It is a company managed by a woman [NAME EDIT] and her husband out of Davie FL. They have rented a warehouse in Aurora, CO. They will pick up all of your items and place them inside the warehouse until they are able to hire random workers and pay them cash to drive your items across the country. You will never get phone calls and you will have to call daily. If you show even the slightest signs of anxiety (because they have no system in place), the husband [NAME EDIT] will threaten to impound your items and send them to Washington state. He will also tell you to hire an attorney if you continue to harass (call daily to know where your stuff is) him. It took over a month to receive my things, all transactions were through Venmo or Cashapp. Who knows what they report to the IRS on their end. Items arrived damaged. I was upcharged once items arrived and several things were missing from my bins. I am not sure I have ever been through a more stressful situation. I am so sad to know this couple takes advantage of wonderful people. I am so thankful the nightmare is over and have absolutely learned my lesson. Please use a reputable company like PODS. These guys have been reported to the commissioner of Colorado. Be careful out there.

This was by far the worst moving company I have ever experienced. They left me hanging for 3 solid days with excuses, sob stories and broken commitments. When they finally showed up (7:30 pm) they started in with the extra charge extortion, even though the sales guy swore that wouldn't happen. When I refused to pay more, they left about 1/3 of my stuff and the truck was half full. Finished move at 2:00 am. I sent an email outlining my experience and asking for a partial refund since they didn't move all my stuff. They don't even care enough to respond.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1400

They picked up our items in Westminster, Colorado Jan. 31, 2022. We called two weeks later to get a timeframe on delivery and got swore at by a so called “owner”. He threatened to have our items delivered to Seattle and put in arbitration or just dropped back at the vacant apartment for what he called “intimidation” on our accounts. After a 20 minute unprofessional tirade from the moron on the phone, he threatened to bring our items down to Arkansas where we moved, personally, and kick my husbands “ hillbilly redneck ass”! Personally, I’d love to see that!

The two delivery people showed up on March 19, neither one spoke English so impossible to direct them on what was ours or wasn’t! They left two boxes that belonged to another party that was full of medications, and never left our area rugs! We have reached out with phone calls and emails and have had one response with no actions taken on their part as of this date! RUN…don’t walk away from this company! They have also sent an email before we hired them stating they had an A+ rating with the BBB, which we know is a total fabrication!

First of all, there customer service department is sooooo overwhelmed, you’re lucky if you get someone on the phone. I called so many times I lost count! If I did get someone to answer, they were pleasant, but ineffective. I would have to go through the whole process of calling 10+ times to follow up!

The quote I was given, by a brokering company (Three Brothers Moving and Storage) was COMPLETELY different than Good Moves USA charged when they came and loaded my belongings!! The amount tripled!! I was devastated, as i am on a fixed retirement income!! Of course i was offered to leave half of my belongings behind. WHAT???

They wrapped my bed, dresser, area rug, lamp, coffee table and two rattan chairs, along with 35 boxes, that I packed, and left. It was a terrible gut feeling!

EVERY piece of furniture had a dent or scratch, when delivered. My “this side up”, “fragile” boxes were delivered upside down. Thank goodness I packed them well! Also, the mover who delivered my belongings REFUSED to reassemble, which I was promised. He also refused to pay the two gentleman he hired to move my items into my apartment. Not until they threatened physical violence, and called his boss, did he pay them.

They DID NOT deliver my 9x12 wool, oriental rug! After being assured they would look into it, I was “ghosted”on their end! I received NO calls back after leaving multiple messages. I wanted to file a claim, but realized after reading all the fine print that I would only receive $5.00 for my $800.00 rug. (.06 cents/pound) It’s really heart breaking. I will NEVER use a moving company again. Once they get your belongings, you are powerless.

Good Move USA is the most corrupt, unprofessional business there is. They showed up on my doorstep saying it will take 14-31 business days to have my goods delivered. Since my wedding stuff was on the truck, I needed it within a two week window. They kindly offered a service called Premium Guaranteed Service, or PGS. They told me it would be delivered within 7 days for an extra fee. Fast forward to day 7, and I reach out to a gal named [NAME EDIT]. [NAME EDIT] tells me the truck is being loaded today, a Monday. I ask when it is being delivered, as Monday is day 7, and I will be at my wedding on Saturday. She then begins to scream at me, saying it is 7-10 business days, and tells me I am harassing her. [NAME EDIT[ continues to ignore multiple attempts to reach her throughout the week. On Friday, as I am driving to my wedding, [NAME EDIT] calls me to tell me my stuff will be delivered on Saturday, and since I will not be there, be charged a holding fee. As I explained that I will not be there, and Saturday was not a business day, [NAME EDIT] continues to yell, scream, and be unapologetic of the situation. I finally get a hold of the "manager" and threaten law suits if they charge me a holding fee. As soon as I brought up the word court, the "manager"; backed off and said she would not charge me anything. The delivery finally took place on a Monday, the 10th business day. I proceeded to call the manager, and she blocked my number. As it turns out, Good Move USA contracted out the delivery, and never had a say in how long it would take to get there. Throughout my experience they did nothing but place blame on the broker, refused to answer my phone calls, lied and manipulated, and did some of the most unethical business practices one could do. This experience has been written up in detail, and reported to the FTC the BBB, and the Attorney General of Colorado. It is too late for me to get my money back, but hopefully they get put out of business and get the karma they deserve.

As I now read other complaints with fresh eyes after my experience, I realize there is a consistent theme with this company: Their promise of one reputable professional experienced company responsible from start to finish is a total lie. They kept saying, they were not a broker. The contract said they would provide a white glove service. None of that is true. They did not live up to their end of the contract’s terms. They failed to secure my belongings in a safe manner to keep breakage and loss from happening.

Currently my belief is that all their ‘good reviews’ were done by people other than regular customers. There is a hugh disparity between the ‘good’ reviews and the ‘bad’ reviews. For a company that claims to provide a white glove service that is a red flag. You cannot be both that good and that bad. How is it that all those people providing bad reviews, who do not know each other, consistently have the same fundamental bad experiences?

I have moved interstate and intrastate multiple times. NEVER have I experienced the amount of personal item loss this company created. Never have I experienced the chaos, harassment, and bullying. Not a white glove experience.

They created a chaotic frenzied atmosphere by failure to communicate in a timely manner, arriving late, demanding more money. I was told my window for packing would be 2pm to 6pm. They arrived at 8:30pm with lots of trucks and 15+ packers, all milling about while it was explained in a hurried intense manner, I needed to pay substantially more right away due to extra boxes I had not advised them of originally or they would all have to leave. I said I had provided an updated packing list many days before. The dispatcher claimed to only have the old list. They set expectations (through advertisement & communication prior to the move) they had no intention of fulfilling. Not a white glove experience.

One example: This chaos was increased when I called to inquire about arrival times and if it might be in everyone's best interest to reschedule. I was met with an abusive bulling response by Ed who felt it was necessary to talk over me, call me names, threaten me with legalese gibberish and then, when I hung up, he kept calling back to continue. I answered only the first call-back thinking he had calmed down. Not a white glove experience.

The dispatcher called me three and a half weeks after they collected my items and hours before they were to be delivered. She was frantic and demanding that I ‘cut’ her a new check since the first one, 3.5 weeks ago, did not go through. How convenient that she could now threaten me with no delivery if I did not comply and that she only just now discovered it. Unfortunately for her I knew the check had been processed 3.5 weeks ago and had proof. All of a sudden: crickets! Not a white glove experience.

They handed my goods off to another company to deliver. They had claimed they were a full-service non-broker company. The driver from the second company was not given my full address, he had unrealistic expectations of travel time to my new home from his base of operations, he came unprepared to stay to set up my furniture, had no tools and hired, for one hour only, two locals who handled my goods with total incompetence. Not a white glove experience.

This second company did not have an inventory of my goods (the original companies packers had made a great show of creating it). The second company had no list to check and verify everything had been delivered. Despite repeated requests, the original company has not provided that inventory list with their 'tag' numbers so I can provide them with information of what wasn’t delivered. Not a white glove experience.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $10980

The only reason I am writing this review is to warn people against using this horrific, fraud of a company. I was charged $2100 MORE than I was quoted, paid for packaging and materials twice, my delivery was 45 days late and could not get a hold of anyone during this whole process. Numbers would be disconnected, people were conveniently no longer with the company, lies upon lies. When my items finally arrived, this company tried to charge me $800 more to cross a bridge they did not realize was there (never heard of this) and the mover tried to bring in someone else's items. They were completely unorganized, brought in the wrong stuff and lost a desk, which to this day has never been found. I have never met a more unprofessional, reckless and trash team in my entire life. I held off on months to write this because I wanted to give them a chance to clear the air internally, but after months of being ignored and waiting, I have decided that I had to share my story so that no one else gets trapped in their fraud. I have also reported them to the FMCSA. Beware using this company. You will regret it.
