Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and explained everything to us. We shipped household goods and two vehicles with no major issues. There was a delay in delivery but am not sure if it was the moving company, the dock strike in LA or both. Goods arrived a week late but the company kept us informed. When household goods were delivered they two movers unloaded and placed items where we requested. There was one package (two paintings) that were missing and reported. Within two days they tracked these down and delivered them to us undamaged. It was a good experience for us and we would use them again.

We called Hawaiian Moving Pros to pick up 14 items from Illinois, including several antique pieces of furniture, and deliver them to our home in Kona. An agent, Nathan, returned our call within a few hours. He became our contact throughout the move. From: pick in Illinois; through the Port of LA; shipment to Oahu ; on to the final destination of Big Island, Nathan kept us informed. Everything was packed and picked up when scheduled. The shipment was delivered at the time stated. Everything was unpacked, set up in their proper locations and all packing materials were removed. Everything was done with true aloha. Tough decision to leave Maui! Chris, Edward, team members that loaded on Maui and the guys that unloaded in Arizona all made it a positive experience. The condition of my belongings (mostly boxes) were handled with care and to date, no damage. Communication was always professional. I know I challenged them a couple of times not knowing actually how much I had to ship. Chris and Edward went above and beyond to give me the best possible idea of costs up to the last minute.

I moved my partner from Texas to Oahu, and decided to go with them because of the best rate offered compared to others. Throughout entire process I was able to call the person in charge of my move for clarification, questions, and updates. The timelines met what I asked for and the movers who came to pick-up and drop-off the items got it done very quickly. I had no missing items. I’ve dealt with moving companies before and honestly this was the smoothest move I’ve ever had.

I spoke with amo about 9 mos before I actually moved, and he did a great job keeping in touch with me. After I had a move date, Josh stepped in to coordinate the details. Another good experience! They came when they said snd the guys who loaded up my stuff really knew what they were doing. They reinforced some boxes and took care in loading. On the Calif side the guys were professional and got the truck unloaded quickly. They were very good about putting things in the correct places. So far the only broken item was the Lis on a butter dish (I packed it). Ever that was marked ‘Fragile’ was treated kindly. My only complaint was the time it took to get my stuff here (a little over 7 weeks). Most of that time was spent waiting on other customers to fill the container. It was mostly a matter of luck.

I highly recommend this very professional organization.

Every employee was professional, helpful, and courteous. Door 2 door, on time, and no damages. Constant status updates on my shipment put me at ease. I will definitely use them again.

I was going through a really difficult move. I had only four days to get everything packed up and shipped. I called around to a couple of other movers, and all I got were excuses why they couldn’t accommodate my small shipment. These guys just told me, “that’s no problem.“ Everything they promised they delivered upon. And the drivers were very courteous and cheerful.

Hawaii Moving Pros did a good job with our move from California to the Big Island. The timing of pickup and delivery was just as we had requested, which was much appreciated. We packed our own boxes. The pickup crew disassembled and packed our big stuff. They were friendly, flexible, creative and thorough.

We should have used stronger cardboard boxes for the stuff we packed. Some of the boxes got a bit damaged in the move.

Consequently a few small fragile items we packed broke.

The larger items they packed arrived in good shape.

The delivery crew in Hawaii were very creative and patient getting our BIG couch through a difficult entry. There were NO inches to spare, yet no damage to couch or the doorway. Thanks! They reassembled the furniture. Only thing that irked me was They left behind some of the packing materials they had used on larger items.

Hawaiian Moving Pros did an excellent job throughout our move. We changed our minds about what we wanted to ship during the process. Another estimate with the accurate information was quickly provided. The mover that picked-up the load was positive and friendly the entire time. The company kept us updated throughout the process. Even understanding that we would not have a delivery address until after arriving in Hawaii. I provided the address after our arrival and our household items were delivered within the delivery time window. The movers were on time and none of our items were damaged.

I moved to Maui from Northern California and was really nervous about the moving process. Hawaiian Moving Pros made it pretty easy. Great pick up and delivery. I felt like the process was really easy. I would have hoped for some better communication before the pick up though. They called to talk about what I had and if I needed any help, but it was after all my stuff had already been picked up. All of my stuff arrived in good condition and the delivery staff was super great. I’d recommend Hawaiian moving Pros if you make move to the Island.
