Not helpful

Messaged this company hoping for professional help (INFORMATION) on moving logistics (parking/unloading) a moving truck etc) into a particular building in Calgary (as we don’t know the city) and considered manpower help but Henry was not helpful at all... he completely IGNORED my info inquiry and just providing a canned quote for 8 AM never even asking what time we’d be in town considering move from out of town.

Claim to be “best” company in calg?? I don’t think so! Unfriendly?? Definitely!
