When I decide to move, I started searching for movers and I requested a quote from Best Fit Movers one month before our move. They provided a quote on the phone which works fine for us. They also sent me the quote on my email, and I received the confirmation. The day before of our move, I received a call from dispatch letting me know that the crew will be here tomorrow and that I must confirm the addresses. The crew with a big truck arrived right at 8:30 am. The guys were all very friendly, they worked fast. I was so nervous about the move but am so happy that we got a great team to help us. So, I recommend Best Fit Movers!

We needed help moving a 2-bedroom townhouse in San Marcos to a house in Carlsbad and after many calls and quotes, we took a chance on Best Fit Movers.

They were able to set up a reservation less than 3 days away and called to confirm 1 day before the move.3 guys showed up with a truck and started packing and moving our furniture and boxes. We had an electric bed, a 3-piece couch, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a glass and wood credenza that weighed a ton. After they finished the move, I signed the finish time and I paid according to the contract provided on the phone, so it was easy.

Best Fit Movers helped us do a move from a property we owned in University City to a storage unit we had temporarily, and after that, they moved us into a townhouse unit. So basically, we had 2 moves in a short time. The quote was very well explained and easy. They showed up on time (and called ahead about 20-30 minutes to let us know they were on their way). A 3 members crew size came and they worked very fast . Were also very polite and helped us assemble the furniture. So, after 2 experiences with them, I would definitely recommend them to others - very professional.

Great communication from start to finish. When we requested the quote, we mentioned that we are going from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor, and they said is not a problem, we are not charging for stairs. The team that came worked very hard and I never heard a complaint. I am usually anxious about moving but with Best Fit Movers everything worked smooth. I would highly recommend them, and I would definitely use them again (but I really hope I don't have to because I hate moving)

Hiring movers was the best decision I ever made. Choosing Best Fit Movers was the second best.

I was quite skeptical, as I have never moved with actual movers before. They called me 30 minutes before arriving, and started the clock when they started moving me, not when they got there. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and shrink wrap, they took apart all our furniture and reassembled it in our new place. My roommates and I are so pleased with the move, and should I move again, I will be hiring these guys.

We left a 4-bedroom house, and we just completed our move that took a total of 7hrs. I don’t consider is too much because only cleaning the house is taking 4-5 hours. These guys are very professional. They called me 40 minutes before arriving and came on time. The fact that they called me was great because I had time to drink my coffee without stress. Wrapped everything with blankets and shrink wrap and put them in the truck. They didn't complain at all entire day and got everything finished up as fast as they could. We would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Best Fit Movers. Me and my girlfriend after taking the decision to live together, started looking for moving company. We moved from separate apartments in different areas of San Diego to an apartment in Downtown. They understood exactly what we needed, and that we have multiple stops until de destination. Was no overcharge for that. They worked hard and were very professional throughout the entire process.They made the process so easy and so affordable. We recommend!

I own a review for Best Fit Movers. We moved from Escondido to Sonora last summer. After contacting several moving companies, I realized I need an on-site estimate, and after, a quote based on that. Almost each company was providing different number of trucks and movers, so the in-home-estimate was a solution for me. I called Best Fit Movers and I set an in-home estimate in 2 days. George came in time, was very polite and explained the move in details for me. With all the information was easier to take a decision. I hired them and I can say that the move was according to the plan. I highly recommend this moving company.

We had to leave our apartment in 5 days, and we had to start looking for a new house ASAP. We signed a lease and wanted to move two days later. So we didn't had too much time to prepare the move. We called Best Fit Movers and arrange with them that the packing to be done in the same day with the move. They suggested that we should hire 3 movers because will be more efficient. The 3 movers arrived on time and start packing, after that, they moved everything into the truck. The move happened so fast for us that we can say we were lucky to find an apartment and a good moving company in such short time. Thank you so much!

STOP HERE. Please read this and ignore any positive reviews. The movers broke my TV and lost/stole my nightstand, and the company would not allow me to make a claim for several weeks. My partner and I are very understanding people and addressed the issues with consideration. That meant nothing to Best Fit Movers. As mentioned, our TV was broken, and our nightstand was lost/stolen. The nightstand was left in the back of the truck. When I noticed it was missing, I spoke with a man named Isaac, who told me he would drop it off and even sent me a photo of it, showing that he indeed had it. It was never dropped off. I texted Isaac multiple times over the next few days asking that we arrange for it to be dropped off, but he never responded. While on the phone with the company, the people we spoke to would tell us their manager was busy and would call us back (they never did) or give us the numbers of other people who would not pick up or do the same thing. We spent hours over several weeks just trying to file a claim. Well over a month later, Best Fit Movers compensated us with a whopping $100 for the TV and told me that the nightstand had been lost without compensation. This company is a nightmare to work with. Best Fit Movers will avoid you at all costs if you dare to file a claim and make it as brutal for you as possible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please do not make the same mistake I did because there’s a good chance that you’ll regret it.
