Dedicated Van Lines

We spent a lot of time looking for what we thought was the best company for our relocation. It was a move for our employer who is kind enough to pay for the move but it was up to us to select the company. So we went online and put in some generic information and started to take phone calls from companies to ran the route. This moving company stood out for a few reasons. First off they had personality and most importantly they were willing to listen to our situation. Some of the other companies were all about the deposit and were only concerned with getting money before really getting to know us or the specifics of our move. By the time it was sent down we had grown very close with our agent. How many times can you say that you’ve had a service that you felt close with somebody like they actually cared this is one of the first times for us. The movers did great work and cleaned up after themselves and we got constant updates from the people inside the office. We never felt as if we were left in the dark and even had the drivers number to get a status update it anytime we needed it. There are hundreds and or maybe thousands of movers out there so it’s important to do a little bit of research before jumping into something. I can tell you right now that this company is honest we saw them work firsthand they work very hard and they earned every dollar we spent. thank you Dedicated Moving Company.

Dedicated Van Lines was superb. They took care of everything needed when it came to our relocation. We got a great price accompanied by customer service. After we spent an hour or 2 putting together all the furniture items we planned on taking they gave us an all inclusive price. That price included wrapping all the furniture as well as breaking them all down. They took time to pack all the boxes carefully so nothing would be damaged or the boxes wouldn’t give way and just collapse onto the ground. The transit time getting from point a to point b was fast and we felt comfortable knowing our goods were in food hands. Happy to do business with them and we highly recommend them.

We found a great company with dedicated Van lines. It wasn’t all about the pricing for us to be one of the company that we were able to communicate with regularly and stay on the same page with. We wanted to avoid any problems and we could not afford to be charged extra money on the day of delivery. The move went fairly smooth we ran into some problems with Weather but there were no major setbacks. The movers took care of her furniture with Care and made sure that when they loaded it nothing would stack that would fall and potentially break another item. Anytime we had any questions we just called our representative. That’s one of the benefits of working with an actual move-in carrier and not a moving broker.It was pretty much as easy as it could get and we have no regrets whatsoever working with them.

Dedicated they are. They are dedicated to ensuring that the customer has the best experience possible. They helped us review other quotes and even had our vehicles or arrange for pick up the same their household got moved. They put together a package that helped us because we Are disabled and couldn’t do this move ourselves if we wanted to. It’s a rare thing that the owner gets on the phone to introduce her self but in this case he did. It’s all the little things that add up that make them a great company. We had no worries at any cost of the move. We always knew her furniture wise and they are very flexible company. That’s why they got our five star rating.

My partner and I went online to look for movers and we found A company that was fabulous. We had the most adorable salesman who had us laughing half of the time. We are very open about certain things and we found the community that we thought we would fit right into and it just so happened to be in Florida. So I’ll take the sunshine over the cold weather any day. To be fair we had to at least hear what other companies had to say even though we had no interest in working with them just to make sure the pricing was in line and we are being fairly priced. Dedicated Van lines offered us the best price that it everybody and they got us there safely and secure. None of our delicate items were damaged and by the time they were done you couldn’t tell that any moving company was even there.They handle each item so carefully and watching them stack each piece we knew that nothing would fall. Love it love it love it. You guys are awesome!!

We found dedicated van lines on one of our moving searches they were one of 10 companies that would contact us. I felt that they were the best company for the job by the length of time in business and of course doing the moves them self with their own employees. We had a very bad experience in the past and we want to do anything we could to avoid that from happening again. The staff was extremely friendly and there wasn’t a question that they cannot answer. The movers were on time shrink wrapped in blanket wrapped all the furniture and they were off on their way this was a movie that was done professionally successfully and fast.

A real round of applause for everybody that works at dedicated Van lines. We gave them the information they needed in every single staff member went right to work. Each member was responsible for different aspects of the move and when it all came together it was so perfect. They were one of the cheaper companies that we spoke to and we got a great amount of space for our price. Make sure to shop around when talking to moving companies because if we would’ve reserved their move With the company there was more expensive and not so honest we could be in some deep trouble. Always moving is always there for his clients no matter what the issue is. Great relocation.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6500

First of all I believe they are a broker they did not have any trucks with their name on them a company named Trans World van lines did the move. I provided an extensive list to the dedicated van lines agent which encompassed every item along with dimensions. He chose not to use it and used his moving program assuring us it would fit on the 28 foot truck. It did not, there were 300 cubic feet that would not fit had he used the detailed list provided this most likely wouldn’t have happened. I had to pay for another truck because of his miscalculation even though we went off his list it didn’t fit. I was also promised the entire load would be delivered in 2 days on one truck it was not. 8 days later we received the rest of it one of the major reasons I hired them was to have a dedicated truck with all our things there in 2 days-didn’t happen. So the 9200 move cost me 10690. They did not estimate properly charged me more than my quote and did not deliver on time. It was very stressful I would not use the again and I do not recommend them.

I was super impressed by not only the representative I spoke to origionall, Allan, but the move itself went better then any other move I have completed the last 14 years (4 moves). The pre move survery was done professionally and on time. The packers arrived and worked until the job was done instead of hitting the road at 5pm. The Delivery was 8 days from California to Boca Raton Florida, I'm very impressed with this due to the other quotes we had offering 14-21 business days.

We chose this company because of the good reviews, but was very disappointed. I wanted to make sure that nobody goes through the same experience as myself. Ryan, the representative, gave us reassurances of everything and gave a reasonable quote, so we trusted them to deliver on their services. However, the day of the agreed move, nobody showed up and later that day we got informed that the driver got into an accident. We understood that this was out of their control, so we were okay changing plans a little to accommodate this unfortunate event. We were promised a truck the next day, but the afternoon of that day, we got another call saying the previous move took longer than expected and they could only come either late at night (11PM and later) or early the next day morning. Due to our lease agreements and loading dock availability (we lived in an apartment where you needed to reserve the loading dock), we could not delay the move any further. It was also too late to book another moving company, so we ended up renting a UHaul and doing the entire move ourselves. I specifically booked a moving company to avoid doing this type of work! We were promised a quick refund of our deposit, but that also ended up taking a week (while we were promised a refund within 2 days). I'm sure it's not all their fault (you can't predict an unfortunate traffic accident), but their communication, timeliness, and expectation management was truly disappointing.
