours from 10am - 1pm. Movers didn't come until 11:30pm. I was moving 35 miles away. I didn't make the timeframe causing me to pay extra to stay in my packed apartment. They stayed far too long in their truck between loads, and I smelled beer on their breath. The quote was highly inaccurate. Missing items, broken entertainment center and broke my electric recliner. I can't put my bed together because the mover put them in his toolbox and the replacement movers didn't have them. I've moved from Germany to the US two times and never even came close to the nightmare this has been. This company needs to be held accountable for their horrible business practices. Please reconsider using this company. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with incompetent people like this.

Kenway Moving and Storage performed a beautiful production when relocating us from Birmingham to Troy. It was done timely with a strong concentration on protecting the home and the furniture pieces! Glad we had an estimator come out prior as they had given us a great idea of what to expect on actual moving day. With cost as well as timeline. Top grades for Kenway Moving. All will be handled correctly when calling these gentlemen. 

I would like to add that Joey and Johnny specifically made our move go extremely smooth. Had a dresser that had come out of a window and they took care of it without any comp

I would have gave them ZERO starts if I could have . This was a horrible experience and a rip off . I signed a contract for one price and when movers got there they said I had to much stuff and it would be double . Kenway knew exactly what was being moved ! I could not afford double so I told them I have to cancel I was quoted and signed for one price not for it to double and the Kenway employeestated“the company was sketchy

They do this to ppl all the time and he was pisst. Cause he wasn’t going to make any money and he was quitting in 2 weeks “ so now I am really afraid of my valuables being taken . They tore up my neighbors yard with their moving truck and left . I then received a cancellation fee of $175 plus the deposit of $100 and they said if was because I cancelled . They breached their contract . I will be consulting an attorney if my money is not refunded .
