Everyone dreads having to pack up their stuff and move to a whole different home and unpack it but the staff at Cross Country went above and beyond my expectations in making this move as stress-free as possible. I found them online and used the website to get different pricing options (amazing feature), the moving crew was on-time and very careful with all of my things putting my mind at ease that I wouldn't have broken things delivered to my new house. They arrived at my new house and quickly had all of my things in the house where I wanted them. Everyone I came into contact with genuinely cared about the service they were offering. I hope not to move again but if I do I know I will be using them again. Their pricing isn't the cheapest but you definately get what you pay for and peace of mind.

I can not emphasis enough on how amazing this company is! As being someone who travels for work, I move A LOT. Fortunately enough I was referred to this company by a close friend of mine. I have worked with several moving companies in the past, and Cross Country Moving Group was by far the best! They were quick, friendly, reliable, and treated my things as if it were their own. You really get the bang for your buck with this company. It is significantly cheaper than most moving companies I've worked with, and much better service. If you're needing to relocate, and are needing a top notch moving company, this is your place! Once you go Cross Country Moving Group, you never go back!

I cannot say enough good stuff about this company. All of my belongings were handled so nicely, and arrived on time. The agent who I talked to at the very beginning was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. Every item arrived in the same condition as when I departed with them. The men who came to pick up my items were kindly, friendly, and even made me laugh! They really made this stressful experience a lot easier. The price was exactly what I expected it to be (and it wasn’t bad, either). I would recommend this company every time!!

I am very pleased with this company! Oh my gosh! Best customer service I’ve gotten in a while! The employees were very pleasant to deal with. Everything went smoothly from the estimate down to the actual move. They got the job done in no time. They moved my things with ease and made my moving experience so much easier. They were also very affordable. Everyone knows moving is a headache but I’m impressed with Cross Country Moving Group. I will definitely use their services in the near future! If you’re looking for affordable, prompt, & professional services these guys are for you! You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend this company for their excellent prices and quality of service. My personal items were handled with care, the people were so friendly, and I felt respected overall. I've moved quite a bit throughout my adult life to different cities and states, and I've had some poor experiences in the past, so I really appreciate the experience that I had with Cross Country Moving group. It was free of stress, and it makes me so much less anxious about moving in the future to know that this service is out there. If you need to hire movers, definitely go with these people. They're kind and the prices are affordable. You won't be shortchanged. I can't recommend this service enough!

Cross Country Moving Group is the best state to state movers I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t say they have low rates, however the cost is decent if account for miles and fuel. This company is easy to work with. All I had to do was:

Give them both my old address and the new one
Inform how much cargo there was
Give a date and be there at said date to sign off

After that they gave me a choice to either pay in advance or pay later. I decided to pay later. I went off to my new home, and they arrived about a day later. The price was 2.5k however I was moving an apartment worth of stuff. I moved from Oklahoma to Texas. Pretty cheap when you think of how many miles it was.

Do not use this company. Upon pick up, over doubled the cost, and my things are two weeks late. When I tried to call and voice my concerns, the customer service took no accountability and made it very clear that the promises previously made were not going to be upheld. This company is not in the business of providing the services they advertise, and therefore should not be conducting business at all. I am a reasonable person who understand things happen, but for a company to not want to make things right means that they lack the integrity necessary to conduct business at the professional standard expected of them. I would not refer anyone to this company. Find a reputable company that will provide the services they advertise.

I could not be happier with these guys! They moved me from my duplex apartment to my very first home. There was so much going on in my personal life that I definitely couldn't handle the stress of the move. When I say Cross Country Moving Group was my saving grace, please believe it! They handled my property with care, were very organized and a dream to work with. The pricing was beyond fair, you can't beat it! The team is very professional, they gave me piece of mind. Truly an amazing experience, thanks guys!

My first-time as an interstate mover was a wonderful experience! I was skeptical at the beginning, but the company reassured that my possessions would be moved whole and on-time. Moving can be stressful, but Cross Country Moving Group relieved so much stress by remaining organized and compassionate. They understood that my items were valuable to me and therefore they were valuable to them. Once I received my items they were in great condition. I didn’t have any scratches, dents, removed paint, etc. They made my first experience memorable! I will definitely recommend them and utilize their services in the future!

Some of the difficulties faced with moving are usually thought to be during transitions; however, this being my first experience needing to relocate on my own I was glad to find this company. Their reliability was outstanding as I was able to get an overview of cost, as well as the process from a representative who understood my infancy to such a major change. I do various amounts of technical work so I had to stress the manner in which my equipment was packed, and despite an overwhelming amounts of demands and requests (From Me) CCM were able to complete the task and still maintain a level of professionalism. If you are unsure of the proper company to entrust your transitions to, I recommend you give CCM a try.

They're packed with a highly professional team ready for any family or customer out there and are quite reliable as important as it is. Luckily, there's no need to worry about damaged or lost items. The team is good with keeping that in proper care, even for fragile items.
Evidently, Cross Country Moving Group maintain a wide range of happy customers- majority with 4 to 5 star reviews. With mostly being on time, the team can assure you excellent prideful service all whilst valuing you and your family's items and plans.
There are a few unsatisfied customers, and in conclusion certain issues need to be resolved and kept stabled to prevent future incidents. Despite that, if you want a company that can show the amounted efforts of responsibility and passion, Cross Country Moving Group continues to be just that. From a company only one year in business, the potential really shines through if everything maintains at this rightful pace!

Haven't had the best experience when using moving companies in the past. So I chose carefully when moving this time and I couldn't have been happier choosing Cross Country Moving Group.
Besides the FREE in home estimate and excellent pricing, the movers were so professional that the whole ordeal seemed effortless. They were polite, clean and careful with all my things from the packing and loading to setting up my furniture in my new place.
If you have any doubts about trusting a moving company, especially for a long distance move, you don't have to worry anymore when you choose Cross Country Moving Group. I highly recommend them!

These guys came through at a very stressful and very hectic time for us. My mom has been having health issues so we decided to move back to our hometown to be closer and help out. Cross Country Moving was extremely patient and attentive to our needs. Our budget was tight and they really came through with a more than reasonable price to move all of our belongings. I was a bet skeptical at first having dealt with moving companies in the past. These guys were on time and delivered all of our things safely to our new condo. I definitely will book again in the future.

Warning!! Bait and Switch!!

We hired cross country moving group for our move from Southern California to Virginia. We received a quote for 695 cubic feet. We paid them a huge deposit of nearly 45%.

No movers showed up on our moving day nor did they show up the next day. On the third day, a man by the name of Ali showed up and said he was there to estimate our move. He refused to give his full name, the name of his company or his US DOT number. He admitted that our load was less than 695 cubic feet. He said we paid too much to the broker/Cross Country and he wanted another $2000 on top of the quote even though the language in the contract said "your estimate will not change" if our load hadn't changed. He said he would need to rent a storage unit for a month or two and find another mover to bring our goods to VA.

We did not turn over our household to this unidentified man.

We never heard again from Cross Country movers.

Cross Country movers did not deliver a FMCSA authorized motor carrier nor did they provide the service for which they were paid.

We had to rent a truck ourselves upon their failure to deliver. We are seeking a refund and/or will file a complaint with the FMCSA.

This was my first time moving by myself, and at such a long distance. I'm so happy I found them, as they made everything so easy for me to understand. I'm a total clutz and was terrified of not packing my Grandma's china right. They even offered to pack everything for me, one less thing to worry about. And they delivered my car for me; not a single scratch on it. My furniture, TVs, china, and even my pool table, was delivered without any wear-and-tear from moving.The movers were very kind, easing my nerves about handing over my belongings. This company is so worth the price, and seeing as I have to move a lot now, is going to be my go to company from now on. Seriously, thank you guys so much for a job well done!

Man these guys were amazing..absolutely fantastic people to work with. They take the time to determine how to best pack your belongings and are able to fit a huge amount in the space while still being cautious to care for your things. The service is first class all the way but very reasonable when it boils down to the pricing and service. These guys don’t mess around when it comes to what they do! They made my move super stress free and I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am for them to take that load off my shoulders. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a moving service.

I was really nervous about the whole moving process but Cross Country Moving Group made it so easy for me! They really care about me and not just as a paying customer, but as a person. They were on time and made the whole experience enjoyable actually. I know everyone gets really nervous about packing everything and making sure that everything gets delivered and nothing gets lost; that is why I highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group! They truly are professionals and handle everything with care as if it is their stuff. You always want to make sure that you use a company you trust and I have found mine. I recommend for everyone.

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. They quoted me a great price, so I figured I'd give them a try. They Promised me a delivery date that was 3-4 days from my pickup date. I figured that was fair since I was moving from Kansas City to Austin (an 11 hour drive). Fast forward to 5 days after my pickup; I'm in Austin, and my stuff hasn't arrived. I tried emailing my rep from Cross Country Movers (David Van Eys) multiple times, but he never responded. I then tried to call him ~10 times over the next two days. He never answered, and he must've blocked my number because it immediately went to voicemail after the 2nd or 3rd call. Long story short, it took 3 WEEKS to get my stuff delivered to me in Austin. I had to buy an entire new wardrobe, new furniture, new sheets..everything. Additionally, I started a new job the week after I arrived, so I had nothing for that since it was all on the truck. Please, please, please DO NOT USE this company..no matter how good their quote is. I never heard back from anyone at Cross Country Movers, so this is my only way to voice my frustrations and ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.

I would strongly recommend not using this company! This company is moving BROKER meaning they find the company that will actually be picking up your stuff.

** Something to note: if you request a delivery date, on your contract it will read "first available delivery date" meaning absolutely nothing. Basically your stuff will potentially arrive anywhere from 2-3 weeks of this date.** The salesperson Thomas McGarry did not relay this message before I signed the contract. He was just eager to make a quick buck from his commission check.

Management was not helpful whatsoever. If something goes wrong you have the call them, they then have to call the company etc. It's nonsense. I ended up canceling their services entirely one day before my move. They refused to issue a refund on my deposit.

Do yourself a favor and contact a moving company directly.

Cross Country Moving Group is a great moving company and their employees are very considerate. They showed up early and finished packing things up in a timely matter. Their employees were very careful when moving things and nothing was cracked or broken. They were very polite, professional, and packed everything up quickly. The price was very affordable and reasonable for the extent of services I needed. Moving is very stressful and it can be hard to find a good moving company, and I'm glad I found Cross Country Moving Group. I hope I’ll never have to move again, but if I do, I’ll choose Cross Country Moving Group with no hesitation.
