Horrible Company

These guys are robbers!! They charge by the hour and their workers are very slow and unmotivated. Broke a lamp and a very expensive console table and their insurance only covers $.60 a pound, which is nothing!! Had to continuously check on their work as they were purposefully going slow so they could get more OT. Avoid them at all costs!! Most of their reviews are paid for, so don't believe a word of it!!

Terrible, awful, lazy thief's!! Bought fake reviews!!

Thesepeople,2movers, showed up on time, but took 10 hours to move a 1bedroom 660 ft apartment into storage!! Cost: $2300 and my move isn't even completed!! They've got my entire life in their storage facility and I can't even get a call back to make an appointment to go see my stuff, and figure out what OTHER moving company I'm going to have move it all into my new home. I packed everything myself in large plastic bins

But was charged 560 bucks in packing supplies that I never used as well as 2 hours overtime at 200 bucks, my bill was almost $1000 over what it should have been. Dalton and Fernando were my movers, Fernando was lazy, skate boarding on the Dolly's, it took them all flipping day to move 1bdrm in to thier storage facility, it's was a disaster!! Call Ruben in claims, he obviously hides from phone, never calls back, Juliana never calls back. The owners petru and Jesus, never call back. No returned emails nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! they claim to be cost effective, they are not they are completely unprofessional, totally swindlers, and I pray that I can get house back for under another 2500. I am livid!!

Unload service

After a long distance move move, I hired them to unload the truck into the garage, which was estimated to take four hours, based on loading time. They did a wonderful job and was a pleasant surprise that they finished in less than three hours. We were very happy how easy they made it look, not only to make the reservation but also to do the unload. I will highly recommend them! I will use them again when will move the furniture into the house!

One bedroom move

A relative hired these guys to move office furniture from his location to a new city. Usually, commercial moves are not an easy job! They dissemble the furniture, load the truck and drive for 5 hours. More, they must unload and assemble the office furniture. After hearing this I realized that my local move with 1 bedroom must be regular, and easy job for them. But, in reality, was an easy move for me because they were so experienced. I highly recommend these guys!

Worst company ethics

I hired Best Fit movers to move bedding and living room furniture from a 2 bdrm condo to storage. The quote was $417 for 4 hours. The move was less than 10 miles. While the workers were nice at the end the driver Moses called his dispatch and they agreed to refund my deposit as I would pay in cash. Big mistake - to date I do not have a receipt nor have they refunded my deposit. So what was to be $417 turned out to be $760. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but I caution you in using them because the business manager Juliana Alvarez won't even return my calls to remedy the situation. Never again will I use them or recommend them to anyone.

Good moving company

Yes, they are as good as the reviews say. They were recommended by a friend who used them last year. For me this move was my 3rd move in the past 2 years, so a have some experience with moving companies. What I want to say is that they came on time, were very efficient moving the furniture, and after they setup my furniture in my new home as I wanted. This one was an easy move for me. So, they are the Best!

Good company

Because was a last-minute move I didn’t had too much time to pack so, I contacted Best Fit Movers for packing and load all the stuff into a Pod container. The price was a very competitive one, so I choosed them on the first call. In the date of the move, they arrived on time, and this gave me a huge relieved, and I knowed that everything will be alright. I was very impressed with the packing job! They also arranged very well the stuff in the pod.Very impressed, good job!

Trustworthy Moving Company

I called and it was easy to get a quote (a reasonable one) and book a time. In the move date, they called me 30 minutes before arriving to announce that are on the way. After they start loading, I realized that I forgot to buy a mattress bag. Was a new mattress, so I panicked. I asked them if they have one in their truck, and I was really surprised that they have all type of supplies that you might need. The movers worked hard and were very polite. Great experience!

Fast, easy, professional move

The 3 man Best Fit Movers team moved my 2-bedroom worth of stuff (you know 25 small boxes, king bed, mattress, dresser, nightstands, couch, dinning set) from Downtown San Diego to Oceanside. They were careful, worked fast and were very polite. I was a bit stressed because I reserved an arrival window between 2- 6 Pm and the traffic some time can be nightmare, but they came in time and take everything fast, so we didn’t catch the rush hour. So, I had an easy move because they worked professional. I recommend!

Good moving company

When I was quoted by the phone the sales representatives told me that they have 3 h min and I said that’s ok. My apartment is a small 1-bedroom and the move took 3 hours (because they had to walk up 3 flights of stairs). So, they were right. Even the small moves are taking around 3 hours. Very impressed by the crew, is not very easy to move furniture on the stairs. Definitely would recommend using them for any move!
