Awful experience. Do not recommend at all. We booked our pickup and delivery of a piano for a Friday between 8am-12pm as we needed it collecting in the morning. We then called them on the Friday morning as we had not had a confirmed pickup time. They then informed us that they could not source a driver on the Friday so it would need to be moved to the Saturday. We therefore said ok and rebooked it to Saturday between 8am-12pm. Again, by Saturday morning we had not received a confirmed time. We contacted customer service who advised contacting the driver. We called the driver and they advised they wouldn’t be picking it up until 14:00 earliest. Lo and behold, 14:00 came and it still hadn’t been collected. We contacted the driver again and they advised it would be another hour. 15:00 came and the piano still hadn’t been picked up. We finally got hold of the driver at 15:30 and they advised it would be another hour. We have had to cancel our plans for this delivery despite booking it for the morning. I would never use AnyVan again and I would recommend everyone avoids.

Paid upfront for premium packing service and they came 4 hours late claiming to have brought capacity to remove 6 bedroom house. They saw my 3 bedroom house and said that they do not have enough space and need to talk to office. Wasted time smoking and drinking outside and at 5 pm on Friday, claiming they have another job tomorrow morning and left without doing anything. I was forced to find another removal company after. At 8pm customer service called to offer half a capacity and promise to pack and move my house. If I refuse, this will be same day cancellation by myself and therefore no refund. I told them to do the job they are hired to do but finish it on the day. Nobody came. Getting refund was not easy either. Avoid this company

From booking to collection and delivery Anyvan kept us informed throughout the process. We had a message & email the day before telling us who the driver was and a time slot. On the day I spoke with the driver (Aigars) and asked him to contact me 30 mins before arrival. Which he did and Anyvan also messaged me at the same time. The drive was professional, polite and respected our belongings. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them. Great job, thank you ??

I was expecting difficulties because I was going to be the person at both ends of move and I was concerned that van would be quicker between locations than me. No problem! I was able to book a suitable delivery slot. Driver was polite (and strong!). He took one item upstairs for me without complaint despite being concerned it might not fit. Altogether good service with good communication and ability to track location of van on both legs of journey. I would definitely use again if the occasion arises.

I have experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Not only were they condescending (Chad) but they stole my money. I had booked movers a month in advance when they stole my money. I didn’t realize what a scam the company was until I was looking out my window for the movers between 0800-0900 and my phone rang at 8:15. It was Chad telling me they not only failed to actually book a mover, but that they forgot to tell me…I moved 90% of my items myself in a Yaris meaning multiple trips and wasted petrol. They kept saying they would refund me then, but I wouldn’t have my money back in time to get out of my house without incurring additional fees. They got me two movers the next evening and I helped them move my bed upstairs .AnyVan called my extra costs I incurred from them not doing their job and getting adriver “collateral costs they aren’t responsible for” after stealing my money and not providing the service when it was booked. Even better they booked 2 additional moves before mine the next morning. They stole £234. They offered me a comp of £20 and the refund of the £20 I spent to have them arrive 0800-900 Saturday morning. They say they will call and they don’t.I asked for a manager. Im always told it’s escalated and that’s the best they can do. I’ve never got a contact from a manager. So here we are-They told me they have trouble finding drivers in “Ireland”, but still stole my money. Guess you’re really going to struggle finding drivers now. Don’t use AnyVan. It’s a scam and no one is actually trained in basic customer service. I would give this zero stars if I could
