Long-distance move from Halifax, NS to Barrie, ON

Missing 2 Large Boxes with no recourse

Wow! This company STINKS! A move from Halifax to a small city in Ontario with 2 Large Boxes plus other items that have gone missing. Wrote to the Better Business Bureau and of course, their response was 'nice-nice'. They asked me to reach out to them. They had the nerve to throw Terms and Conditions at me where it states :we do not take responsibility for missing items!" Unbelievable!

Long-distance move from Toronto, ON to Vancouver, BC

Lies and threats …horrible people

1 star as at least my stuff which was picked in June from Toronto was delivered in August to my Vancouver address.

And …after all the unprofessional behaviour that we have to tolerate from these horrible people.

I hired them to move my stuff , they promised 3 weeks and safe transportation. What I got was …June to August and they just broke my 2000 dollars sofa and 1 table.

Insult on the injury was threat that I got from, their Vancouver dispatcher as he said things might get even worse for me after weeks of wait if I dare to file a complaint.

Most horrible business I ever dealt with in my life..

One day I got call from them that the stuff will be delivered very next day and that was followed by surprise that our stuff is still in Ontario warehouse even and they will deliver later. You can imagine how unorganized this organization is!

The whole deal was a series of lies and betrayal. Their business license should be canceled!

Very professional.

I am just finished with a move, using Enterprise Moving services.

A great experience, all around. Scheduling the move with Nick was a breeze. All the necessary information was promptly provided via text, including detailed pricing. The movers did an excellent job. They were on time in the morning, they worked skillfully and fast. Moving, indeed, is a skilled trade. Many may think that mover is a mover, is a mover. But, Enterprise Moving showed me today that a move can be done truly professionally. As a result, I, as a client, didn’t encounter any stress over it. Based on this experience I strongly recommend Enterprise Moving.

Remarkable.

We have now used Enterprise Moving on two occasions and both times the service has been remarkable. Their movers (we had different guys each time) were efficient and so careful with our furnishings. We would be happy to use them again. Our things were respected and we received the best in customer service. I don’t think we would ever even consider another moving company at this point. They are honest, caring, and so respectful.

Very Good.

The absolutely awesome moving company, and a perfect experience in moving our office to a new location.

The office staff was professional and courteous. They emailed a confirmation and made sure they had all of the necessary information. The movers arrived at the designated location EXACTLY on time, which put them ahead of the game from the start. They loaded things up quickly and efficiently and did the same thing at the back end.

A+, will definitely recommend and look forward to using again.

Very Pleased with Enterprise Moving.

Had such an incredible experience with Enterprise! They provided boxes for me to pack my items and helped me pack so many things that I hadn’t gotten to by the day of the move. They wrapped my furniture SO carefully—everything arrived to my destination without any scratches or damage. The movers were also incredibly friendly and just pleasant to work with. This was my first big move and they handled absolutely everything, putting me at ease. Thank YOU Enterprise.

Very good service, 5 stars.

Can’t recommend these guys enough if you have an upcoming move! My husband and I moved from Ottawa ON to Vancouver BC. Enterprise Moving made moving easy! They were efficient and careful with all of my belongings as well as personable and responsive. The team was great from start to finish, responding to our initial moving request quickly to the actual move a week later. I definitely recommend Enterprise Moving for your next move!

Well Done!

All in all, very satisfied with the service. From the booking process to the last delivery, excellent service.

The charges were very reasonable compare to other movers. When the two men arrived at my apartment for moving, they were very polite and professional. I have nothing but praise for this company, and highly recommends Enterprise Moving for anyone who needs their service.

DO NOT HIRE

The company is a total scam (criminals in my opinion). They broke and lost stuff in transit, and refused to compensate for those.

The delayed the delivery at their own convenience, without even bothering to tell me.

The staff is extremely rude and mostly uneducated. In fact, I am almost certain that most of the payments are illegal ways of making money.

Good services.

They were very professional, punctual, and very caring to meet our moving needs. From the first phone call and appointment to the last box unloaded by the movers our experience was outstanding. Everyone was most proficient, very courteous and friendly. They all worked steadily and very hard. We could not be more pleased. We have already recommended Enterprise Moving and Storage to others. Highly recommended.
