Cross Country Moving Group

First it’s important to state I’ve done business with this company for the second time, the second time has been just lying and having strangers who aren’t even with the brokered company come into my home. I was told delivery by 1-2 days after pick up, I have called 3 times prior to pick up an all have confirmed the same thing, no one told me we’d be waiting an additional week to two weeks to have our things delivered. I have argued with the owner of the brokered company YaNiv Vanono who is unprofessional and rude, I have been told by his own rep that it be 1-2 days and MY 6 month old son has medical equipment on that truck that I have had planned to have delivered as we got there, both companies are asking to be paid, both companies have made commitments, and now want to back peddle and basically tell me to get over it. I’ll be contacting a lawyer, because this is ridiculous, if it was just my wife an I it be one thing but my I’ll son is another and Yaniv basically telling me too bad, isn’t going to work. I’m sick of the lack of accountability, the lying and me trying to accommodate everyone else. This is unacceptable!

From our first interaction with the office staff and discussions with them about the requirements for the move, everything truly worked as promised. I would highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group. We had the best crew who was awesome to work with - super efficient, friendly, detailed, patient, and treated our things like treasures. And we had an amazing crew when they delivered all of our things. Everything was very carefully padded, wrapped, and taped. Nothing broken or scratched. They kept us informed of pick-up and delivery dates and times and were on time both times. Their crews did exactly what they proposed. We would recommend their services and use them again.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. From the first call to Cross Country Moving Group team were responsive, respectful, professional and efficient. My partner and I had the extremely difficult task of moving my mother s collected home. My mother passed away in November so this was not a simple relocation. It was emotionally draining for both of us and they were so respectful and kind. They handled each item with caution and care making sure to be aware of the most fragile pieces but did so expeditiously. I will gladly recommend to anyone, personally and professionally. Thank you. You made this so much easier all the way around.

They provided a great service in a short time. They are on a mission to get the job done. You got to keep that in mind. No one can do a better job than they do, just get yourself organized and you will not miss anything. All our Furnature and house hold stuff arrived safe with no damage. This is the great thing about this company. The owner does everything himself. He is a great guy to work with. His crew works like a symphony with him. This team is great. I shooed around and they are by far the best and the price is unbeatable.

I know some items always get damaged. Considering all these circumstances, I hired Cross Country Moving Group. It was probably the quickest move we ever experienced. The movers were friendly and professional. The guys used padding on the trolleys to move cartons near to the truck. Those padding prevented the metal portion from scratching on the floor or walls. Nothing artificial, no hidden cost, no excess payment for their extra support like the boxes they provided free of cost. Overall they were fantastic.

My honest opinion about Cross Country Moving Group is that they’re just the perfect kind of moving company. It’s a shame that very few people actually know of them. They arrived on time, came fully prepared and worked like machines while handling my last move. They wrapped all my breakables with caution. Even the edges of my furniture were wrapped in tapes. I must say, they used a lot of tapes. But it was free! They arrived at my new house on scheduled time. Then they unpacked everything and put each thing exactly where I pointed them. I can’t believe how underrated these guys are.

Nobody has the time or the energy to deal with the stresses of moving and so it’s better left upon the professionals who will sort you out. Cross Country Moving Group did exactly that. Any relocation is hard. You are stuck in between houses feeling a little homeless. These movers do their job so fast that they don’t let that homeless feeling sync in. I was so grateful to them for making my move so easy. I didn’t have to do anything except for packing my own clothes. Everything else was taken care of. They even unpacked everything and put them where I needed them in my new house. I give these guys 5 stars from the bottom of my heart.

I was never fully satisfied with any of them. 2 months ago, after my brother advised me, I hired Cross Country Moving Group for my move. They charged just as much as any other moving company. Their performance was what separated them from the rest. The movers arrived 5 minutes early, which never happens. They were very experienced and efficient. They quickly packed up all my stuff where other movers had taken up a very long time. They made the delivery on time and there were no damages. I’m not hiring any other moving company in the future.

The boys arrived on time and packed everything carefully. They worked tirelessly around my house packing everything. They systematically loaded all the boxes and the furniture to the truck. The delivery was made on time and nothing was missing. I couldn’t find any new scratches on my pieces while they were in their custody. This company might charge low but they are totally on par with any super expensive one!

They are an excellent example of a fine company providing excellent service at a reasonable price. This type of service separates the good companies from the great companies. Our move was GREAT. I canceled the deal and hired them at the eleventh hour. Now I feel lucky that I hired Cross Country Moving Group because they moved us without a single damage, mishaps and any unwanted issues. They have done everything they promised to and they have made sure that we receive the best possible service. Every single detail was taken care of nicely and my valuables were treated as if those were belonging to them. In the end we got a very neat, smooth, stress free and a quick move.
