Damaged/lost $935 of our property. Pick up/packing people did a good job. The character who delivered the property was alone. We were told 2 people were to deliver our property. Truck was old and beat. Driver spoke limited English (possibly Iraqi). He was most interested in getting the property and getting his money. Fortunately, they are now out of business.
This a continuation of a previous review. I am absolutely amazed at the complete lack of responsibility by this company. Not only did they take over a week to get back to my attorney, but post communication with them without an Attorney has gone on for weeks with yet no response. They still have (and have acknowledged) possession of my property yet to be delivered. I have also advised them of property they delivered which is color coded, and not mine, that was meant to be delivered to someone else. They have yet to get back to me on that. I would like to contact that owner directly, but have no means of contacting them. I'm sure D&G will not openly provide that information. I do not want to discard the property since it isn't mine, but would like to send it to the proper owner. Something D&G apparently doesn't want to do on their own. Lately I have asked for information on where to file a claim so that at the very least I would be responsible for my part of this transaction. 4 weeks later I hear nothing. They have not responded to repetitive emails. . I finally looked on the back of the contract and there was the claim information. Is that so hard for them to respond to. So as of today I will be filing a claim for approximately 30 missing items, embedded scratches to 3 pieces of furniture, a broken coffee table leg, Destroyed side table, numerous broken permanent containers, 2 hand trucks, a large glass table top (which I would imagine has been broken and therefor not delivered.) Their lack of responsibility and communication is absurd. I am currently retired and plan on spending many a day writing Social Media about my experience. Don't let them move anything of yours. This company pertaining to my move has been negligent. As for my situation..there will be litigation!!
Needed a last minute move done last week and started calling around on these online sites. I spoke to James who put together the bid for me and I have to say everything went really well from start to finish. I really couldn't find anything to complain about. Everything was protected very well and they let me hold my stuff on the truck for two days because my closing wasn't ready yet. I guess that is part of thier services but none the less it was convenient for me. I will recommend them to my hr department so they can continue to do moves for the company I work for.
David and Goliath Moving / EZ moving Van Line seems to use terms and “tricks” to scam customers without any reliability or accountability. And the terms they are use whenever convenience to them, but what about the violation of the terms of the agreement from EZ Moving provided in contract? Again the movers did not use blankets to wrap most of the items and in results caused damage. And they charged extra fee for labor and wrap (which estimate in contract STATED included). And they EZ moving have done nothing so far to rectify situation even though I had contact them since May 26 regarding the grossly mistaken weight and all other unreasonable fees!? They kept buying time until the mover was physically here and held my property in HOSTAGE demanding payment before they open truck! As the truck opened I was shocked to see the “things” all cramped and stacked on each other like a garbage truck. And the contract listed that service included blanket wrapping of all furniture. But all of the metal furniture articles were not wrapped and they ALL got some degree of damage, dent and bents with scratches. Not to mention a framed art work, all glass shuttered and frames are broken with damaged image!! The sculptured mirror was also broken! All boxes were crushed out of shape (even though marked “Fragile”)! Also, there is missing item which they still haven't responded to my request of the re-delivery date. And I just found out mover’s name DAVID AND GOLIATH MOVING they are contracting with and work together to scam, steal and break other people’s property and pulling the same trick after I looked them up. They should never be allowed to be registered as legitimate moving “service” company. These people set up business just go after people’s valuables and money without providing proper service. Please look up the moving company DAVID AND GOLIATH MOVING and they did the same dirty trick to other customers along with EZ moving.
David and Goliath were subcontractors of Pan American movers. I would have to write a book to disclose all the problems and possible criminal activity that occurred during my experience. Needless to say, if you value your sanity, money, time, and personal possessions and property take every negative review as gospel. Coercion, hostage of property, and careless regard for everything is standard. My problems were only resolved by contacting a US attorney with a federal agency. Property was delivered damaged, moldy, wet, infested with ants, and some items were never delivered. The pick up driver tried to sell me used boxes by telling me he was giving me a discount if I left it off the invoice. STAY AWAY!!
They are screwing me over, but I am fighting back.
Update, 9/24 - someone was "supposed to be coming today" and was trying to charge an additional $200; when I refused vociferously, it was changed to "tomorrow (9/25) between 8-11am", and I am to have "cash or a money order" ready for the correct amount. This is taking place 17 days late, and I have no clue as to whether they are (1) bringing all of my things, (2) will bring my things undamaged, and (3) if they will show at all. This post will be updated pending the outcome of these three things.
They had no problem coming to pick up my things early; but, they seem to have trouble delivering them upon request.
Moved from MI to MS on somewhat short notice to take a job. Contacted several agencies regarding moving, but needed one with a reasonable price. Found a broker, who provided a bound estimate for all services along with free storage for 30 days. I contracted with them on Tuesday 8/9; David and Goliath showed up (in Michigan) on 8/10 - a day earlier than discussed with the broker. After they packed up and loaded everything, the "head mover" got on the phone with his boss, and proceeded to say things in the nature of "she has more stuff than is on the list" (a LIE). I knew movers could be unscrupulous, so I did my homework beforehand, which included getting a bound estimate and being specific when itemizing the things the movers would pick up (down to size and dimensions of items). Well, the "head mover", after getting on the phone with his boss, proceeded to inform me that I had "gone over by several hundreds of dollars" on my estimate, which was a lie. Hearing this, I went "verbally ballistic" on the "head mover", while his boss was on the phone. After a good rant, I went outside; I started my rant again, because the movers brought a truck large enough to move a 3 or 4 bedroom house, but I only had a 1-bedroom apartment. They tried to say that this too justified an increase in costs, so I "lost it again". By the time I finished, the "head mover" and his boss on the phone took the Bill of Lading the "head mover" had with him and proceeded to SCRATCH OUT THE FAKE INCREASES THEY HAD ON THEIR ADULTERATED COPY, AND REPLACED THEM WITH THE NUMBERS THAT WERE ADDRESSED ON THE BOUND ESTIMATE! I two photos of that Bill of Lading, to ensure I had a record of it in case something happened to the original.
Fast-forward to September; on September 8, I contacted the broker to tell them that the number they gave me to David and Goliath was not answering, and that maybe they could try. I needed to get my belongings removed from storage that day (or no later than the following day) in order to remain within the 30-day window for free storage. The broker says they contacted the business and that the business should be in touch with me that day (this was around "2-ish" Central Standard Time, September 8). I never got a call; the next morning, I called David and Goliath (since they never called me) and told them about what the broker said and that I needed to have my things pulled from storage and ready for delivery. The woman on the phone (Patricia Dube) proceeded to quote me a delivery price of $586, a storage price of $186, and a plan to deliver by next Wednesday. I informed her of my (1) bound estimate, (2) bill of lading (with the "now corrected values" and which she received a photo), (3) that the storage was supposed to be free for 30 days; given that I did not have a lot of stuff to be moved and stored, it would take a fraction of the time to pull it from storage and put it on a truck compared to the amount of time it took them to break down and then put on the truck the first time, and (4) having heard from the broker on my behalf the day before, this is the kind of thing they should have already had in motion. Well, "Patricia wants to call me back in 10-15 minutes"; 45 minutes later, I call her. She says that the "storage fee will be waived" (as it should, since charges were to begin the NEXT DAY) and that they'd "have my things to me by Tuesday". I didn't complain, although I thought it odd that they had no problem driving 10 hours, 54 minutes to Ypsilanti, MI less than 24 hours after I signed the contract with the broker, but Norcross is 6 hours, 15 minutes away from Jackson and as of today (Friday, September 16), there is no word from David and Goliath as to when I will receive my belongings. I have sent emails to Patricia Dube that go unanswered, and the phone simply rings when I call. They are of no help.
Consumer's Desired Resolution:
The resolution I seek is: (1) BRING MY THINGS ASAP; to reiterate, I don't own much and the amount of stuff they picked up was for a 1-bedroom apartment. (Literally, it was a bed with matress and headboard, dresser with mirror, high dresser, night stand, average sofa, loveseat, wooden coffee table, wooden bookshelf, two large suitcases filled with books, three small boxes filled with books, and a plastic utility trunk with wheels. That's IT. Everything else either (barely) fit into my car or was discarded. With loading my stuff from storage, travel to Jackson MS, unloading, and setup, the entire situation shouldn't have taken more 12 hours, maximum.(2) I expect a reduction in fees despite the bound statement, because this type of service is beyond shoddy. They should reduce the delivery and setup by approximately $220 so when they get here, they will deliver and set up the furniture according to my specifications for no more than $300. Because of their delays, I am missing critical materials needed for my new job (I am a professor, and those books were for the classes I teach and the research I do).So, that's it: (1) bring my things ASAP (nothing's stopping them from coming tomorrow - Saturday 9/17 - but they won't show), (2) unload and set up the furniture, and (3) leave with a CHECK or money order for $200-250 less than originally addressed in the bound estimate, because of negligence and a failed attempt at defrauding me. (Oh, one more thing? Make sure that this company is aware of the "110% Rule, which from what a lawyer told me does not apply to bound estimates, and even if I had an "unbound" estimate, the amounts they were trying to charge went well about the "extra 10%" allowed by law.
I hired Diving Moving Group/David & Goliath Moving and was scammed. The Divine Moving Group conned me in to believing they are a moving company. Rickey Paige is who booked the move. Rickey told me Diving Moving Group would be moving my belongings. Rickey took a deposit of $600.00. Rickey Paige pushed for me to pay in the form of a check. They do that because..they know the check will be cashed before you realize it was a SCAM. I paid by credit card. I did not know this company is a BROKER and the $600.00 is a fee for Divine Moving Group. They pocket $600.00 as a fee for finding a moving company. I was not aware of any of this until the middle of the move.
David and Goliath Moving showed up at our door. They arrived in a Ryder moving truck, had no company logo shirts and the paperwork that was plain. All of this brings up a lot of questions and red flags. I had sent Rickey a detailed list of all the items they would need to load and sent images of all the items. Rickey was fully aware of the size of the load!!Divine Moving Group quoted me $1650 for my out of state move. I was told 4 professional moving guys would show up at 8am. I was told that it would take two hours to load the truck. I was told Divine Moving Group was moving another couple to GA and that was why they could offer me such a great rate. Lie!!
The guys( David & Goliath Moving) arrived 3 hours late and there were 3 guys and not 4. They started loading immediately and were not respectful of our belongings. My husband walked outside to find.. our NEW sofa that has a wooden back face down (not on its legs) on bare concrete. When my husband pointed out the scratch that David & Goliath Moving had put on our NEW sofa..the mover replied that can be fixed with a furniture marker. They also did the same thing with a new wooden table.
I have included a picture. I will have to get wood filler and a stain to try to fix the chips in my table. Ridiculous moving errors big time and such a low class company.
My husband was the one who was dealing with David & Goliath Moving. He wasn't aware of some of the details that Divine Moving Group had given me. Both companies immediately pulled the old "bait and switch" on us once they had most of our stuff in the truck. My husband called me and said the movers said they needed a bigger truck and another guy. The quote went up to $2300.00. I started to get an uneasy feeling the minute they showed up. Call it a gut feeling. The numbers almost doubled, the company did not appear to be successful or professional and the movers were not moving our furniture with any respect. The big red flag was when.. the movers told my husband they were going to load our stuff and deliver it in a few days. I did not agree to this with Devine Moving Group. I was told my stuff would be moved the same day. I looked up David & Goliath Moving and saw very bad reviews 2.5 out of 5 average. I saw reviews from people who never recieved their belongings, were told their belongings got LOST, some people received other people's belongings and a few people actually received stuff and most of it was highly damaged furniture.
I had a feeling if our stuff left our house we would NEVER see it again!!I told my husband (who had been dealing with these idiots from 11am-7pm) Keep in mind most of the day was spent waiting for a second truck. The guys sat in the Ryder truck (drinking sodas my husband gave them) and talking on their phones. After seeing the horrific reviews we told them if they could NOT deliver our stuff TONIGHT we were backing out. Eli ( the manager) and his crew demanded $1500.00 cash to unload our furniture and held it HOSTAGE.
My husband called the police who reviewed the crooked contract from both Devine Moving Group and David & Goliath Moving. The well written and crooked contract states that once the furniture is on the truck..for liability reasons (yeah right) the customer could not go on the truck for any reason. The police said it was a civil court situation. Karma does return when one of the movers is arrested for an outstanding warrant. Trust me ELI knows what he can and can't do!!
We had already paid a $600.00 deposit and now ELI is demanding $1500.00 more (CASH) We negotiated a deal with this criminal company for $500.00 to unload. Our furniture never left our driveway and will cost us a TOTAL of $1100 (deposit- $600.00 and unload $500.00) Eli told his guys to dump our furniture in our driveway. My husband heard him say it over a phone conversation. Eli knows his SCAM and had the nerve to tell my husband to call the cops. That tells me he's been down this road many times and knows his scam very well. It took the guys 1 hour to unload at an average of $250.00 an hour for x2. The company got an F on the BBB and is a total scam!! Do not do business with these people. Thank god we saw the BAD reviews before our stuff was taken away. They steal stuff and then offer 06 cents on the dollar to replace the so callled lost items. . Keep away from small movers like this and if the quote sounds too good to be TRUE then.. it is!!

Interstate move from Georgia to Florida
I hired Diving Moving Group/ David & Goliath Moving and was scammed!! Divine Moving Group out of FL conned me into believing they were a moving company. They are a BROKER and lie to get a deposit/fee and send a local crappy company. Rickey Paige is who I booked the move through. Rickey told me Divine Moving Group would be moving my belongings and took a deposit of $600.00. Rickey pushed for me to pay in a check because they know it will be cashed before you realize it's a scam. I paid by credit card which was smart. Keep in mind that I had sent Rickey a list of all the items they would need to load and sent images of all the items. He quoted me $1650 for my out of state move. I was told 4 professional moving guys would show up at 8am and it would take two hours to load.
David and Goliath Moving company (?) Not Divine Moving Group..David & Goliath arrived 3 hours late in a Ryder moving truck, had no company logo tee shirts and the paperwork that was plain. Keep in mind we had no idea that the moving company that arrived was not Divine and not one mover mentioned a company name until we started asking questions. Hours after the furniture was loade. I was told by Divine that 4 guys would arrive and only got 3. They started loading immediately for reasons you will understand later. They were not respectful of our belongings. My husband walked outside to find our new sofa with a wooden back on its face..not on its legs on bare concrete. When he pointed out the scratch they had put on our new sofa..the mover replied that can be fixed with a furniture marker. Keep in mind my husband was dealing with David & Goliath Moving and wasn't aware of some of the details that Divine Moving had told me and wasn't aware we were sent another moving company. They pulled the old "bait and switch" on us once they had most of our stuff in the truck. My husband called me and said they needed a bigger truck and another guy. The quote now went up to $2300.00. I started to get an uneasy feeling the minute my husband said they showed up with a RYDER truck. These guys could be anyone and certainly didn't show professionalism from the minute the arrived. They told my husband they were going to load our stuff and deliver it in a few days?!??I did not agree to this and got a really bad feeling. I looked up the company and saw very bad reviews from people who never recieved their belongings, were told they got lost, people who recieved other people's belongings and or revived highly damaged belongings. I had a feeling if our stuff left we would never see most of it again. I told my husband who had been dealing with these idiots from 11am-7pm ( most of the time was spent waiting for a second truck) The guys sat in the Ryder truck and did nothing. Now, we tell them if they can't deliver it tonight we are backing out. They demanded $1500.00 cash to unload our furniture and held our belongings for ransom. My husband then called the police and could see we were dealing with criminals. The contract states that once the furniture is on the truck.. for liability reasons we could not go on the truck. We could not unload it and they demanded a ridiculous amount to unload. The police said it was a civil court situation. Keep in mind we already paid $600.00 that was supposed to be deducted from the total of the move. Eli the manager of this company is now demanding we pay $1500.00 to have his guys unload furniture that never left our driveway. He told his guys to dump our furniture in our driveway. We ended up paying $500.00 for the furniture to be unload. It took them 1 hour to unload at an average of $250.00 and hour for two guys.Wow.. they must be giving us a white glove service at that rate or are a bunch of criminals. One of the guys had a warrant and got arrested!!KARMA and if I wanted to hire these type of works I could have gone to the local jail. It was a total nightmare and waste of time and money. So, we paid $1100.00 for basically nothing. The company got an F on the BBB and is a total scam. Do not do business with these people!!Thank god we saw the reviews before our stuff was taken away. They steal (lose) stuff and then offer you .06 cents on the dollar to replace the so callled lost items. Keep away from small movers like this and if the quote sounds too good to be true it is!!
This is the WORST company I have ever done business with - DO NOT HIRE.
PLEASE READ THIS FEEDBACK THOUROUGHLY AND STAY AWAY FROM EZ MOVING VAN LINES AND DAVID & GOLIATH MOVING!! THEY are both Scam artists and will lie and misrepresent what they tell you to get your business and then scam you out of more money later. Here’s my awful experience so read carefully so you know exactly what they do and hopefully you can avoid the same miserable mistake I had. On your first call, you will discuss with them what articles you have to establish how many pieces are being moved. THEIR computer will assign their own WEIGHTS to each of these articles, which in almost EVERY case, my actual weight (as I weighed each item myself) was MUCH less than their OVER INFLATED weights. They then give you your first estimate, based on the weight THEY calculate at a price per LB. In my case I had an estimate based on up to 2000 LBs (which was a minimum move) and price of $.58 per LB. I asked the logical question, what if I go over the weight and was told in a very deceptive manner that you only pay the price per LB for any weight over your estimate. Since my estimate was for 2000 LBS, I asked numerous times to be clear if I went over 100 LBS then at $.58 per LB my extra charge would be $58 more dollars…correct? They will say YES and tell you NOTHING on anything else. So at that point if I missed or forgot some articles OR may have a few extra boxes that I didn’t give in the original count since I wasn’t completely done packing, it’s not a big deal because they specifically tell you it’s based on WEIGHT and not #of pieces. As long as I stay UNDER the 2000 LBS, my original estimate should be good. This is where the SCAM comes in and they will CHEAT you out of extra money. Once you are within a few days for the actual moving company to pick up everything (which by the way EZ is a broker I believe and use various OTHER moving companies to do the work) a quality assurance person will call you to go over your final list of articles. Pay close attention here. In my case, I started with 44 articles and changed it to 46 total articles…so only 2 more pieces. Now the nature of the articles changed, so as an example, I removed several wall décor pieces (like 10 pcs I originally gave) down to 0 because they were small and I could get into a box. They originally calculated these 10 pcs to be 210 LBS when they actually weighed 28 LBS total…this is how much EZ overinflates items in many cases. I then added more boxes, a couch, and a few more things but again my total pc count was only 2 pcs more from estimate and they tell you it’s strictly based on weight. There is NO WAY for you to know exactly what you have until all is packed so they work their scam to put you at ease in saying just give me what you know up front, we give you initial estimate, and if you go over we only look at weight. Boy is this far from the truth. When the quality assurance guy goes over your final list, you now specifically tell him what you got and they will then RECALCULATE your estimate based on their OVER INFLATED WEIGHTS and start hitting you for more money….up front. In my case, I only added 2 more articles BUT because the nature of the items changed, they now recalculated my total weight to 2622….an extra 622 LBS…..are you kidding me?? So then you’re thinking, ok at an extra 622 lbs if legit that should be an extra $360.76 (622 x $.58 per lb) I’ll have to pay even though I still believe I am UNDER the original 2000 LBS and my first estimate. Guess what….here’s their awful scam….because THEY now calculate an overinflated second estimate….they require you to pay more upfront money on the deposit even though they have no idea what the actual weight is and is now basing it on THEIR overinflated NEW calculations. And here’s the kicker….if I truly did go over the 622 lbs, my thinking is I will have an extra $360.76 to pay wasn’t correct. They scam you with all these other administrative charges and fuel surcharge fees that my actual second estimate went up by $693.23 and this was with them giving me $200 off for complaining so much. So the price per LB is misleading because they fail to tell you they will con you out of extra fees on top of this…..very poor and misleading business tactics. At this point I’ve already given my first deposit of $589 on my first estimate and now they want another $360.76 for the second estimate and I ask them specifically and repeatedly, if I am still under the original 2000 lbs…will my original contract be valid and I get the $360.76 extra deposit back….they tell me yes. I’m forced to pay the extra deposit if I want to proceed. The other thing is you are required to pay the moving company ½ of the remaining balance at pick up with the other ½ at time of delivery. Now that you have a NEW second estimate, you have a larger balance left (even though this is strictly based on the overinflated estimate) and will require you to pay more to the movers until they weigh the truck. Again with reassurances from EZ quality assurance guy I will get the extra money refunded back to me if I’m under 2000 lbs. Well movers come and low and behold, they never weighed the truck before they came SO I made them go back to weigh station to get the certified weight to start. How are they going to know what my weight is without this? Very shady and now giving me all kinds of red flags that this is not right. Once completely loaded I follow the moving truck back to the weigh station to get my final certified weight and my entire shipment was 1940 lbs and 60 LBS under the original 2000 LB estimate. Now the fun begins as I call EZ to tell them and to try and get my refund. Guess what, it took numerous calls to first get a CS person (which did nothing to help me) before finally getting a so called supervisor that said she needs 3 days to look into everything and get back to me. The fun continues as she never calls me back and it took 4-5 more calls to get her on the line, ask her what’s going on, and she proceeds to tell me my refund was denied by accounting!! What?? I tell her how bad of business this was…etc. and she requires me to send her the certified weights tickets, which I did with other documents, and I never get a confirmation from her that requires 3 more calls to get her back on the phone. Once I do she tells me she can reimburse me like $60, which is 10% of the total extra money from the second estimate they wanted me to pay EVEN though I was still under 2000 LBS. She gives me the typical talking points that this is in the contract under section 11 fine print or something even though I specifically asked the quality assurance guy MULTIPLE times that if I’m under 2000 lbs. is my original contract what I will be charged and he answered multiple times….YES with no mention of only receiving 10% of it back. I told them to pull their phone records to hear the call I had with the quality assurance guy that he stated my first estimate would be legit if under 2000 lb. weight, which they said they would, and of course NEVER called me back, and when I then called them they just continued to deny the refund. It’s ridiculous they sell you one thing, change it on you with deceptive tactics, and now once they have your extra money even though the weight stayed within the first estimate…they have so called loopholes/fine print to want to keep 90% of it. This also doesn’t take into account not only the numerous calls I’ve had to make to CS/Supervisor to even get to this point….I made a minimum of 8 attempts between calls/email to original guy that gave the first estimate in which he never responded back to me once when all the issues started because he knew what they do in my opinion. Then I called the 24 hr line and left messages in which they never returned any calls that then led to me finally getting 3 different supervisors that do NOTHING to help. I’ve seen very few positive reviews on both companies and all I can say is those are not legit and these are FAKE reviews in my opinion. If you search for reviews from multiple sources, you will see the majority of the reviews are HORRIBLE and no way can a company that has so many bad reviews all of a sudden have a random 5 star review out of the blue. If either of these companies treated and cared about their customers, there wouldn’t be this many poor reviews so don’t believe those few that say they had a good experience….you will find out the hard way if you hire these people. After they lied to me and said my stuff was going to be delivered 3 different times, and NEVER did, I finally got the drivers cell number and had to beg him to deliver my stuff. 4 days after that first contact with the driver, they finally show up in a rundown truck that they even told me the police pulled them over for inspection that was a 3 hour delay. Once they arrived, boxes were crushed and dented, furniture was exposed with other items rubbing and scratching against them, fragile boxes were upside down with the sound of broken glass inside as soon as they moved them, and other peoples stuff that was on the same truck were just thrown aside with no regard to handling it gently. I literally watched throw floor lamps where the heads were exposed and all broken. You just get to the point you want what you can salvage back and get anything associated with either of these companies behind you and out of your life. Well now that we had several items broken, I replied back to the email Daivd and Goliath sent me with pictures and detailed description of the damages as they advised twice….and guess what, no response to confirm they received my email as I asked and now for two straight days NOBODY is picking up the phone as it says everyone is out of office?? I have no confidence I will ever get this resolved but I will continue to try and try to make sure this company is exposed to as many people as possible so other don’t get scammed and mistreated like I have. It’s an absolute shame that a company in the US can be in business like this and continue to operate to take advantage of so many people. This is one case the Government needs to step in and put better regulation on this industry and put companies like this out of business as they are not fit to operate. Very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!
DO NOT use this company for anything. The estimate they provided of $1300 changed to over $3,000 once the movers arrived. They didn't deliver on the date they said they would. The staff was incredibly rude *after* they picked my items up. They told me after pick-up that they could deliver anytime over the next 30 days and fulfill the contract. That was something that was never told to me on the front end, and it's in the fine print in the contract. I finally ended up having to get an attorney involved. On top of all this, I had to pay even more once the items arrived. There was also damage and missing things. I even got some things that were definitely someone else's, but all of it was totally broken. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Any positive reviews are a complete sham, since you can find other reviewers saying the same thing as I am. Feel free to email me at wsdnashville@gmail.com if you want to know more about this nightmare experience.
My things were picked up right outside of Chicago on July 6, 2016, headed to Atlanta Ga. The movers JUST arrived today July 23! The movers were ok both times but as far as management, they're the worst! Lack of communication, hidden charges. I was booked with them through moving apt which did not explain they would use a third party, my entire moving experience has been awful and I would r recommend either company to my worst enemy. Awful awful awful! Do not use either company!
