Exact Movers

Moved back in May,completely dissatisfied with this company DO NOT USE ! From the start it was terrible,they were late was told on the phone the movers would pack things,they didn't said they didn't do it but would help us since we were told that,the things they did pact was just thrown into a box,half of my things didn't make the move,they get their drug full take it to another place where the truck was completely unloaded but in another truck than shipped again,I had them take it to a storage place so I didn't unpack alot till I needed it example Christmas decorations,had boxes of them all I got was tree ornaments,my tree and a box of animated snowmen that wasn't even mine,they put a box of tree ornaments in a tote that had my decorations in so all in all they stole it all, plus kitchen things got stolen,went through other boxes I seen cuz they didn't retape it,going with this company was a nightmare,now onto price we were told a price and when the movers got to the storage place they demanded a price or they was going to leave with our things,3000 dollars over what we were quoted they said they lost the receipt of the weight of truck,this company lies to you,won't return phone calls when they do you explain to them what happened they are very apology full then gives you another number to call and they never return the calls,I learned the hard way plus days of cring ,DO NOT USE this company,they lie,steal from you.
