We had a great experience with Helix Transfer & Storage - they were professional, efficient, and on time. Our move details (date and location) changed about 3 days prior to the scheduled move and they were able to accommodate our new schedule. They are very responsive as well!

We will certainly contact them for our next move.

WELL I REALLY DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START!!! FROM THE TIME I CALLED TO SCHEDULE WITH PETE, HE LISTENED AND PROVIDED MY A FAIR PRICE AND LAID OUT WHAT IT WOULD BE NO HIDDEN FEES OR AGENDAS.

I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CLEARLY WAS A JOKE BUT NOT HELIX, FROM THE TIME THEY ARRIVED WHICH THEY WERE ON TIME 830 TO THE TIME IT TOOK FOR THEM TO MOVE ME PURE BEAUTY.

Great job!

I did a move from DC to Chicago last week and Helix was instrumental in making it happen! Both pick up and delivery went very smoothly; they were in and out pretty quickly, but didn't cut corners in terms of taking apart/assembling furniture, bringing down/up boxes, etc. Would recommend!

Peter and his team did a fantastic job! They were punctual, friendly and professional. We had an old upright piano that they were able to take out through a basement stairwell.

The whole process took about 15 minutes without any damage to piano or property. I would highly recommend them for any moving job.
