Smooth move

Everything went smoothly from the time of booking to the time of the move. For the booking procedure, I communicated with Jennifer via email. We had a three-person crew on the day of the move for a two-bedroom apartment. They provided us with clear instructions on how to start with the move and what to expect. Great customer service

Very impressed! Both loading and unloading crews were great, respectful. Sales team were extremely helpful especially since I was having to make changes frequently to the move date due to outside factors. Had to move down 3 flights and up 4 flights of GTA walk-ups, and the Enterprise Moving team had no issues getting it all done! They were kind, patient, and did not complain once about the admittedly very tough move. Would definitely use them again!

Storage and moving

Moving with Enterprise was easy and efficient. Movers always called ahead to let you know their arrival time, and, once there, they're friendly and helpful.
