3 brdrm house plus den.

Shelby was very professional in her discussion with us. Told us exactly what the cost would be. Our builder had issues so we were delayed by 3 months. Our furniture was held in storage and then redelivered on time and everything was put back together as confirmed. Daniel and Tom were excellent in there work very honest and hard working young men. Highly recommend this company.

Get what you pay for!

I am extremely happy with the crew from Big Boys Moving! I had to call the same day my move was going to happen because another “DISCOUNT” moving company cancelled last minute!! I was against a deadline and after calling several other moving companies and being told over and over that this couldn’t be done in a day I spoke with Shelby at Big Boys and within a few minutes she had a move plan for me! The crew arrived within an hour of speaking with the office, I was amazed that they were CDC compliant with face masks, gloves and sanitizing the tools and cargo area of the truck each step of the move. These guys saved me HUNDREDS in delays for moving and hotel costs. The crew was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. I have moved several times before and I’ve had mixed experiences with movers but these guys know what they are doing. I can’t thank Big Boys Moving enough for saving the day for myself and my family. I would recommend them to anyone! I guess the moving business is just like everything else, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shelby and the Big Boys Moving team. This is my second move with Big Boys Moving, and once again they came on time, handled my items with care, the crew was very polite and efficient. The wow factor of this move is how careful these guys were with every item I had! They showed up with masks and gloves which was great. The quote they gave me was EXACTLY the time it took. I can tell these guys are professionals! I don’t plan on moving again but if anyone asks for a referral to a moving company I will tell them about the Big Boys Moving team every time!

Life Savers - Literally!

I hired the company from New York to assist my daughter who was in urgent need to move out of her home in the Tampa area and put items into storage. The pricing was extremely reasonable and Shelby, their sales representative went over and above to ensure same day service! I was blown away by their professionalism and kindness. Will definitely use this service again if needed and highly recommended to anyone.

Awesome Job

The care my crew took in making sure everything was padded taped and then shrink wrapped was top rate. No issues at all. The guys were very courteous and respectful. They did their very best to get everything they could on that truck but not at the risk of damage. I would absolutely use them again. Shelby made sure no hidden fees and no add-ons. Absolutely 5 Star Service from these folks. Don't trust anyone else with your next move!!!

The team of movers were right on time, very polite, knowledgeable, respectful, strong and worked non stop 9 hours. Their price was great. I booked a move with Shelby (whom i thought was a very professional lady, clearly I was wrong) for the evening with this company and 45 mins outside my move window (5-7) I received a text (7:45) stating that my movers were delayed and wouldnt be able to fit me in for the day. When I was booking, Shelby, (the same fake professional lady) assured me it was perfectly okay if I needed to have my move in the afternoon (I work after all) and not once did she mention this would run a risk of a no show.

Extremely extremely disappointed in these people. If you are looking for reliability, look elsewhere.

Last thing I think is good to mention. They are currently running a $100 special, and the move still came out to more than other companies.

Excellent experience.

Willie and his crew (2 new guys) did a great job. They were very professional. Willie explained what their plan was. Asked for input about what needed to be done. The guys were very conscientious of handling all items. Took extra care of items I explained were very important. They worked efficiently. As they started the unload process, it started raining pretty hard. This did not deter their work. They made sure everything was covered between the truck and house. Made sure to put a blanket down at the entry point and then cleaned up before they left. Would highly recommend them.

RIPPING OFF SENIOR CITIZENS

My mother who is on a fixed income was completely ripped off. Explain to me how an apt that is 500 Sq ft costs over $1,000 to move. The move was supposed to take 2 hrs but ended up taking 7 hrs. The movers had to call the owner to help move a curio. The owner observed the movers arguing and was told by 1 mover that the other was not helping. I drove by and observed 1 mover walking back from the store while on the clock. We actually were moving into the new apt and witnessed 2 other residents start and finish their move while our movers took breaks and held conversations with residents. My mother has called Shelby over 15 times and left messages with no response. Yeah, I wonder why. The list just goes on. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS

Rob & Wes - Excellent Safe Movers

I needed to have a 400lb safe moved with little time to have it done. Shelby sent Rob & Wes who arrived quickly They had the safe loaded & on the way to the destination within 10 minutes. They arrived at the destination, had the safe off-loaded and in the house within a few minutes. The care Wes & Rob took with this safe resulted in NO DAMAGES.

I will recommend Big Boys Moving, and particularly, Wes & Rob, to all who ask.

BIG BOYS MOVING did an AWESOME job!!

What a great experience we had with our use of Big Boys Moving. My mother was moving across town and down-sizing so she wasn't taking everything with her, but still had more than enough to fill a truck. In fact, at first, we weren't sure it would all fit. The crew from Big Boys (Robert, Quinton and Bryce) however, knew exactly how to pack it all perfectly. They were so efficient in wrapping all of the furniture, much of which where antique pieces, and all of their work made sure that 100% of my mom's stuff arrived at her new home in perfect condition. Not only were Robert, Quinton and Bryce packing and moving experts (carrying some huge furniture down a set of stairs that have a small landing and a turn half way down), but they were super polite, clean and efficient.

From their arrival in the morning starting with wrapping furniture and loading up,

until they finished re-assembling the last bed and entertainment center, Robert, Quinton and Bryce were absolute moving experts!! I can't recommend Big Boys Moving and especially these three guys enough. Thank you so much!!

This Company is Off Limits.

MOVERS LATE, CALLED COMPANY 3 TIMES THAT MORNING, THE MOVERS BLAMED THE OFFICE OF WHOM THEY WORK. THE MEN WERE JUST TERRIBLE. ONE PUSHED ME, BROKE FURNITURE AND I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE REST OF MY FURNITURE IS. THEY DUMPED IT OUT AT MY APARTMENT GROUNDS AND DROVE OFF. OVER CHARGED, LIED ABOUT IT. SUSAN ANDERSON THE SUPERVISOR, THREATEN ME ON THE PHONE NOT TO CALL OR FILE A CLAIM. SHE THREATEN TO BLOW ME AWAY. I CAN'T EVEN FILE A CLAIM. ONE GUY HELPED MY NEIGHBOR WORKING ON CAR. WHILE THE ONE THAT PUSHED ME, RUDE TO MY HOUSEKEEPER AND MY HUBBY. KEPT TRYING TO GET ME TO CHANGE THE CONTRACT I SIGNED AS I WROTE ON IT JUST WHAT I WANTED TWO HOURS $275,00 I TOLD THE COMPANY HOW THEY FOUGHT AMONGST THEMSELVES AND SLAMMING FURNITUARE AROUND, BREAKING. I WAS SO DISTRAUGHT I HAVE NEVER IN MY 40 YEARS WITTNESS SUCH A RUDE, TERROISTIC BOSS AND MOVERS WHO WER SLOW, PUSHY AND DISHONEST IN MY LIFE. BELIEVE OR NOT, STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE THE NEXT TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW. THIS IS JUST DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL WORK AND I SEE WHY THE COMPANY AS SUSAN DOEST CARE EITHER OR SHE WOULDN'T HAVE THREATENED ME. I WILL GET THIS CLAIM FILED OR FILE A LAWSUIT. They said two hours for 275.00 which included the $79.00 gas. Ended up being $375.00.

Best moving experience!

Saw the great reviews and gave them a shot. Exceeded expectations and a great group of young men. Andy, josh, and Saxton were professional and knew what they were doing. Our move was an entire 2000 sq. ft. home move (including a pool table) from storage to our house. We will use this company in the future if necessary and recommend them to everyone. I abhor moving but these guys made it painless! Thank you guys!

Great move on 9/21/17 especially the boys Robert H. and Jordan B.
Very good crew..polite and fast. I really like the "yes sirs". FL was busy after Irma and the crew showed up late. I did get a phone call informing me of this scheduling issue, but it still messed up my planning for the day. I'll use them again.

This company is a rip off they quoted me one price and charge me more they charge by the hour and the movers don't get in a hurry so it will take them 3 hours to load a truck and 3 hours to unload they held by furniture hostage till I paid.
