I was really nervous about the whole moving process but Cross Country Moving Group made it so easy for me! They really care about me and not just as a paying customer, but as a person. They were on time and made the whole experience enjoyable actually. I know everyone gets really nervous about packing everything and making sure that everything gets delivered and nothing gets lost; that is why I highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group! They truly are professionals and handle everything with care as if it is their stuff. You always want to make sure that you use a company you trust and I have found mine. I recommend for everyone.

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. They quoted me a great price, so I figured I'd give them a try. They Promised me a delivery date that was 3-4 days from my pickup date. I figured that was fair since I was moving from Kansas City to Austin (an 11 hour drive). Fast forward to 5 days after my pickup; I'm in Austin, and my stuff hasn't arrived. I tried emailing my rep from Cross Country Movers (David Van Eys) multiple times, but he never responded. I then tried to call him ~10 times over the next two days. He never answered, and he must've blocked my number because it immediately went to voicemail after the 2nd or 3rd call. Long story short, it took 3 WEEKS to get my stuff delivered to me in Austin. I had to buy an entire new wardrobe, new furniture, new sheets..everything. Additionally, I started a new job the week after I arrived, so I had nothing for that since it was all on the truck. Please, please, please DO NOT USE this company..no matter how good their quote is. I never heard back from anyone at Cross Country Movers, so this is my only way to voice my frustrations and ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.

I would strongly recommend not using this company! This company is moving BROKER meaning they find the company that will actually be picking up your stuff.

** Something to note: if you request a delivery date, on your contract it will read "first available delivery date" meaning absolutely nothing. Basically your stuff will potentially arrive anywhere from 2-3 weeks of this date.** The salesperson Thomas McGarry did not relay this message before I signed the contract. He was just eager to make a quick buck from his commission check.

Management was not helpful whatsoever. If something goes wrong you have the call them, they then have to call the company etc. It's nonsense. I ended up canceling their services entirely one day before my move. They refused to issue a refund on my deposit.

Do yourself a favor and contact a moving company directly.

Cross Country Moving Group is a great moving company and their employees are very considerate. They showed up early and finished packing things up in a timely matter. Their employees were very careful when moving things and nothing was cracked or broken. They were very polite, professional, and packed everything up quickly. The price was very affordable and reasonable for the extent of services I needed. Moving is very stressful and it can be hard to find a good moving company, and I'm glad I found Cross Country Moving Group. I hope I’ll never have to move again, but if I do, I’ll choose Cross Country Moving Group with no hesitation.

Complete bait and switch scam.. BUYER BEWARE Stay away !! Quoted a price of $5k for a move. Nothing changed from the inventory that was given and they then said on moving day it would cost $12k . Of course I went a different direction and this how they get you. Either pay now because most people moving across country may say go ahead, because they need it done and when people say no to Cross country movers they then use the excuse you waited till day of to cancel, so you are not entitled to your deposit. So when you don't fall your the bait and switch on move day, they just steal your deposit money. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND CHECK OUT OTHER MOVERS, THESE PEOPLE ARE THE TRUE DEFINITION OF BLOODSUCKERS.

Last month I was moving states and I was not sure about the pricing of moving companies. Pricing several companies, I found Cross Country Moving Group. Reviews about the courtesy and efficiency within the professionals of this group stood out for me and my spouse. Submitting an inquiry proved as easy as the rest of the process and it was painless. Once the movers arrived we were able to pack our own essentials and let the movers do the rest. At the end of the move, the bill proved equal to the service provided and we couldn't have been happier choosing them.

I found this company researching for long distance movers and comparing quotes for my five bedroom full basement home. As you can imagine, I was not looking forward to this moved. I had a lot on my To do list, but this company cut it in half. Not only was their quote reasonable, but they offer packing and unpacking services. With their expertise, I managed to get all of my belongings safely moved and set up in my new Atlanta home in a quarter of the time it would have taken me by myself.
This company is a life saver.

I had a seamless experience with Cross Country Moving Group. They were attentive, quick and took great care of my things when I was moving from my old apartment to a new one. I've had issues with broken belongings in the past but this time, the movers were careful not to damage any of my furniture. The movers made my move so much easier. I would recommend this company to anyone that's moving in the states that they serve in. I would use this company again if I ever have to move. I love that this company works out of a bunch of different states, so I will be recommending them to friends and family.

For $2000 you cannot and will not get a better moving deal. I found Cross Country Moving group when trying to move my household to another state a couple of months ago. My fiance had accepted a great job and I was pregnant and could not move anything.When I initially called Cross country moving group, I was impressed by their customer service and the way they offer additional resources when moving. They were on time, treated every item with care and even followed the specific little details I required of them when packaging and moving certain items.This was our first time moving from state to state, and we just had to use a moving company. So we went with Cross Country Moving group and all of our expectations were exceeded. I will most definitely consider them for future moves and I believe anyone looking to move out of state hassle-free should give Cross Country Moving Group a call.

Most of my furniture is old and they have been in the family for a long time. I required Cross Country Moving Group to be really careful while handling those pieces. They really showed a lot of respect and skills while moving those old pieces. They used adequate packing materials and didn’t clutter the van. I was still worried about them when the van was on the road. But fortunately, when the van pulled up, I found every piece completely unharmed. They performed such a good job at an amazing price. I have gained a lot of admiration for this company and definitely will hire them again.

Thanks to this company we had a stress free moving and got a great service. The movers are doing their job with great professionalism and efficiency. They moved all our stuff with lot of attention, so nothing was damaged and finished the job very successfully. Although moving can be stressful and can take a long time, thanks to Cross Country Moving Group for us was easier than we expected. All in all, we got a nice service and affordable price. I was really looking for a good moving company who doesn’t charge astronomically to move my valuables. The solution was Cross Country Moving Group. I have heard of them before but it was my first time experiencing their amazingness. The whole move was conducted by these guys in such a professional manner. They arrived early, packed everything with great care and loaded all my belongings onto the vans with caution. I wasn’t sure if the truck was too small but they fit everything into it quite comfortably. The best part was that they charged me very reasonably. Their initial estimate wasn’t too high to begin with. The final bill was less than that.

I hired Cross Country Moving Group two weeks ago for our move. Before hiring them I visited many moving companies and I was not satisfied. But this moving company was superb. They weren't too costly and had enough good reviews for both removal and a full packing service. They had reasonable price which I could afford. They were very efficient and professional people. The move was finished before the scheduled time but there were scratches on my pool table. However, they gave us a great relief. Good job!

I truly feel like most of these people that are providing reviews are lying. I wouldn't be surprised if they worked for the company. For me moving to one state to the other I received nothing but lies. Nothing from the scheduled timing, cost, and liability were true. They are liers ..great at selling you. nothing Evan said was true and once they received their pay as brokers your out in the cold. You are paying them to lie and desert you. Seriously don't waste your time. They are brokers and they hold no one liable. the movers they connected me with was Stop and Move LLC.they are both are the worse companies.

My family and I planned our move to N.C. and we were stressing out about the distance of the trip, but Cross Country Moving Group really made it easy. The quote was very reasonable for the amount of furniture we had to carry with them and they stayed true to it. We really had the liberty to take care of other aspects of the move because we felt taken care of. It’s always stressful to move far away but this company was always communicative and best of all, everything arrived in perfect condition. We basically drove down there and had our whole life set up and ready to go. We had a great experience and I recommend Cross Country to anyone else with a serious move in their plans.
