I wish could give 0 stars. We were quoted one price by Peter and when movers arrived, we were told the quote did not even begin to cover the cost of our move. Since our former house was closing, we had no choice but to pay over double the original quote. Many boxes arrived totally smashed. Wheel on compressor broken. 6' ladder and 2 wheel dolly did not make it to our new house. Not sure yet wat else is missing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND PROPERTY!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7000

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have had nothing but trouble from this company through the entire moving process. First they said they could pick up between Thurs 6/25 and Tues 6/29. Thats a five day window. But they kept calling and pushing back and finally picked up Thurs 7/1. Then the truck showed up and didnt have room for all my belongings. They only took half of what I was quoted and paid for!! I was told me belongings would be delivered within 10 days. It took 13. When my belongings were delivered... my $1800 flat screen was shattered. I paid the deposit and half up front with credit card and then when they arrived to deliver, they didnt accept credit card for final half payment and I had to run to bank and get cash out. This company is unbelievable, unprofessional and a total rip off.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $2200

BAIT & SWITCH- I had an updated quote for $2159 after giving a final inventory. Because I was on the lower end of the cu ft the quote was about 20 boxes over what I actually had, but I was fine with this additional buffer.

They arrive at the very end of their quoted arrival, which was no problem as they kept me informed with two calls and made it in time.

While the crew got to work the leader and I did paperwork. The quote information was wrong showing $2322. So it looked like it wasnt the update inventory. The original quote had 25 large boxes. I didnt have any. So the new quote shows 20 medium boxes. I actually have 10.

The team leader says he needs to make a phone call regarding the different quotes. Not a problem I continue filling out paperwork. When he returns he tells me his boss said he will take everything for $4800. (That was not a typo) Over double the quote price for 20 less boxes. How is this possible? He claims to be the middle man and offers for me to call the boss. I call the number I have for Ben, who is rude, The end result is I can get my deposit back and find someone else or pay the extra. So I told the movers to put everything back.

THIS IS HOW THEY RIP YOU OFF! They knew I was flying back to TX in two days as they were setting up to deliver 3 days later. So they thought I was in a desperate situation and set up a good cop/bad cop routine for more than double the quote price. It would have worked, but I'm not in that situation.

They left everything they moved into the garage. And I have called my bank to dispute the deposit.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $4800

I was quoted $3700 for an Arizona to Idaho move. I went over every piece of furniture, sent pictures of what I needed moved. On the day of the move, they showed up, loaded the truck then gave me a bill for an ADDITIONAL $7800! I told the lead guy that I needed to speak with his boss. I ended up speaking with BEN who was rude, aggressive and spiteful. He told me he was a big company and didn’t need my money and instructed the crew to unload all of my stuff in the street and leave. So, that’s exactly what they did. They unwrapped everything, literally threw my boxes and furniture from the truck and damaged a bunch of things. My 75 year old mother and myself (51) had to load the uhaul ourselves and drive the uhaul to Idaho. It was a complete bait and switch. UNETHICAL company.DONOTUSE THEM!

We were quoted $1,740 by Peter S. The pick up driver said we needed to pay an additional $1,681.76 on top of the $1,204 we had already paid after they loaded the truck. I called to discuss the price increase and talked to two women who said I needed to talk to the supervisor. He came on the phone and before I said anything, he said" if you're not happy, we will set your items outside and you can come pick them up today." I was in Indiana and he, I suppose, was in Arizona. While I did not agree, since they had our belongings, I paid the additional money. I was called before they delivered and told I would owe another $1,338.00 at delivery, which I paid. Several items were damaged. Boxes were opened and they were taping them up as they took them off the truck. We know two ladders, a 55 inch TV, and a hand truck are missing so far. We haven't opened all the items yet to see if anything else is missing. I only rated one because there is no option for zero. Their so called managers try to bully their way through. I had the Sheriff's department here when they unloaded because the drivers tell you they will not unload your items until you pay. They were informed that is considered theft in our State, so they unloaded first then were taken to the Sheriff's office for questioning.
