Highland Moving & Storage

We used Highland Movers to transport our larger belongings from Calgary area to Red Deer area.  The crew was polite, professional and cheerful.  They took extra items that I hadn't thought they would want to take, and dealt with adverse conditions (weather, wet carpets) with no problems whatsoever. They stayed on budget and were literally running up and down the stairs when they weren't carrying anything.  Very efficient.  I would certainly use them again without any hesitation.  .

Moving is stressful and difficult but Highland helped minimize both with their excellent service and personal attention to the details. Our experience with Highland has been outstanding from start to finish. The set up process was seamless and the move day went off with out a hitch. All 4 guys in our crew led by Gary were friendly, professional, efficient and fun to spend the day with. We have and will be recommending Highland to anyone we know planning a move. Daisy Azucena was amazing to work with. We have recently used Highland Moving to move my daughters home contents from Edmonton to Mississauga. (we are expecting delivery today). I'm not sure if this was a typical move as my daughter is moving form Alberta to Ontario, she was their for the pick up but I am receiving the contents here in Ontario. To make things more complicated I need to travel to Vancouver next week and would not be here to receive the move if they came after this week. What could have been an incredibly stressful move for my daughter (and I) turned out to be a fantastic experience. This is 100% a reflection of the customer service we received from Daisy Azucena. I feel Daisy went over and above to ensure we had all of our information and worked with the driver to help ensure delivery before I needed to leave next week. Daisy's communication skill's, friendly demeanor, and accessibility I believe to be a huge asset to your organization. I will use Highland Moving again in the future just because of my experience with Daisy. (just fyi.. I used one of your competitors when we moved to Ontario two years ago and did not have the same experience) Please thank Daisy on our behalf.

Let me just say that choosing Highland for my move was the best decision I made. From the beginning dealing with Tara was a very pleasant experience. She answered all my questions efficiently and professionally and then Denise who handled the logistics. She was on the ball at all times and such an understanding, helpfull and supportive resource for me. Then at actual moving time I dealt with Al and his men on both ends of the move, what great guys. Thanks to all for making, what was a stressful time for me, go with no hitches or problems. I highly recommend Highland and their associates.

Highland movers made our recent move a breeze. One of the three initial movers had a bit of a bad attitude and was not as nice as the other two, however he was subsequently removed and replaced from the job. It was very professional and very appreciated that this was done, without us even asking. The resulting three movers were very friendly, polite and super helpful. They packaged up our furniture quickly, professionally and despite lots of tight corners, stairs, and small rooms there wasn't a ding or scratch anywhere to be found! I can't imagine doing this work ourselves, they saved us so much time and hassle and were very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The Gentleman that assisted with the move were curtious, polite and tended to every request that came up.! They were punctual and did everything they could to make sure the transition safe and secure as possible. They were careful with my property and landlord's not cause any damage, they protected everything from any harm, by wrapping, straping, taping and securing.! I appreciate Highland for going above and beyond to help us sattle to our new place??..One of they guys took initiative and put my dinning table back together, which he didn'nt have to.! And turned to be stable than it was before.! Awsome see you again in 3 years.

The overall experience from start to finish went very well. I was always able to easily be in contact with Daisy and she promptly handled any request or questions we had. The moving team although I never personally met them (wish I would have) were amazing according to my wife. Professional, upbeat, and helpful in every way. It made our move as stress free as it possibly could have been. As I said to Daisy, we could definitely not have pulled it off without all you help. A million thanks to everyone that helped us out! AWESOME!! :).

I used Highland 4 times now for both local & long distance moving in all occasions they were aeesome very friendly people, professional & helpful. Not cheap but if you want quality & hassle free moving it's worth the extra they really take care of your furniture every individual peace is carefully wrapped and moved.
Special koodos to Jean-Claude, what a driver!! He did everything he could to get that huge truck through to my storage unit so I don't have to pay more! Awesome guy and his team in Montreal is just as good. Thank you JC you made my very stressful move much easier xxx.
