PRIOR TO THE MOVE: We just used this company to move from Oregon to Northridge and we were very happy with everything that was involved in the move. From the first phone call till the unloading of the last box in the new place. During the research that we did in order to find any company that can do a across country moving company Elite moving and storage had the best recommendations and more than that, one of our far friends hired them in the past and he was happy as well with the moving. I must admit that I was nervous because I heard so many horrible nightmares stories from people at work and friends as well, but from the first contact with Elite moving and storage that nervous was gone. My main contact person at the office was Donna, Donna came out to the old house to give me the quote and she was very honest and straight forward with us. In total we had about 120 boxes plus all the bulky furniture’s such as Cal King bed, desks, Dining table and chairs etc.… and the quote was over 7K. I took this estimate and I compared it to other companies including to renting moving pods to see if we can save some money by doing it like this. After this research, I found out it was too much complicated for so many reasons and the other companies came up with a higher estimate. When the movers showed up that morning, I was stressed because there were several items that I wasn’t able to pack yet. When they came inside they immediately started packing the last 10 boxes for us and all I had to do now was sit back and relax. DURING THE MOVE: after everything was loaded up to the truck, they gave us the driver’s cell number so we can call him at any time and ask for the latest update about the move. The driver (Jose) called us during that time to give us updates. This was a huge thing for us and we appreciated that a lot. The movers gave us the time frame of 0-12 day’s period and they arrived there on the 10th day. AFTER THE MOVE: When the movers arrived to the new house, they unloaded all the boxes and furniture’s and they even placed them in the right place at the house. After we opened the boxes, we noticed that nothing has been broken and everything arrived in good condition. We would totally recommend this company to anyone, they were great.

First time hiring a legit moving company rather than counting on other internet sites or friends and am SO glad I did! From the time I spoke to Donna and requested a quote to dropping off the last box, the folks at Elite Moving & Storage were courteous, prompt and responsive. The move took around 1 day which is exactly what they had estimated. There were no hidden costs or anything. Bins: Donna was great in scheduling the bins to be delivered and picked up prior to and after our move was finished. Note: they only pick up/drop off on certain days. The rate per bin was not much and Donna gave me an additional discount, the bins saved us the hassle of scouring for and buying boxes. When it came to communication, Donna was awesome. She followed up 2 days before the move to let us know that we were still on schedule. She texted the morning of to let us know that they were on their way and also midway through to make sure everything was going well! Amazing. The movers (Matt, Juan, Jacob and Sam) were great and fast. They wrapped/boxed up our TV, mirrors, and tables and taped up all the drawers. Nothing broke! Fantastic!! They take credit card too which was great! We ended up tipping each person for the great work and service we got. I hope I never have to move again, but when I do, I'll be calling them.

The moving crew of elite moving and storage were excellent and even more! We hired them to store our personal belongings and furniture from the old house for 5 months until we move to our new house. All the movers showed up at our old house at the day of the move and it was confirmed with Donna from the office. The items were stored at their warehouse and after the 5 months…we called to Donna once again to schedule another moving from the storage to our new house. Donna was very nice to me and extremely helpful. All the items arrived to my house safe and in good condition. Donna made sure that we are very happy and that there are no problems or issues during and after they completed the work. The movers came over to the new house and they unloaded everything with extra causes and if there was ever a piece or some boxes that they didn't understand where to put them, they would come ask for clarification. We would highly recommend them for a move!

My furniture was delivered to me last week and I am just done unpacking. I am pleasantly surprised with the condition of everything. I did promise my contact person that I will write a review to let everybody on my experience with them but did not want to do it till all is done and unpacked. Well, everything is unpacked and as I said before, I am pleasantly surprised that there was nothing that broke in this move. I did expect little things here or there as I know that the furniture is moved several times but after inspecting all the items when they were brought into my apartment and unwrapped from the moving pads did not see any scratches or damages. the boxes came in the good shape and after unpacking them - all my china, dishes and lamps are in perfect condition. The movers themselves were polite and nice. The delivery was within 7 days when I was told that it may take up to 14 - so it seems to me as a good timing. I am pleased with my experience with Elite moving company and will recommend them to anybody who will ask.

My move to Denver was easy. I hired Elite through another company and was happy with the outcome of this move. The movers arrived on time to load my belongings, they were working very hard and wrapped all my large furniture in moving pads. After they were done, the packaging looked professional, defiantly not something that I could do myself. The delivery took place within 8 days, which was ok as they did advise me that it could take that long so I was prepared and had with me everything I needed to use in this period of time. Everybody who I came in contact with from Elite were very nice and professional, all my belongings were accounted for and in good condition.

I just moved last month, and Elite went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for me.  There are too many great things to list!  To start off, I called last-minute, and they were able to squeeze in the move for me.  They followed up with detailed emails, and always kept in contact by phone when necessary.  Donna and her team have impeccable customer service, and were so kind and caring the whole way through. They stored my things while I was in transition, and then brought everything over to the new place in excellent condition.  Ami was so sweet and made sure that everything was in perfect order before he left – all hard workers, and quick and careful too.  Wonderful, wonderful company – I will most definitely recommend them to anyone I know that needs help moving.  Thank you Elite, I am SO grateful to all of you! ~Amy E.
