      Great experience

      I have used CAME-RO services this summer and the experience was 10/10. I moved from the UK back to Portugal and couldn't had a better experience. The whole process was super smooth, Julie was always super helpful and ready to answer any questions and both the drivers (the one that picked up my things and the one that delivered) were very nice. I would deffo recommend using their services!

      Removal to Europe

      I had an excellent experience with Camero-ltd! They were incredibly efficient and managed to complete the move much quicker than I expected. The driver went above and beyond, even helping my elderly parents arrange the boxes, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Not a single item was damaged during the move, and everything was handled with care. Communication throughout the process was flawless, with timely updates at every step. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company!

      Fantastic Experience on a large international move

      Our experience with Came-Ro was fantastic from start to finish. We had a removal from London to Madrid to do for a large family, which included a high volume of furniture and other items such as bicycles, a motorbike and even a large plant pot. Came-Ro where highly professional with all communications throughout. The team that came to do the packing where equality professional, friendly and caring in their handling of all our belonging.

      We used the groupage service and it was well worth it. It did not take long for our shipment to arrive and we were kept up to date with all timings. I was concerned with the unpacking due to the area where we moved, since it's full of narrow streets without a lot of space for parking. The team was prepared for this instance and did several trips from the lorry outside Madrid to our location with a smaller van. They kept the number of trips to a minimum (3) and the team doing this was just as friendly and professional.

      All in all it was a fairly painless experience. I was quite daunted by it as I have never done such a large international move, and I'm happy we entrusted Came-Ro with it as they went above and beyond to deliver and delight. Highly…

      Awful company

      AVOID THEM! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

      I would give them ZERO STARS!

      They are completely unorganised it takes them ages to deliver your stuff and both times to Load and unload they sent 1 guy by himself so we personally had to help.

      It took them almost 2 months to deliver our goods rather than the 2 weeks they said!

      They never keep you updated on anything, you have to constantly chase them and when they finally reply they provide vague excuses!

      Then the delivery happened without any notice nor the final invoice (that we are still waiting to receive) and we had to pay in a rush else they were not unloading!

      VERY VERY BAD- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

      The only good thing is George the delivery guy who did all his best to help us out during drop off. Despite his boss told him to leave everything on the street level we begged him to carry things up to the 1st floor (although on the contract it stated differently)

      They are so bad even the delivery guy told us that was his last job with them and that he was quitting this awful company.

      Unreliable and full of excuses!

      Extraordinary service

      The company did everything to help. I had ordered some items through internet that I wanted to be shipped with all my goods. The invoice arrived 10 days late when my shipment had already left. The company sent my goods in another truck later without any extra cost everything arrived in perfect conditions and on time.

      An excellent service. Pick up and delivery were done punctually and all our stuff arrived safely. Very good communications with the office / admin - Chloe was extremely helpful. The quote was considerably cheaper than alternatives too. Highly recommended.

      Generally ok but a few things didn’t work

      I asked to have an extra man to help loading my things because I was on my own, they assured 3 men were going to be there however on that day only one showed up. I loaded half of my things to help that poor man.

      My things arrived more than 3 weeks after the load even tho 7-14 days only were supposed to pass.

      They gave me a delivery date, which I spent home waiting for the driver. When it was 5pm I asked a confirmation and it was only then when they told me that the driver was late and would have come tomorrow.

      The estimate and final price was competitive and my things arrived safely and nothing was broken. The two drivers were helpful and nice That’s why I gave 3 stars.

      Stress-free move

      Great experience using Came-Ro, their customer service was always helpful and responsive and the pick-up and delivery went very smoothly. Whole process only took 10 days. We were a bit worried because we needed the rest of our things brought from our storage unit in the UK to France, but we couldn't be present for the pickup. Came-Ro followed all of our instructions and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. Only regret is that we didn't book with them sooner!

      DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY

      I finalised my move from London to Lisbon with Came-Ro 7th Feb, 2023. The move was to an apartment on the 4th floor. When I booked the move, I told the office that the lift was very small and was unlikely to take any of the furniture. I paid additional money to the company for the furniture to be taken to the 4th floor. I have an email chain with the company on this issue.

      I should have been wary of them from the start. My furniture was in two different locations, and they were at least a day late in collecting from each location. But I persisted.

      Last night, around 18.30, they finally turned up at my property in Lisbon. I spent an entire day waiting for them to arrive. When the drivers arrived at the apartment they went to it said they couldn’t carry the furniture up to the 4th floor. I told them that I had paid an additional amount for them to do this. There were numerous phone calls back and forth with somebody. They said the money I had paid wasn’t sufficient. I told them it was a problem for the company not me. They said if I didn’t pay an additional Euro 250 they would leave the furniture at the entrance to the building. I had no choice but to pay especially as it was…

      AVOID AT ALL COST

      The collection of my goods was scheduled on the 19th August between 3-6pm (which was an estimate I hadn't been made aware of). I had to call and message multiple times to get updates as at 7pm the driver was still not there to pick up my boxes. He finally showed up around 9:15pm preventing me from meeting a friend who went alone to a show she gifted me with (and which wasn’t refundable). No apology nor compensation, but this wasn't the worst part.

      I WAS LEFT WITHOUT MY BELONGINGS FOR OVER 3 MONTHS !

      It has been a constant battle to know where my goods were and when they would leave the UK. A total of around 70 back and forth emails/calls to get updates on the status of my move over the past 3 months (Sept-Nov 2022). Although Julie and Chloe Duncan (both managing the clients at Came-Ro’s office) were professional and communicating in a timely manner, I was extremely stressed and worried by this massive delay. At some point, I even started to question if they really had my goods as I couldn’t believe it would take over 3 months to move from the UK to Switzerland with a part load collection whereas I was told it would take 7-14 working days! Unreliable

They were kind enough to come twice because we forgot a couple of boxesbut after more than 6 months we are still waiting for some of the boxes to arrive. Despite having requested (and paid) for mattress protectors they didn't use them and the mattresses are all ruined with mold and grease.

A lot of items are broken but Came-ro refuses to refund.

Excellent service!

I cannot rate this company highly enough having been ripped of by internationalhomemoves.co.uk/foot down couriers this company went got all our stuff from this joking firm took two attempts!! 2nd Move - perfect handling again

Great service, good pricing (1/3rd of some of the quotes). We moved from Scotland to Germany and had our goods in storage in Glasgow. Goods were picked up without our intervention and delivered to Germany within a good amount of time. I would highly recommend CAME-RO.

Nothing went smooth - they lost out boxes!

If not lost boxes, I would give you 3-4 out of 5 stars as you tried your best, the boxes were in the good condition and the service was always polite, unfortunately, other described issues are unacceptable and result in a very poor final experience.

28 boxes of different sizes were moved from UK to Spain in good condition. The only issue was related to the delivery date, it was notified with few hours in advance during a weekend in which nobody was at the property.

Julie and Chloe at Came-Ro really did a good job. they kept me updated all the way from my quote to the very end of delivery.
