SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They took our deposit and then scheduled a date for the move. Then the "mover" called to say he was on his way on the date. Finally he called to say he couldn't come because the truck broke down and there were no others available. He said he would find a truck for sometime in the next few days. Then, in spite of phone calls, text messages and emails, no response.

This company stole our money and wasted our time. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $200

We booked this place without looking at or for reviews (which I never do and is my fault).

This Matthew guy responded to my request for a quote and this place quoted $450 less for 1000lbs more than any other place (RED FLAG, see other reviews). I put down a 200 dollar deposit and then started looking at what we had gotten into. At NO TIME was it mentioned to me that the deposit was non refundable, no matter how far ahead you cancel. Lesson learned but hopefully this helps you to look for another place.

This is my second time using this company for my move. Both times were from Toronto to Miami. Price was cheaper than other companies I contacted. What I like about this company is that they actually answer their emails/phones and were quick to help me with my questions anytime. They were on time with the move as well. The actual movers themselves are very friendly and professional. Got all my belongings in one piece and that's all that matters. I recommend them!

My mom hired and paid a $200 deposit in April to move today (June 29, 2021). They were supposed to be at my moms house by 8am. By 830am we called the company to inquire why they were not there. The man on the phone was extremely rude and advised that they called my mom yesterday at 6pm to cancel as their truck broke down. We did not receive a voicemail let alone a call as we were finishing up packing and were home. They then advised that this wasn’t their issue any longer and there was nothing they could do! The guy told my mom that she should’ve answered her phone when they called.

We had to call around (75 moving companies in total that were called) and could not find a mover as everyone was booked.

This is the worst company out there!

This company scams people! Do not use them!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $800

I booked a long distance move 2 months in advance as July 1 is very busy, gave a deposit that I have yet to be reimbursed for !!!! they cancelled on me 16 hours prior to the move saying that he had 10 trucks in the “service station” and this is a busy time…hence the reason why I booked early!?!? When I asked …you have 10 trucks broken down?? His reply was../I didn’t say they broke down, I said they were in the service station…what does that mean??!! Oh and no apologies at all, he was very matter of fact!! With our house closing and moving 600 km away on July 1, I can’t express how this company has completely shambled our lives, not to mention the added cost of storage, having to move twice and hotel fees …STAY AWAY FROM THESE SO CALLED RELIABLE MOVERS, THEY ARE NOT HUMAN !!!!

STAY AWAY - ABSOLUTE TRASH! AWFUL COMPANY, AWFUL PEOPLE!

We made the extremely unwise decision to book this company despite awful reviews - we though, all they need to do is SHOW UP. After 3-4 confirmations, and a deposit of $200, all look good...until NO ONE SHOWED ON MOVING DAY!! Not to mention that even after 1 hour that they were supposed to arrive, NO ONE even called us to tell us that services were cancelled. I had to call a dozen times, after which they started to hang up, not answer, and get super disrespectful and aggressive. I am 9 months pregnant and they left my husband and I completely stranded on moving day. Told me that I was "pregnant and emotional", "it's not a big deal", and "things happen". WHAT A JOKE! These guys are CROOKS!

As you can imagine, I demanded by deposit back, which they said they would do day of. No deposit came in of course. Then I was told it would take 1-2 days. Still nothing. Finally I was told that the bank was probably holding it (HA!). Called the bank and had to open a dispute.

Completely and utterly unbelievable! These people have NO SHAME, and all for $200??!!

STAY AWAYYY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I booked our move from Ontario to Nova Scotia about a month and a 1/2 ago with Matthew. Matthew, was by far, the most ignorant and unprofessional person that I have ever encountered in my lifetime.

I called to confirm the pick up of our furniture and other household contents and Matthew didn't know anything even though I had been dealing with him directly since day one. His answer to his stupidity was to simply say fine find somebody else and he canceled my already prepaid service 4 days before my move to Nova Scotia.

Never ever use these useless pieces of shit.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1500

Although workers were friendly,the office staff were rude. I found it curious my boxes were repacked, we used clear tape and they were tan taped. 3 tv's missing and a large wagon(was half there)but because it was repacked as much as 2 to 3 times by them would not know who or what is really missing or when taken. Our furniture was on the same truck as someone else? How does that make it safe? Hard to communicate with workers who do not speak English or a language understood by you. Also curious that the worker knew what was in one box without any writing on it. Not a recommended moving company but delivery employees were very hard, fast workers. Price changed 2 times delivery promisses 3 times and no show. 2 to 3 weeks late.

I had a worst experience with a canadian business ever. My family moved from Manitoba to Ontario and we used a moving company - Canadian Reliable Van Lines, also known as Transnational Moving Systems, also as Nexus Express Moving, also as Provincial Movers, and so on.

1. During pick-up from our old location they just abandoned 3 items somewhere in our apartment building:

Those lost items have been picked up few days later after my multiple requests, but they were never delivered.

2. I never got a response from my agent (Mathew Moretti) regarding the lost items mentioned above. And when I contacted a senior manager and asked him to talk to Mathew, few minutes later Mathew himself finally called me back and he was extremely rude!

3. Too careless in regards to confidential information! On delivery to our new address I found all my credit cards details were publicly written on the paper sheets used by drivers/shippers/loaders/agents!

4. Multiple damaged items; problems with their punctuality and attitude; and many more issues!

I have filled out a claim on lost items and sent to them on July. After my multiple emails I was told to wait 8 weeks. Today is November and I don't think they would ever respond.

They took $200 dollar to pick my 2 bedroom stuff on the day they gave me for pick up I Called them if they can come, they told me yes, but they never show up when I calling them kept hanging on me, imagine,

you planed for a week, spend your time and money ,you are just joked at, by the next day I called them again they told me nothing but they abused me verbally, they didn't care about the legal issue they told me that I can go where ever I want they don't care, in general they are scam watch them, far away from them to save your money and time.

I scheduled a move a few weeks ahead of time. I was told that we would have to pay the day of the move. Due to this being a move for a work matter, I asked to pay ahead of time as I would not be working the day of the move. I was told this was no problem. Days before the move I contacted the company to pay. No one would return my phone call. Numerous days I tried calling the company to pay and could not reach the specific person to take payment. Long story short, they called me the day before, right as my office was closing, and cancelled the move that was scheduled the next morning. I was yelled at and was told I was harassing their workers. I ended up working late that night BUT this was a blessing in disguise as I found a very helpful company who turned this nightmare of a situation around. I do not recommend this company.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $100

I AM HOPING YOU READ THIS PEOPLE! We were quoted a cost and it doubled. We asked to see scale weights and were told no. finally they did and it was 2 different trailers and truck. We were told we could store for a month free, If you own appliances that is 500 bucks more per item, Every box was gone through and the one mover told me what was in a none marked taped shut box?, never showed up day of move, never showed up day of unload. Day of unload was more then a week later and at 5 at night. We had to sign a paper saying we got all our stuff and nothing missing. Do you know anyone who unpacks everything before or when you are unloading? Complained that we knew items were missing and he said, " Why would you think we stole My items"? No calls back from them and it took months to go through everything. Last look was over $10,000.00 lost of our money. Move price was doubled from $5000.00 to over $10000.00. We sat took pictures of what was loaded while they loaded them on. It still never made it here and told it never made it on the truck. Police said our word against theirs and could or wouldn't help. Most problem is 2 different provinces in Canada and we would have to go back and fight it in the province we left and the movers know that. Lawyers want money up front or no deal. So if they loose only you do again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.I should checked the reviews of this company first but I didn’t that was my mistake.I waited for the day of the move I booked the elevator but the movers never showed up nor I received I phone call so I had to call the company to reschedule for a later date which they did and they stored my stuff somewhere in Toronto as requested and on the 1 of September they were supposed to deliver my stuff in Montreal I waited all day no show so I called the company I was really disappointed the agent was very rude and hang up on me so I got some of my stuff 2 days later I found bugs in them and didn’t sign the delivery document because I didn’t receive all my stuff most of my dishes broken ,beautiful glass coffee table also broken.the top of lovely expensive wall unit missing,fire place also missing and on top of that they have charged me $300 more because they said they have to walk a little bit from the parking to my door .at the end I completed the forms of my claim which I received from the company about my missing stuff I was told it could take up to 8 weeks so I waited just over 8 weeks and I didn’t hear anything from them so I called them they told someone will call you before the end of the day then emailed me to tell me I’m not eligible for the refund I swear I have never seen a company like this all I can say they were very nice to me at the time of contacting them once they have received the money they were completely different the are unprofessionals,rude,liars I would rate them -50.

I was nervous after reading about moving companies but Canadian reliable van lines did a great job!! They picked up my stuff the day they said and it was delivered a few days late but I was expecting that.only by three days and they had said they can't guarantee an exact date.when it arrived the guys were super nice and took their time and everything arrived in perfect condition.and nothing was missing.it was so nice to have things taken care of properly and for a good price.thanks so much! Jim and Joseph dropped off our things thanks to them.

He was so nice and gave me an estimate of 750 canadian dollars.
2days before the day,Stephen called me and was extrememly rude in ways unbelieveable,hung up on me 4times after rudely telling me how he could refund my money coz he had other important pickups.I excused his behaviour.Fastforward to when I got the invoice..it had almost 1400dollars.I called the accounting department only for the lady,Brenda to use the F word and say its annoying asking for clarifications and hung up after saying my stuffs would be disposed.I called back and a lady by the name Sarah picked up and in the middle of the conversation,hung up.
I honestly wouldn't advice ANY human being to engage their services coz the customer service representatives are soooo rude in ways to be left imagined.
