Cross Country Moving Group is the best moving company I have used. They were polite, punctual, efficient and careful. They packed on a Thursday and arrived back on Friday morning for the move. It took 90 minutes to load the truck. I had reserved the freight elevator for 1:00 - 3:00, so we were 4 hours early, but Jose Mora, the crew lead, negotiated with the people who had reserved the freight elevator from 9:00 - 11:00 to allow us to share the loading dock and the elevator. Amazing, really! I thought that having a 4 man crew would be more expensive, but it was actually more cost effective as they finished sooner. I will definitely use Cross Country Moving Group and Storage again. Thank you!

This company is fantastic! From the initial phone call, verbal estimate, packing, moving and unpacking, everyone was wonderful and professional. They were fast, efficient, extremely careful, pleasant, and totally professional. They moved my 95 year old mother out of her home of 50 years to an independent living apartment with great care and expertise. As you can imagine, this was an emotional move for her and they were especially sensitive to her needs, even suggesting that we leave her bedroom furniture (bed and nightstands) unpacked until the morning of the move so her last night at her home could be familiar, while they prepared all the other furniture the day before. She was quite a collector of small, pretty things and not a thing was lost or broken. I have never before seen a mover use both such clean blankets and plastic wrap to wrap every piece of furniture as they did. When they arrived at the new building, they even shoveled the snow-covered walkway so they could more carefully bring in the furniture. I can't thank them enough for making this important move so easy and successful.

They are true professionals--wrapping EVERYTHING with care and unpacking and arranging at your new location. They just removed a whole layer of stress from the whole ordeal! Don't hesitate!
