Worst moving company.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They are unprofessional and very dishonest. And they broker to other companies who are terrible also. They never returned phone calls and lied about delivery times.

They lie. Which I would have read reviews first..

They lie to get your money. Said they had a truck going my way and they would give me a discount to book then. Then they call a few days before love and tried to raise the price.

Then my belongings never arrived on time and I am still waiting.

DO NOT USE TGIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR BELINGINGS WHEN YOU ARE TOLD YOU WILL GET THEM.

Simple Move.

I had no know idea what I was doing when I was planning for my move. Once I contacted Charter Van Lines, my anxiety was relieved as they knew exactly how to help me!
Having made it to my destination, it's safe to say I couldn't have done it without them; or, at least, I wouldn't want to!

Moved from East Texas -western Oklahoma.

I decided last minute to move from East Texas to Western Oklahoma. This company made the move completely pain and hassle free. I did not have to worry about anything getting lost or messed up. It all showed up on time like I was was told it would. I would recommend this moving company to anyone that is moving states.

Broker campnay.

This is a broker company, They have tie up with topratemoving.com.
Charter van lines is not responsible for any of your items damaged/missing. Even topratemoving.com also wont care about your words. I missed my bag which costs $3k with my valuable items. They brought a bag to me which was not belongs to me and when I refused to take that bag, they simply thrown that bag in trash near my building.

Cheating company.

This company is a scam. They are giving a cheap quotes just to get a deposit and sign a contract. When movers are coming the price is going significantly up and representative is no longer available to talk. They received their deposit - all other problems- they don’t care.

Save yourself the troubles.

My opinion: Do it yourself if you can. I wish I could have. Cheap quote, actual cost nearly double! Lost items, damage, didn't reassemble furniture, no one in claims to personally talk to and no response. I wouldn't even give them the one star. Very very very disappointed to say the least. Sad.

My first experience was my first time ever to use any moving company and I am glad I chose Charter Van Lines. The experience was great! The team was very helpful, courteous and professional; they even offed advice on unpacking and helped assembly some ambiguous furniture hence saving us hours of agony. I am looking forward to using the again.
