I did not imagine that someone could pack and move a 2 bedroom house all in one not very long day.It seems that with the right people it can be done.
This company provided us with for wonderful romanians who worked their socks off and did an amazing job.I do not know where romanians get their bad reputation from but definitely in our case it did not apply.
Also a very nice and professional lady visited our property prior to the removal.She explained the whole process and answered all our questions honestly.This way we had no nasty surprizes along the path.
I would encourage anyone to use this company and to take full advantage of the fact they offer a free no obligation survey.They also provided us with proof that they are insured and with some references we could have contacted if we felt the need.Also a big plus is that they are accredited by the which consumer magazine and by the british asociation of removers.

I had this company move my belongings within London and I was very satisfied with how the work was done and with everyone involved in the process.
My initial inquiry was dealt with over the phone and the quote was provided via email.The quote was good and with no hidden costs.Also the service to be provided was very clearly explained.
The men that attended on the moving day were calm and positive.What could have potentially been a stresfull experience was in the end a job very well done.
Nothing was broken or missing either.I would use again in a flash  and I cannot fault them in any way.

We moved from London to Brighton.The men arrived 30 minutes early but they were happy to wait.Fortunately we were ready so we allowed them to get stared.The packing was done with great care.Once the van was full they were off without any delay.
On arrival they unloaded everything without any break.All our things arrived intact and were placed exactly where we wanted.
They did a great job and the overall value and service was superb.Very hardworking and careful with everything.One happy customer.

Service cost: £450

The team was absolutely fantastic.Also very kind and always looking to help.The whole job even though it was a pack and move was amazingly quick.I initially thought that 3 men are not enough to complete the whole move but they proved me wrong.Very experienced in what they do they worked very eficiently and in an organized manner.
They had so much to do and only stopped for the occasional cigarette and cup of tea we offered.
To all our queries their answer was yes and do not worry.A fantastic team who made our move almost go unoticed.
Top marks for an amazing set of lads.

City Removals provided us with a consistently good service throughout  the move.They were recommended to us by someone who used them before so expectations were high.
They fulfilled on all their promises.Also Nicola who came to visit our property was very friendly and it was obvious that she knows her trade inside out.Moreover they are also BAR members and Which members so we were even more inclined to go with them.
Their price was not the cheapest.It was towards the high end side though not the most expensive.However we now feel it was well worth it and we have no complaints whatsoever.
Also  the crew needs a separate page just for them.An absolutely fantastic 4 men team who treated us exactly the way we wanted and took care of our things very very well.A huge thank you to them  as well.
Nothing but happiness from us.Would defo recommend.

I used this company to move from a 1 bedroom flat.Excellent service from the 2 men on the moving day and very good support from the office before the moving day.
The guys came spot on time and worked very well.They coverred the mattress and sofa and wrapped 2 other pieces of furniture in blankets and plastic wrap.The bed was dismantelled in no time and they had no issues in putting it back together.
The price was also reasonable and there were no unexpected issues.

The company came recommended to us.They moved one of our neighbour who was very happy with them.I always think that it is safer to find a company by word of mouth.
No nasty surprises on our moving day.Three men with 2 nice and clean vans arrived at 8.We showed the the house and that was all they needed.Everything was loaded by 11:30 which shows how good , fast and organized they worked.Good communication from all of them,always asking when not sure what to do.
The overall service was if not a premium experience a very very close one.For the fee they charged I think they did more than enough and provided very good value.
No problems whatsoever when unloading at our new address either.Also they collected our empty boxes immediately after we informed them we are done unpacking.

Pick up was from 2 locations.The first one a 1 bedroom flat which the 3 men cleared in about 2 hours.The second pick was from a local storage center.Again the 75 square feet unit was loaded in about 1 and a half hours. Very quick and efficient they reached Oxford by 1 pm and everything was unloaded and reassembled again in about 2-3 hours.What took them a bit longer easy a 3 door wardrobe but even this they managed to put it back together even better than it was before(it was a bit wobbly..not anymore:) Interaction with someone named Alex in the office was also done efficiently.Always quick at responding to e-mails and always with the right info. Good work.

This was only a relatively small move from E1 to Canary Wharf.I did all the packing myself as I had the time so I canot review their packing skills.What I can review though is their ability to carry things up and down the stairs and around tight corners And they were extremely good at it.Two not very big but strong and polite guys carried out the entire move.They were polite,skilled,experienced and the list can go on and on.
The office people helped a lot as they took the stress from us and organzied the parking at both addresses.The council charges are clearly a rip off but anyway..this is not to do with them.
Nothing broken or scratched.All my things arrived intact.
Would be happy to recommend and use again.

A very good service.Exactly what it said on the tin.For 350 quid we got 2 men with Luton van.We did not lift a finger all day apart from making them the occasional cup of tea.No hidden charges no unexpected charges nothing of this sort.
The 2 men were brilliant.Very proffesional in their aproach and with the right attitude.They also spoke very highly of their company and said they get treated very well which is always a good sign.
The job took them 7 hours from start to finish.
