      Awesome

My cousin recommended this company for my coast to coast move and I wasn't disappointed. The whole crew was very professional and

accommodating every step of the way, from the moment I made a phone call. Donna was especially great at helping schedule everything so it all went smooth. All my belongings arrived

undamaged in spite of there being quite a few of fragile and hard to transport items. They even helped with packing! Would no doubt use them

again if I need to move.

      GREAT MOVING EXPERIENCE!

My friend Mellissa referred me to Elite Moving and Storage last year for moving when I got Laid off and had to move back home.

It was pretty stressful and I had to change the date twice because of Covid.

Donna, the scheduler was really helpful with all the arrangementand even called the week before to make sure everything was still on schedule.

She quoted me a really good price that was better than the other quotes i received.

It was great that when the move did happen I had a good insite into what my costs would be including all the expenses of the packing etc.

I wasn't feeling like I was going to be nickel and dimed because we went over all of that beforehand.

I shopped around a little but did trust my friend and I'm glad I went with these guys.

Everyone was extremely helpful and professional through the whole process and made it a quick and smooth process.

I would definitely reccomend them for moving.

Thanks for making our move easy

I had to make a cross-country, long-distance move and was searching for a reliable moving company. Elite Moving & Storage was fantastic and I particularly have to thank Donna, who was so helpful in answering all of our questions! Everything was scheduled perfectly ahead of time and the movers showed up when we were told they would be, and loaded all of our items carefully which I appreciated since we had several pieces that I was nervous about making the long move (they came through just fine). I had contacted a couple different companies before the move and Elite's prices were really reasonable, especially for the distance that we were moving. Elite gave us a quote beforehand so we knew exactly what to expect, and I actually got charged a little less than the quote which was great. The crew members that helped with my move was professional and courteous, and everything was safely moved and put where I asked in our new place. Overall, I'm really happy I went with Elite, and they made what could have been an incredibly stressful couple of days much easier than I thought it would be.

      Excellent service and so easy

My friend recommended elite when she found out I was planning on moving myself and my three kids on my own. I am so grateful that she did.the work that Donna did to set everything up was super helpful. She made everything so easy and it was all done on time. I hope to not have to move it again anytime in the future, but if I did I would hire them again.

      A great moving experience

Elite helped us with our move and did a great job. It was almost 1500 miles from state to state and I was concerned about timing and security. Donna set my mind at ease and made the process smooth for us. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who is unwilling to accept that things “got lost in the move” as all of our belongings showed up in great condition and on time!! I also liked that they handled our items with care.

      Smooth move

I learned about this company from my relatives who took their services to move from one state to another so I went ahead and give a shot to move from LA to Tennessee for my work. The staff was very responsible, professional and handled my stuff with care like their own. I must say their people are very punctual because they were right on time what they committed. Very special thanks to Donna who made this move very smooth for us and pricing was affordable compare to other movers available in the community. Overall, I am pretty happy with their services and will recommend to my friends and family.

      Moving Made Easy

I used Elite Moving and Storage when I moved to New Orleans. Their staff was responsive and professional. One of my children had spilled a drink, and one of their movers cleaned up a spill inside our home. Their staff is polite and they go above and beyond to do a good job. They are quick! They packed my house in half of a day!

Our items all arrived safely. I was happy they offered to drop it off a day before our original estimated date. It was doing business with them!

      Professionally handled

At the last minute my cousin called me up and told me she had a week to move from her home in Santa Monica to Santa Barbara. We called several moving companies but none could help us on such short notice until I came across Elite. We talked with Donna and was immediately greeted with a yes we can help. They showed up right as scheduled and we're very good at handling breakables and valuables. They were fast but cautious while loading the truck. It was a few weeks before delivery day and

as my cousin's new apartment wasn't ready yet. They extended the storage for additional days. on move in day they crew was ready and eager to get the job done. These guys were very professional and worked efficiently to get the job done without breaking anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to move locally in Cali as they are affordable and a great crew to have there to help. We made sure to tip them nicely for such a great job done.

      Avoid at all costs!!!!!

This company is horrific. We moved locally after getting robbed. They helped us for two days. Our quote was 1,800. Then they threw in some bs about triple time and double time. I swear on my life it was about $14000 to move from Encino to Tarzana. They are disgusting , horrific people. Call me, reach out. I hired a lawyer today. No choice. They even dropped our stuff in the street when my husband said we didn’t have anymore money to give them. They never finished moving us. Truly these people are disgusting. It’s all a scam here. Please feel free to contact me!

    • They had my lifelong belongings in their possession, and I had no choice but to pay the additional money requested in order to obtain my belongings.

      Not Beware, But Be Aware

If you want you stuff to arrive safely, their packing crew cannot be beat. But when all the bids came in around 25k for our move from California to Texas, Elite’s price was only 14k. I'll take it, was my reply. That gives me 11k of problems I'm covered for. Just know that they play a bit of a bait and switch job on you, because they had ways of pushing their price up over 20k before all was said and done, not to mention over a thousand in tips, which I was happy to pay. The bottom line is that we got all of our stuff delivered, eventually, and in one piece, so I still saved about 20%, despite their strategic con job.

Extremely horrible experience.

Mary, the receptionist or coordinator is extremely rude and unprofessional. We do not have an idea where our goods are at this moment and not sure when we will receive them. It is past 14 days and living in a hotel hoping to receive our goods sometime. This company is not legit and they are a rip off. Never use their service!

Donna.

The customer service Donna provided was excellent definitely a bunch of hard working guys. they were extremely careful with all my stuff and spent enough time on packing. Nothing was damaged. Despite having to walk some distance and down 2 flights of stairs ,the job was done fairly quickly. it was easy to communicate with the movers. Pretty excellent moving experience.
