Everything seemed great at the beginning. Keenan was all about customer service, getting items, dimensions, securing a contract, payment of just shy of $15k to move our family from Virginia to Utah. Our scheduled pick up was to be July 1, 2022. Low and behold we got a driver who demanded $2k more at pick up and told us he would not deliver our furniture if we did not pay extra at delivery, to having only 1 auto transport show up, so we had to sell our teenagers car. We are still waiting for a refund for the transport that we had to call them days later to even get. I was confronted by a young woman who claimed to be second in command to the CEO who told me reporting them was vindictive. Now, it gets better. My husbands truck was delivered to a construction site, the driver kept the spare key, left it open and unlocked and we only knew it was delivered as we drove by it blocks from our home? Who does that? And…our furniture still has not arrived. Which we are expecting that they will not be on time for that. So, we have been charged more out of pocket and they owe us money. I would run! They sell you on being nice and accommodating up front, and terrible once they have your money.

I should have listened to the previous reviewers. Instead, I was duped by Patrick at Graceful into believing that using them as a broker would provide me with an additional layer of protection. If there were any issues they would be there to help.

Well, I had plenty of issues as the driver of the carrier they assigned plainly ripped me off by claiming my load came in over the estimated cubic feet. In reality, it was plain to see by the space taken up in the truck that I was well under the estimated cubic feet. Then they held me hostage as they threatened to unload the truck and then wouldn’t take my Postal Money Order, which I was instructed to have, and required that I provide them with cash. This was 8 pm as they were three hours late showing up. It was nothing less than ransom. As I was leaving in two days I had no options but to pay them an additional $550 and replace my MO with cash as well.

Stay away from these liars and their cohorts.

Hello everyone my name is Lessie I use Graceful Moving Company/Broker myself they lie to me as well.

The price seem to double the day of my pickup, Then! I just found out that, they turned my things over to a SO CALL COMPANY CALLED VAN LINES EXPRESS BRAND L.L.C MOVING COMPANY OUT OF HICKORY CREEK, TX.

I've never heard of this town and I'm originally from Texas. Between the two companies, I had 72 boxes some 20×20×20, others with the name Bankers Box on which is the name of the company that make the boxes, these boxes comes with lids, Small, Medium and LargeBoxes, U-Haul Boxes, Plain Medium,Large Boxes and a Huge Box made for a Queen Size Mattress that came in it, it was full of Items.

The company Van Lines Express Brand L.L.C Moving Company will not answering any of my calls and they had my things from June 3, 2022 until August 27, 2022. With no communication with me, as I kept trying to reach out to them.

After calling Graceful Moving Group Companies/Broker, you know they change up who they are and what they do, Moving Company or Broker

according to your complaint.

I explained to them for three months that I was unable to reach Van Lines Express Brand L.L.C Moving Company, they put you on hold has if the were reaching out to them. Return back to me with the lie each time, that the company stated that they were going to contact me.

I asked each time where we're my things and we're they ok. Kim, Mrs. Price and Sharon and a man act as like my things were safe and good they were in a storage waiting to be delivered.

Just to ONLY HAVE NOTHING!!!WHEN THEY PICKUP MY ITEMS I HAD (11) PALLETS, TO ONLY RECEIVE (2) ABOUT (15) BOXES OUT OF (72) BOXES. PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY OF MY SON AND I ITEMS PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME. I ALSO HAVE A TV MOUNTS BY MONOPRICE WITH THE OWNER NAME ( W. POTER) I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR ITEM BACK. BECAUSE THIS WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY START UNLOADING THE TRUCK. SHE HAS BLOCKED MY CALLS. AN AGAIN I SAID NO AND THE DRIVER CLOSED THE TRUCK DOOR AND WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE.

HE TOLD ME I HAD TO SIGN ALL THE PAPERWORK AND PAY HIM CASH OR A POST OFFICE MONEY ORDER FIRST.

PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF STARTING OVER IN A TIME WHERE THE WORLD IS ALREADY SUFFERING FROM THE LACK OF MONEY AND PRICING, FOR EVERYTHING IS AT A ROCKET HIGH.

The moving company brokered the load out, so that's 1st bad thing. The move was 10/12/22 and we didn't receive our furniture til 11/03/22. We went through our items today and found 5 items broken/damaged. The 1st time booking the estimate was changed because I needed to add more items. I found out that they use Ikea furniture to estimate your items. They don't send anyone to view your items so our final bill went from over $6k to almost $12k for a truck that couldn't hold all our items. Company is a scam don't use them.

DON'T call these guys!!! Call an actual moving comp (Northamerican, etc) These guys work with bad moving agencies that steal, damage, destroy, and lose your belongings. They jack up the cost at the pickup. If you don't opt for the replacement value, they will steal and sale your stuff. There is a video out of the cops arresting 5 of them for stealing and trying to sell the stuff. They quoted me but jacked it up at time of pickup. They are predators stealing either your money or you household goods, or both.

My suggestion is, do it yourself. They gave us a price and we ended up paying twice the amount and their actual moving people kept for themselves my 8 foot stepladder and my hand truck that was capable of holding 600 lbs. This company is not the movers just works with movers they choose. Nothing they say can be trusted. They led us to believe drop off at our place of destination would happen 3 to 4 days after pick up. NOT SO!!! Picked up on the 4th; dropped off on the 12th. Question EVERYTHING they tell you. When we tried to go through channels to get reimbursement for said items we had to jump through hoops and still have not been able to see any fulfillment due to not giving enough information though gave them pictures for damage items and lost items if I can use that term. The key word in their contract is estimate.

I’ve moved across country twice with no issues. This move was based deceitful measures from the beginning. They gave me a great quote to rent 240 cubic feet of a truck. Starting from North Jersey to Florida. I figured it would probably be a little more than that when it was all said and done. I received a call the night before my move asking what exactly I had. I told the woman in detail my list. She said I had only used 200 cubic feet. She also sad I could add several more boxes if I need to. Which I did. 4 small 3’x5’ area rugs and 3 medium boxes. The day the movers came to pick up my stuff, the driver looks at my thing and immediately says the Quote I received was incorrect. He never measured or even counted one thing, just eyeballed it. Didn’t load it up first and check the markings in the truck which would give an accurate measurement of how much space was used. Said he had 4 yrs experience and knew what he was talking about. He DOUBLED my quote. I had to make him wrap my metal head and foot board. He didn’t think the finish would be harmed . Then had the nerve to ask for a tip. No support from Graceful Movers. They gave the pick up company full range to charge what he wanted without question. The people I spoke with all said the exact same thing to me like they were reading a script. I get a call on a Monday from the Graceful movers telling me my furniture is being loaded and will be here in a couple days. It finally showed up 8 days later. The delivery driver told me every customer he serves for this un graceful company say the exact same thing. Unfortunately he takes the rap for them. There is nothing graceful about this moving company. Save yourself the headache and money and choose a reputable company.

This bunch of liars and devils is not to be trusted. DO NOT call them. They are thieves as well. I gave them $1500 at the beginning of our deal and never saw that money again and don't expect to. I did wade through their lies and manage to not give them any more money. Best decision I made when dealing with them. I am not a vulgar man but if I were I would have much worse words for these folks. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from them. Do it yourself or use someone you personally know. These people will steal your money and break your heart.

This company brokered my move from Austin TX to AZ and it has been a complete nightmare. 1) The salesperson - super friendly - told us the cost would be one amount, only to have it doubled when the truck showed up. They also told us that it would be delivered within 3-5 days only to learn that "our salespeople don't really know how transport works, but it will be up to 14 days". They took my nonrefundable deposit and had me hooked in - there was no way out at that point. Such a scam. 2) The mover demanded cash BEFORE they would unload our items. 3) They provided no inventory list upon delivery and refused a receipt until I threatened to call the police for theft. 4) They told us after all things were nearly unloaded that "about 300cf" of our things were still "at the warehouse" back in TX - refused an inventory list of those items, sending only a poor quality photo making it impossible to see what all was there (luckily we have our own inventory list from pre-load up and so we know precisely what is missing). 5) Almost everything they touched was either damaged or completely destroyed, including priceless family heirlooms. Complete disrespect for our belongings, complete disregard for their care and safety. The mover who arrived to pack up was alone, brought his wife and approximately 8 year old child. He tossed our things in without concern for their safety, very poorly packed (I have photos). His trailer could not have been street legal - it had bald tires and he had to blow up one tire just to drive off. The inventory list was completely illegible, scribble at best, and they drove away seconds after handing it to me, so there was no time to ask for a clearer copy. "David", the manager of the moving company, has been completely nonresponsive, and while Graceful has claimed to have been in contact with him, I have no proof of this.

Graceful is as culpable as the moving company they brokered with. They know this guy, they've worked with. him. According to the BBB, this happens a LOT with the companies they broker with. We are heartbroken, exhausted, devastated at the loss of so many of our most precious items. This company does not care. Run. Do not use this company.

Committed Pick up date: June 10th

Actual Pick up date : June 9th

We were happy that, as they picked up early, we will get our shipment early.

Proposed First Available Delivery Date (FADD) : As early as possible

They changed FADD by themselves to June 17th.

Every week they were postponing delivery date to next week. Its already

been 5 weeks from pick up but still shipment is not delivered. Now they are telling that, they ate not able to connect with transport company and I have to wait till 30th Business Day from FADD, which is July 29th.

On July 20th I tried to escalate the issue, some lay came on call and told me that she is Supervisor, she told me that truck which is carrying my stuff is broken so we can’t give you any delivery date now. She literally hanged up the call.

Still 8 more days to go, to reach 30th business day from my First Available delivery date. And I don’t have any clue where my stuff is and will these ppl deliver it or not.

So, please don’t pick GRACEFUL MOVING GROUP as you moving company

These guys are very good until u make the 1st payment. After that they show what they are.

First this is a broker firm not the actual moving company. They give you an estimate that feels good and make the booking with them.On the date of pickup the actual movers come and throw you off guard saying the estimate is wrong and you will have to pay anywhere between 50 to 100 % more than the estimate given my this disgraceful. They never answer your calls on the pickup date, seems like they know what could be happing btw you and the movers, so they wantedly ignore calls, they know our numbers.

Secondly the delivery, this disgraceful guys say and send an email saying the delivery will be btw 3 to 14 days for 500-1000 miles distance. When we call around 2 week time frame they say it's 21 days...call again after few days they say 30 days....disgraceful

Graceful Moving Group was supposed to move my belongings from St. Louis to Tucson, Arizona. They subcontracted the move to another company Lifetime Moverz instead. My belongings were picked up on June 14, 2022. It is now August 3, 2022 and my belongings have not been delivered, nor can anyone tell me where they are. Customer service is a joke. They report they don't know where my stuff is because they are now unable to contact Lifetime Moverz! I have made numerous calls myself to lifetime Moverz, but there is no answer, and they NEVER call back. Graceful Moving Group Customer Support seems quite unconcerned and they NEVER call back either. Also, I never received a Bill of Lading from either Lifetime Moverz or Graceful Moving Group. The Bill of Lading identifies the goods that were picked up. There is a good chance my stuff was stolen or possibly delivered elsewhere. If I could give this group a "zero" I would do that. Don't walk, RUN from this group if you value your belongings. Almost two months have passed and no one has any idea of where my belongings are, or when, if ever, they will be delivered. I have now lost my wardrobe, my computer, personal stuff, all of my kitchen ware/goods, a 50" TV, my bed, end tables and everything else in between. It is as though I opened up my door and let thieves come take everything from my home.

Their average service price is just a farce. Don't return telephone calls and have NO IDEA where your household goods are located; they sub-contract work and don't tell you; your goods are handled many times and DAMAGE is GUARANTED with no-one held accountable. There is no one point of contact for you -- too many individuals involved with the process, none of which are helpful. Trust me, I have NO reason to LIE about the above statements. Graceful Moving Group should NOT BE IN BUSINESS!! Therefore, NO rating can be provided but this feedback system forces me to give, at least, one star ... and a POOR RATING does NOT even come close enough to say how BAD this company truly is!! RUN RUN RUN RUN (You'll thank me.)

These people lied every step of the way. Literally every single step was lied about. They do not care about you or your stuff. Stay far away unless you want to pay more and have your stuff broken. You will literally pay more going with these guys because they will lie to you about the price and then when they break your stuff you'll spend even more to replace it. Seriously, I'm a very thorough person and this is the worst company I've ever did business with.

Awful company, they will give you a low estimate of the move to secure the deposit but if you read the fine print a lot of additional costs that you will incur once your assigned moving company arrives, at the end the total cost is two or three times the original estimate

Once they have your deposit, they practically disappear and you are on your own dealing with the shady moving company they subcontract, Graceful Moving Company and the employees are dishonest and useless, they don’t even pick up the phone if they recognize your number (I called from another number, and they picked immediately)

In the end, they couldn’t even provide the final invoice, even if the original contract was with them, not the moving company, when they couldn’t get it, they just texted me back with the moving company number

Anyway, a great example of their scamming ways is to compare the reviews in google and in other pages, 5 stars in google, all new reviews vs the reality in other places

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. They gave me a quote of $2083.00 for 200 cubic feet. I told them everything I was shipping and then when the actual moving company got here after loading my belongings the price doubled to $4100.00 because they said it was 450 cubic feet for the same things I was quoted my Graceful. I called Graceful they kept ignoring me then said they worked with the moving company and they got it down to 350 cubic feet which meant with the 893 I paid Graceful and the 2100 I gave the moving company I should have been paid in full. NOPE it took over 30 days to get my stuff moved and I couldn’t get a new contract for the 350 cubic feet. So the moving company took my stuff to Las Vegas dropped it off to another moving company and said I owed 985 upon delivery. Graceful did nothing to help me and could not get my money back. I am filing a complaint with the DOT because they are a SCAM. Call a reputable moving company and don’t go through a third party. My items are being held hostage by the moving company and have been with them for months. I have left multiple messages and have only received one phone call but no follow ups. After arriving more than 6 hours late at 10PM they informed me that how you had told me to leave everything was not correct. They packed up my belongings and then called the next day and told me the charge would be almost double what I was quoted. This is illegal and not compliant with FMCSA regulations. They will not deliver my items… This means not only have lost all of furniture but I have also lost all of my personal belongings, my children's drawings and family photos. Please assist.
