Complete bait and switch scam.. BUYER BEWARE Stay away !! Quoted a price of $5k for a move. Nothing changed from the inventory that was given and they then said on moving day it would cost $12k . Of course I went a different direction and this how they get you. Either pay now because most people moving across country may say go ahead, because they need it done and when people say no to Cross country movers they then use the excuse you waited till day of to cancel, so you are not entitled to your deposit. So when you don't fall your the bait and switch on move day, they just steal your deposit money. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND CHECK OUT OTHER MOVERS, THESE PEOPLE ARE THE TRUE DEFINITION OF BLOODSUCKERS.

I found this company researching for long distance movers and comparing quotes for my five bedroom full basement home. As you can imagine, I was not looking forward to this moved. I had a lot on my To do list, but this company cut it in half. Not only was their quote reasonable, but they offer packing and unpacking services. With their expertise, I managed to get all of my belongings safely moved and set up in my new Atlanta home in a quarter of the time it would have taken me by myself.
This company is a life saver.

I had a seamless experience with Cross Country Moving Group. They were attentive, quick and took great care of my things when I was moving from my old apartment to a new one. I've had issues with broken belongings in the past but this time, the movers were careful not to damage any of my furniture. The movers made my move so much easier. Most of my furniture is old and they have been in the family for a long time. I required Cross Country Moving Group to be really careful while handling those pieces. They really showed a lot of respect and skills while moving those old pieces. They used adequate packing materials and didn’t clutter the van. I was still worried about them when the van was on the road. But fortunately, when the van pulled up, I found every piece completely unharmed. They performed such a good job at an amazing price. I have gained a lot of admiration for this company and definitely will hire them again.

I hired Cross Country Moving Group two weeks ago for our move. Before hiring them I visited many moving companies and I was not satisfied. But this moving company was superb. They weren't too costly and had enough good reviews for both removal and a full packing service. They had reasonable price which I could afford. They were very efficient and professional people. The move was finished before the scheduled time but there were scratches on my pool table. However, they gave us a great relief. Good job!

I truly feel like most of these people that are providing reviews are lying. I wouldn't be surprised if they worked for the company. For me moving to one state to the other I received nothing but lies. Nothing from the scheduled timing, cost, and liability were true. They are liers ..great at selling you. nothing Evan said was true and once they received their pay as brokers your out in the cold. You are paying them to lie and desert you. Seriously don't waste your time. They are brokers and they hold no one liable. the movers they connected me with was Stop and Move LLC.they are both are the worse companies.

My family and I planned our move to N.C. and we were stressing out about the distance of the trip, but Cross Country Moving Group really made it easy. The quote was very reasonable for the amount of furniture we had to carry with them and they stayed true to it. We really had the liberty to take care of other aspects of the move because we felt taken care of. It’s always stressful to move far away but this company was always communicative and best of all, everything arrived in perfect condition. We basically drove down there and had our whole life set up and ready to go. We had a great experience and I recommend Cross Country to anyone else with a serious move in their plans.

Cross Country Moving Group certainly deserves the five star rating. I provided them with a list of items I wanted moved with conservative estimates of the cubic footage. They provided a formal listing that I had the opportunity to review and their QA group confirmed this list within 72 hours of the move. I requested an accelerated shift of their 48 hour window and they accommodated me. Plus, they contacted me and requested the pickup one day even earlier and I was more than happy to be ready for them. Cross Country is a broker that actually uses a third party moving company. So, the hand-off from Cross Country to the movers is important and this went without a hitch. The movers were prepared and exceeded my expectations. In fact, they had my stuff out of the apartment while the team leader and I handled the paperwork. Plus, items I could not prepare for the move they covered and protected with professionalism and efficiency. For the delivery, they had my stuff to me in plenty of time for me to have unpacked before I started my new job. Everything arrived in great shape - no damage whatsoever. I will use them again for any future moves and would recommend them to any of my friends, family, and acquaintances.

I'm for sure using this service again. I've had some issues in the past with other moving companies that did not pull through, or came up short, or even were hard to communicate with. I made it clear when I spoke with these guys, what I needed, and they made it happen. We had quite a bit of furniture too. At one point while moving our stuff, they asked how we'd like to move a larger vase, and they wrapped it to ensure it was moved safely through a tight stairwell. It's not easy finding a professional moving company. I'm glad I found this one though.

They delivered everything, with care and all my furniture was intact upon arrival and did everything in a timely matter. Moving is very stressful and time consuming and I would never want to do it alone. I was suggested this company and after reading the reviews I was skeptical, but they proved to be false. The friendliness and efficiency of the workers was unbelievable. They helped me pack my things very quickly and with extreme caution all my stuff was transported with care and nothing was found wrong. I really really hate moving, to an extreme level. I was devastated when I learned I had to move cross country. I had done that once before and swore never again. But when needs must. So I researched and found Cross Country. I am a planner and organizer by nature, maybe slightly OCD so that makes finding a company that I feel comfortable with extremely hard. Cross Country was the only company I found that completely put me at ease from the very first interaction. I could see all the pertinent information online, readily available, which is great. But I am a worrier so I called them directly and was able to get a more in-depth look at what was going to happen. I have some family heirlooms that I was especially worried about. Cross Country took care of everything and none of my belongings were lost, stolen, or damaged as I have had to happen in the past. All I can say was great customer care, great quality of service, amazing company.

I called cross country moving group in a panic stricken mind set. I have to move in a relatively fast manner. When I called them they instantly gave me peace of mind. They where polite and accommodating, they where ready to get to work. When they arrive the two gentlemen worked quickly and efficiently together to get the moving process done in a timely manner.They where extremely cautious of my valuables and nothing was damaged. I'm so grateful that I found this moving company. The moving process was hassle free, with great service I will definitely be recommending to others.
