Kenway Moving

Kenway Moving was on point from start to finish. I had scheduled my estimate for 8AM on a Monday. Sure enough I had an estimator at the door knocking at 7:59AM ready to give us a thorough estimate. The estimator Scott spent an hour at our address assuring us that all would be handled professionally and inventorying our pieces.

We were extremely impressed by Scott and Mark in the office, so we decided to schedule a date of service. They promised the crew would bring Ram Board and mattress bags. As promised, the crew brought Ram Board and mattress bags.

As they walked into each room, each room had sufficient protection within minutes. Doorways and banisters were also protected thoroughly. Thankfully we had an awesome experience all around with Kenway Moving and will no question be recommending them to others.

Punctuality best describes our experience with Kenway Moving. We made it extremely clear that we needed the movers on site no later than 9 am. We had an extremely strict time table we needed to follow to see our offices were moved by deadline. Sure enough Kenway Moving pulled through and we were able to resume business as normal that very next day.

I was impressed with the attention to detail we received from Kenway Moving. NO question my mover of choice from here forward.

Kenway Moving kept us at ease the entire day. Literally the days leading up to moving day was filled with stress and anxiety. Upon Kenway Moving on the moving date, all was put at ease.

They started by wrapping and prepping all pieces prior to touching them. They prepped the house prior to starting the actual move. By the time they were taking the furniture out of the home, all was organized and ready to go. Kenway Moving had to be the best decision we made during the moving process, aside from buying the new house :)

My move was scheduled on June 15th for June 21st. Between the hours of 9am-10:30. No call. No show. I had to keep calling them. They would only text that they were trying to get a crew together. Around 1:30-2:00 I left. Someone else sends me a text guaranteeing the next day June 22nd they will be there 9am sharp. No call. No show. Around 3:50 I'm given another day and time. Finally we cancelled. Unprofessional and leaves poor Chelsea the office manager out of the loop and apologizing. I understand things happen but you shouldn't have to blow the cell phone up and still they won't talk to you. They would rather text you. Don't waste your time with this shoddy service. Chelsea thank you for your condolences and trying to help me.

Worst moving company ever took my deposit said i would get a week prior call to go over details didnt get a call, i called to make sure everything is still good said i would get a call a day before never did so i called again, then again i was told the day of i would get a call to go over details and schedule the time the day of got a call saying we are 30 mins away and i explained the i was 2 hours away that i was supposed to get a phone call to go over the time and details the driver said we will come back i get home i called again said dispatch will call never did i called again said i will have dispatch call you, she did, said the movers will be there after 3pm that was the last time i heard from them called multiple times no answer no return phone calls no apology i had to call from another number he picked up said his phone is charging never called or picked up the phone again this was on june 18th till today they never called me or returned my deposit or even a simple apology by far the worst company ever when i called everyday left several meseges for a return call the lady hungup on me when she found out my name you dont ever leave someone on a moving day if i can give -5 stars i would they dont even deserve 1 star
