BEWARE BEWARE,BEWARE, AVOID, DAMAGED GOODS, this company have a great website with fancy looking trucks but believe me when I say that's not what you will receive when they turn up to the job. Please please avoid this company and do your research. The reviews speak for themselves.

Long-distance move from Queensland to New South Wales

Bill $1070.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS..we got quoted $770 to move a hand full of items from qld to syd..they don't know how to safely stack, they dropped multiple items whilst loading the truck, they were unreliable (timing) and then had the nerve to refuse to transport a third of the items that were included in the quote; they refused to take t.v. on the day unless we signed an agreement to accept liability for any potential damage, and maintained that we would have to pay an additional $500 plus gst for remaining items despite not reaching capacity of cubes purchased. Upon delivery, they gave my wife a pre-completed invoice/acceptance contract to sign disclosing satisfaction; she annotated the invoice to note that not all items were delivered as agreed and emailed the company her copy, whilst the driver attempted to blackmail and intimidate her into altering it. We reported it to the company only to be offered to deliver the remainder of the items for an additional $300!!
Not happy..!!

From the time the truck eventually arrived there were add-on costs to original quote, or our goods weren't not going to be taken. The overall quality of conduct in the moving process was very poor from loading to unloading, with damage and missing items found at the other end (est. costs $1600). No external or internal accountability provided by company management and customer service specialists, only cop out legal references to terms and conditions.
If you do somehow end up using this company, let it be noted DO NOT sign any paperwork by the removalists until you have checked all your goods at delivery, irrespective of the time of completion (1030pm for us), and pressure you receive. Once you sign the paperwork you are stating all was delivered in good order.

Do Not Use Frs Removealists.

If you want your furniture moved do not use this organisation. They are totally unprofessional. They will leave you stranded. Don't try to get any help from the dopey Manager called [NAME EDIT] - what a joke!!

I actually can't believe how bad this company was, it was downhill ever since their truck first turned up. I have ended up lodging a complaint with fair trading in the hope they can help me work through some of my issues with this company.

Update.

After FRS removals had taken money illegally from my Nans account, I got the money back from her credit card company.
I can't believe the reviews on this page are still going, it seems this company is not interested in cleaning its act up.
This company needs to be reported to the authorities and shut down ASAP.

Stay away from furniture temovalist services.

Absolute disgrace. I have a one bedroom apartment with hardly any furnitute. They took six hours to move my furniture with the distance being 6 hours. Do yourselves a favour; stay away from them. They are very dishonest, rude and arrogant.

I HAD 5 QUOTES FROM DIFFERENT REMOVALIST COMPANIES FRS DID BEAT ALL QUOTES , WITHOUT SACRIFICING THE WORK QUALITY WHICH WAS GOOD, ALL OF MY FURNITURE S MOVED SAFELY , CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE VERY HELPFUL I THINK HER NAME WAS JINAN THANK YOU.
