I have had a similar experience to other reviewers. Reasonably good service at the start and with the collection of our items. However, once they arrived in New Zealand in December, a number of the uninsured items were broken or lost. This adds up to hundreds of pounds worth of our effects.

I have tried to contact the London office for some information on our missing items, but have had no response so far. Some of these are precious family items so very upset these are missing. Poor service.

Service cost: £4000

I was planning my move from London, UK to Pune, India in July 2019 and invited few companies, including Anglo Pacific.

It wasn't only the cost that led me to make a decision to go-ahead with Anglo Pacific but the sales person I met ; I was so impressed with him that I thought entire delivery experience will be like that but it ended up being absolutely opposite.

After having an experience, let me share few tricks that you should avoid.

- Sales person will do an estimation on a higher side and will give you the quote accordingly for e.g. I got a quote for around 368 Cubic Feet (pls avoid over-friendliness of the sales staff)

- At the time of packing, the packing team freaks you out saying that you have too much of stuff and it won't fit in your estimated quote and you would obviously like to refrain from packing everything (pls pack everything that had estimated earlier and try to pack clothes yourself because that would save a lot of volume)

- My final packing volume was 318 cubic feet and I paid approx. GBP 2,500 and the refund I got for 50 Cubic Feet less than the estimate, was just GBP 40 (get a pricing for different volume of cubic feet, if any service provider refuses to do that, take that as a signal and avoid that company)

I raised my concerns with Anglo Pacific on the unfair settlement but no response at all.

I do not know what will be the experience with others but above are some of the best practices to follow when you're planning your move. Get a pricing for several volume scenarios to avoid getting into a situation and it leaves you with a very bad feeling.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: £2500

I did not choose this firm my removal firm in New Zealand did. My items were collected in NZ on the 6th of June 18 I still have not received them.This company have at every stage I have called them lied to me about the delivery estimated time. They are useless. They have now put another month on my delivery estimate. They are absolutely horrendous to deal with I really really do not trust them. I have sent emails of complaints and now have contacted the British Assosiation of Removers.
Take my word on this stay well clear spend your hard earned cash on a firm that cares. No option for New Zealand on drop down menu.

Service cost: £2500

This company are unprofessional and they damaged my goods, so I had to make a claim. After many e-mails backwards and forwards to them they still have not paid up on the claim I made in 2018. They offered me way below the claimed amount, and still have not paid up after two years and just ignore my e-mails! There insurance is a joke and not worth anything, as they never pay up! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional worldwide moving company before, that do not care about their customers!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: £6000

I wish anything I could go back in time and choose a different company. Not only has it been the year from hell trying to deal with these cruel people (poor/lack of communication, constant avoidance, misquotations from random people, no formal procedural processes or means of dispute escalation.. just to start).. after almost 8 months of being tortured, I’m now pretty sure my stuff is gone. I had all of my baby’s keepsakes and the stuff most precious to me in there and I’ll never see it again. Instead of owning up to it, I’ve been gaslit and living in an empty home for months, assuming my things were going to turn up. Please don’t use them. PLEASE! I wish I could give a negative star review, they don’t deserve 1. Every single review is spot on, I wish I read them. I’ll never see my things again. EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER OWNED! GONE!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: £11000

They lost a suitcase full of designer shoes and refused to refund me for it. Worst company ever !! They kept the bags with them for 3 months before telling me that one bag has been lost .. I didn't contnuie my shipping with them because they are the worst I ever used. Very rude and careless, staff were super careless they never chase you !! you have to call and find out why your things haven't been shipped and I got shocked when they simply said we lost one bag and we kept the rest until we find the lost bag ..  becareful !! don't use this company its very very very very bad.
