I will always be grateful to you. I wouldn’t at any time take the marvelous services you offered me for granted. When I needed your services most, you were there for me. You ensured that everything was smooth and perfect. There were no cases of broken furniture or damaged electronics. I cannot remember being involved in any arguments during the move. As such, I have every reason to be grateful to your team. I am happy because of them. They made my move so successful. I am so much grateful.

I needed to find a moving company that also would store my things from my house I've lived in for 36 years. Blvd. Moving was the right choice! They accommodated my every whim..I needed them to pick up my things on two different days, and then hold all until I was more settled in my new home, and this they did effortlessly. Very nice, happy, courteous people there-especially Ahamd, who answered my calls always with a reassuring calm voice, when I was stressing out from my own problems. I recommend Blvd Moving when you need to make the move!

If you are ok with an 80%+ increase from your estimate, then go ahead with BLVD Movers. The actual movers were great, and it’s unfortunate that they have to deal with the customer when we find out that our cost went sky high, literally the moment they arrived to move us. Was Matt Freedman, the savvy east coast salesman available for my calls, or return them because he had “stepped out” (magical how that seems to be the case in these situations).

The thing is, I had expressed to him over and over via phone and email that we did NOT want to run into this sort of situation. I updated him CONSTANTLY, whether by email or phone as to changes to our list of furniture, including photos and descriptions and box counts. This includes the day before the movers were coming, and I said I’d send the detailed list and photos before 5pm. He said he would call by 5. Nope. Did he call the next morning before the move? No. Did he bother to update the invoice list? No. The movers showed up with what had been the original invoice, and had nothing that stated any changes whatsoever. Our base estimate went from 1,700 to 3200, just like that. We were able to negotiate down 200$, but that’s it.

I FINALLY reached Matt Freedman(sales guy) when his coworker ran out to the parking lot to catch him as he was leaving. He seemed surprised when he realized it was me. So I got the “I have to speak with dispatch, and they may not be open, so I may have to call you in the morning. I didn’t mention that I knew they were, as the moving guys had just hung up with them. I like to give people a chance.. so when I didn’t hear back even the next morning, I knew it was just a really crappy sales tactic and all hope was done. I figured I’d just play the game until we got our furniture delivered.

So, a week and a half after delivery, I reached out to him. Knowing that the call and situation was a loss anyway, I shared my disappointment with him, and let him know that he had already missed out on another sale from a friend of ours that was moving, and that I would be sure to let others know that this scenario is unacceptable, and I hoped that he would feel it in his wallet like we have.

I mentioned that he could have came out of his commission even $250 and we would have been grateful, and his response via tone and words was like “are you effin kidding me”, which then led into someone that “could” make a financial decision was out sick, and furthermore I had already signed the paperwork.

So, if you, as a customer, are ok with slimy sales tactics and the complete run around from a company handling your personal items, he’s your guy. You will pay for it, one way or another.

We certainly do not recommend BLVD Moving and Storage.

A secured, locked, and tagged firearms case containing a AR-15, FN P90, GSG MP5-SD, and Duty Walther P99 firearms was loaded at origin address, upon delivery I noticed the concealment Box marked wardrobe, was open and the firearms case locks were missing, I opened it immediately to find the entire contents had been stolen.

I've informed the moving company, who has yet to cooperate, and filing a police report.

A dropoff mover also invited an unknown female into my new place while I was in the building lobby, it is confirmed by security footage she does not live in the building.
