I am very happy with the moving provided by Moe and Hunter and Calgary Movers Pro. And they moved my stuff with much ease and quickly. They didn't take any breaks or something during the 3 hour move and finished it in time for me to attend my office meeting. Really glad that i used this company

House moving

Martin and danil were equipped with all the tools for disassembling, they checked the tvs before and after the move and moved everything using moving blankets so there were no scratches on anything even my ikea furniture was safe.

All of the 4 movers who came to move my piano were really efficient their names were Rami, Emir, Yuri and i am so sorry cant remember the fourth guys name but he was really good too. The moved piano very carefully in to their truck and kept it safe while unloading it as well. It was some money worth spent.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Calgary Movers Pro!! From the beginning the team was awesome to work with.

I emailed late one night to see if they were available, and received a quick response the following morning at 9am. There was some communication back and forth about what needed to be moved and where, and I never once felt like I was waiting on them to answer me. Andrei was so nice and prompt for scheduling, which made me feel like I had made a great choice in moving companies.

The team showed up promptly at 8am the morning of my move, and I could not believe how fast or efficient they worked. The whole house was packed up and in the truck by 10:30am, and it was a three bedroom house with a ton of furniture! I never once was worried about my stuff being broken or not taken care of. The guys were very careful and courteous and professional the whole time. Mike and Cliff were amazing!! I cannot say enough nice things about them!!

Worst experience ever!!!

First of all they showed up late and with only 2 movers instead of the 3 we requested. So we had to wait for the 3rd mover before they could start. Turns out the movers were working a double shift and they started slowing down after a couple of hours and had to have breaks that we were paying for. Second, they damaged my kitchen table dropping it because of their fatigue. Then my coffee table got so scuffed up because they were putting boxes on it. And even worse, after I complained about the coffee table and how it was so damaged (previously in pristine condition), due to one mover sliding boxes along the coffee table instead of putting boxes on the floor, the mover got in trouble and he found my cell phone to send me malicious messages, calling me a racist and saying awful things. This scared me because he knows where I live and he shouldn’t have access to my contact information. Now to top it all off, when the furniture repair person couldn’t restore the furniture to the original condition, after 2 months of back and forth, they only would compensate us with $150 even though our ruined furniture is worth about $2500. It’s been a month and we haven’t received the $150 they begrudgingly agreed to. IF YOU HAVE NICE FURNITURE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Moved a one bedroom house with living room, dining room, stand up freezer, small fridge, hanging punching bag, elliptical machine and about 30 boxes. Took 8.5 hours! Ridiculous!!! Should have taken 4 to 5 hour max!!!! Called to say they were on their way showed up 1.5 hours later. We’re on their phones, took smoke breaks bitched about everything! We had 90 % of the stuff in the garage ready to go. Called to complain the next day they never called back. We called again and were told because it was over the 48 hour window they won’t do anything. But they fired the guys that did our move!! Does that not tell you there was a problem with these movers! Paid $1513.57Feel totally ripped off!!!! Wanted to charge $ 30 to rent a TV box!!! RIP OFF Can not recommend!!!!! Manager’s name is Max!

They took apart a glass table and now I cannot repair it, they arrived with NO moving equipment, (carrying straps or tools)spent one hour of time and charged me, going to the store looking for tools. 10 hours in total to move into a two bedroom condo. They were personable and came on time. (Early for one of the two days of moves).
