Long-distance move from Anton Chico, NM to San Jose, CA

Great Customers Services!

My main concerns were my grandmother's china and the large glass coffee table. Dumbo Moving and Storage took extra precautions by packing foam inserts and custom boxes, using foam layers and straps for the coffee table. They wrapped cushions for cleanliness and helped with furniture arrangement after arrival.

I would absolutely use them again!

Moving my office equipment was stressful, but the movers made it way easier. They handled everything with such care, especially my computers and office furniture. The team was efficient, and everything arrived at the new office without a scratch. They even helped set up a few things for me. They really took the stress out of moving my business.

Above and Beyond

We moved from one state to another with two little kids, and Dumbo Moving and Storage was a lifesaver. They were super understanding about the chaos and worked around us like pros. They kept everything labeled and organized, which made unpacking a lot less of a headache. They also stayed in touch while on the road, which gave us peace of mind.

Long-distance move from Atlantic Mine, MI to Baton Rouge, LA

We were grateful to have him in charge of our move.

The movers helped keep things sorted. They labeled everything clearly so we'd know whose boxes were whose and wrapped shared furniture separately. It helped reduce arguments later! The experience felt smooth from start to finish and way less chaotic than we expected.

They were very responsive

My move from a furnished rental to my condo included my furniture, electronics, and kitchen items. Dumbo Moving and Storage handled it all with professionalism, keeping my couch and dining table well protected. They even carried my fragile coffee maker in its padded box. Every piece was exactly where I wanted it in the new place, ready to use.

Team members are honest!

We had several pieces of antique furniture that I was nervous about moving, but the team treated them like they were priceless. They wrapped each piece in blankets, secured them in the truck, and unloaded them with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the process was handled with professionalism from beginning to end.

Very smoothly and tension-free

My first time hiring movers, and I couldn't be happier. William walked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect. The crew was careful with my fragile glassware, patient when I asked questions, and efficient without feeling rushed. I honestly don't think I'll ever go back to moving on my own again after this experience.

Get what you pay for

Showed up late both on the move out and late on the move in, rude and in a hurry. Called the night before to confirm the time and then called morning of to change the time last minute. Threatened not to move items if I did not accommodate last minute time change.
