The employee nothing but honest experience people that are willing to put the customer first. For example it goes without saying that the representatives to make money off of the moves that they put on the calendar. Who is willing to make less money off of our move because we were in a dire situation how many people can you actually say would do that. The selflessness and willingness to help really sealed the deal. The movers were slowly and we’re careful not to damage anything. They placed items in the rooms reversed and everything showed up the the same way it left. Dependable movers was 1 of 5 companies that contacted us. We put a request in at 9 AM and before 9:05 AM they called us. We were on the phone for over an hour walk in the home room by room telling him each and every piece we wanted to bring. Once we got her a list together they asked which items we needed special packing for. They told us items that would incur extra charges like mattress covers and boxes for the televisions. They Were nice enough to offer us complementary boxes and even mattress covers. They were a company that is willing to work hard to earn our business. Out of the other companies we spoke to they were very pushy and demanding we make a deposit before we lost our spot. Dependable movers was willing to hold our spot until we were ready and comfortable and that was what made us go with them in the end. They did great clean work and we would be happy to use them again.

Well we found dependable movers online movers.com. They said we will be contacted by a group of recommended movers and they were one that happened to be on the list. The first time we spoke of them we spoke for about 40 minutes second time we spoke to them we spoke for over an hour. It all lead up to us reserving our move with them. We made our deposit and it was the best thing we could’ve ever done for our family. Everybody that came to our house was so nice to our animals are animals mean everything to us. The animals told us that these are good trustworthy people but at the end of the day it was about the furniture and the furniture arrives in the same condition and left in the price never changed in the furniture never left tracks and that’s the reason we hired them and we will continue to hire them in the future you guys are the best.

We had no choice we got a golden opportunity that we couldn’t pass on and we had to go. As a matter of fact we couldn’t even rent a truck to get it in time to do the move so thank you everybody for your availability. The work you did spoke for itself I’m never seen people take so much time in so much detail for an every day move. I was shocked. All we wanted when we were looking for a moving company with somebody who was going to show up when they said they were and treat our furniture like it was valuable and as if it was their own. Dependable movers did that and much more. These guys really earned our trust and as a result earned our business. They sent us links to proofread they were and showed us how long they been operating for. The foreman that came out on this job was excellent. He directed his men and loaded the truck in a certain way and buy a certain way I mean the correct way. None of her furniture was damaged nothing went missing and we are settled into our new home and it’s all thanks to this company. We figured the best way to thank you was by leaving a positive feedback on the Internet. If we ever have to move again God willing you will be the only call we make. We highly recommend you to anybody and everybody.

Nobody told us when we started this process that we would be inundated with calls from companies from New Jersey to California and beyond. The benefit in all this is that you get to see who has the best offer at the time. We lucked out they needed to fill space on the truck and we had the space they needed. Our movers heavily discounted but most importantly it was done right and it was done the way we wanted it. We were like hawks watching them work We care deeply about our things and we wanted to make sure they will be handled properly and then most definitely were. They never rushed they took their time loading the truck so nothing would fall on top of each other anything I need to be strapped down we’re strapped down. We are very impressed with the work that we received we don’t regret anything about working with this company and feel is worth every dollar spent. We are real people who really moved and who are really happy.

We made this move final after about 3 weeks of working with Dependable Movers. Great group of guys and girls all working with our information put a moving package together for us that worked exactly off our timeline and went well above our expectations. They kept us informed and were very fiexible with pricing and packing options. They were also available to talk after hours since I do work late. It was an all inclusive price that helped with other expenses. They came in a full size trailer with plenty of room for all of our furniture. In the end I’m happy we chose them and I would suggest calling them to anyone.

It was a really good experience working with dependable movers. We are a military family so we have plenty of experience dealing with moving companies. TV honest with you most moving companies out there are crooks or just looking for another way to make some extra money. We did not find this at all with dependable movers we found them to be straightforward and very transparent and they were always happy to answer questions whenever we called. They explain to us how the pricing works and that we would be responsible for the space that we use other companies don’t realize that the average person doesn’t know the Terminology but dependable took their time to explain everything to us and that’s why they earned our business. It wasn’t a complicated move it just took some scheduling And they have a great team of handles that.

So lucky to find this company had a New Jersey it was running the same route. It’s a common route straight down the East Coast but you wouldn’t believe how many snowbirds head down there for the winter time. Availability was a little bit of an issue but we were able to find you in that. The pricing was not an issue however because they did whatever they had to do to make this move fall in our price point. Very kind professionals who know how to do their job very well we would be happy to use them again and probably well and.
